The food quality has noticeably declined. When you pick up a slice of pizza, all of the toppings fall off. Additionally, the customer service is very poor. I asked for a cup of water, and the attendant replied, "Sorry, I don't have any water cups." However, right next to her, I could clearly see cups for soda. This location always undercooks the pizza and was recently given an expired topping. As soon as I opened the box I was hit with an off putting sour smell. I couldn't tell where exactly it was coming from until I reached for a slice that had the "spicy chorizo" topping on it. I find it hard to believe that they didn't realize it had went bad since it smelled so strong. My other pizza also had a bunch of one specific topping thrown in the middle. Almost makes me think they were trying to get rid of the already expired toppings without having to waste product and throw it out. I tried picking off the chorizo but the smell/taste lingered and made the rest of the pizza un edible. Just ended up throwing it away. read more

My first time here and it was definitely tasty. I loved my Cauliflower crust but not sure I will get it again. This was a splurge for me. The price is very high to begin with and then to change the crust to a specialty crust is an additional charge. $3.99. I kinda feel that's a bit outrageous. Also the lack of ingredients is a bit baffling in this day and age. Not only ingredients but nutrition facts. I had to look online to find out some information. Making sure that I could eat here due to some dietary restrictions and allergies. The options were okay. However they were completely out of broccoli which is something I was looking forward to on my pizza. This place wasn't busy at all. Infact when we walked in, we were the only ones waiting to order. The employees all seemed in a rush and it didn't give me much time to analyze what I actually wanted or to even see all the options. So much that we missed the final step and I'm still unsure if those are topping that gonna after the oven or what. Wasn't explained at all. The girl that made the salad never asked if we wanted everything on it or even told us what exactly was on it. All in all the food was good. The price is high and the service was barely okay. Might come back to try the keto dough now that I know it's almost 1/2 the carbs of the Cauliflower dough. When we were just about to leave I thought maybe I should ask and see if they have the nutrition guide. After standing and waiting awhile we were handed this large group of laminated sheets held together by a giant single binder ring and it made no sense at all. It was mostly for allergies such as dairy, gluten and wheat. Not much more could be deciphered from this. So if you're worried about ingredients and nutritional info this probably isn't the place for you. I've always passed by this pizza place, but never ordered from here. I usually order from PizzaRev or Pielogy, but finally decided to give this place a try. I got the half pizza (build your own) half side (cesar salad) for $12.25. You can choose garlic cheesy bread as the side too. Ordered the pizza with pesto sauce and all the different ingredients. My fav is the roasted garlic. It's so flavorful. The pesto sauce is pretty good too. I like the dressing used for the salad. Btw, if they're not too busy I would suggest ordering inside the store instead of online. That way your food is more fresh and hot. My pizza felt a lil cold when I did the online curbside pickup. They're located in the plaza as Sprouts, Burlington, and some other stores. Parking can be pretty packed sometimes, but today it wasn't too bad. read more

I've been to this place since 2019 and it progressively gotten worse. My breaking point was the undercooked pizza that was soggy and wet in the middle but burnt on the outside. Then to make matters worse, they gave me MOLDY grated parmesan. I PROMISE IT WAS MOLDY and NOT blue cheese, because I ate some of it without notice, and it did not taste a thing like blue cheese. I'm actually terrified, this is a biohazard. Also, customer service was a joke. I asked the worker to put some pesto on top of my pizza and he stared into the abyss completely ignoring me for a solid 30sec, then put the pesto on without a word. Normally I don't take my time to write reviews like this but today the service I received at this Blaze location was definitely the best compared to my experiences at previous stores. There are other Blaze locations near me but I am gladly going to start making the drive to this one. As soon as I walked in I was greeted politely and felt the positive energy as Favian walked me through how to order my pizza. I got a build your own and a cheesy bread, the wait for my pizza was not long but let me just say my pizza was cooked perfectly especially considering they were a bit busy, I would have easily waited longer if I had to after trying my pizza. This location was very well maintained and clean. It's not very common to show up to an establishment where the service AND the food is good but i'm very impressed with this location as well as Favian's customer service skills. Other Blaze locations should learn to train their employees with the same level of skills that Favian portrayed during my visit today. I appreciate the level of hospitality that was shown and for that I can't wait to make this my go to spot. read more

Heads up if you plan to go to this Blaze location. Sometimes they don't take orders in person when you go in. They said they do "online orders" only. Why post that you're open until 11 pm if you don't even take customer orders at 9:30 pm. I agree with other Yelp reviewers. It's like this place doesn't want any business. I came in with a friend on a Friday evening and this location was packed! The wait was not too bad though. This is your standard Blaze Pizza, no notes foodwise. You know what you're getting when you come here, it tastes like every other Blaze Pizza... As with other locations, the employee offered to change their gloves when I asked for vegan cheese. Instead of passing the pizza along the assembly line to another employee with meat/cheese gloves, they finished my pie off. I appreciate that they automatically offer this, as I would typically feel "high maintenance" for requesting it unprompted. Blaze gets it! There was a delay in paying at the register and who I believe may have been the manager gave us a free fountain drink for the wait. We had not complained at all and were not expecting anything, so it was a nice surprise and shows me they handle customer service well at this location. read more

today I went into blaze of Alhambra on my lunch break from work and was very disappointed in the way I was treated today 8/18/25 my order was totally wrong with missing items and the woman working the line was very rude as well as disrespectful and not to mention the young man at the oven had a few words to say so then I asked for the shift lead or manager and he walk to the back to get her for me and she came out with even more attitude. however there was one young man there that said he would be glad to assist me and re make my order. Ordering inside this blaze has been fine. Staff seem to be cool and the pizzas come out fine. This review is only regarding online ordering, calling, and pickups. Recently, every single pickup order gets messed up somehow. I get notified the pizza is ready for curbside pickup then wait 20-45 mins for it to get out after calling inside multiple times. So I told my husband to stop ordering curbside and I'll go inside the store... but it got worse... Place online orders and pick them up ourselves inside and the last 4 times the orders have been completely wrong. It has our names but the toppings are completely incorrect. It's one thing if it's a couple toppings or it happens every once in a while, but every single time? My last order had five incorrect toppings including toppings that I cannot eat right now and missed 3 toppings. We started ordering from a different Blaze location despite this being closer because we actually want to be able to eat the pizza we ordered. read more
