I'm sorry for writing this but if I can save someone from food poisoning, I hope this helps. Place was dirty , short , chubby lady that was cutting up the pizza did it so horribly. She wore gloves but we noticed she was texting and using her phone while wearing the same gloves to cut pizza. Not sure why she was so rude to DoorDash drivers :( she told 3 of them to go away or cancel the order. Idk if that lady was Hispanic, but she spoke Spanish and English. I placed an order for online pickup and went to the store 10mns after. I walked up to the pickup line and the pizza cook told me itll be 12 mns. I said okay didnt think much about it. I went back 10mns and checked to see if my order was ready -- it wasnt. I asked the pizza cook and he said its almost done. He calls my name, that doesnt look like what i ordered.... He then proceeds to tell me that theyre out of mostly everything i asked for. I look at my pizza and its just bread, cheese, chicken and banan peppers. I was caught surprised he said he can offer me a free drink... lol why I didnt take the pizza. He said the manager would call me for a refund. I highly doubt that, if they were out of pizza-- why didn't they tell me when i first walked in or why didnt they cancel the order... im jusr surprised In case youre curious, i ordered pesto, chicken, moz, bacon, artichokes, jalpenos, basil.... Not really sure how their pizza can taste so plain and that's all they do. The pizza dough is so thin which is fine but lacks true flavor. A 1 topping pizza and soda was about $14. Not worth it. read more

Been here 3 times already. It is located in a shopping plaza with other franchised and chain restaurants and shops. Blaze pizza is handmade, they make it as you order. Pizza served in a timely manner. The ingredients are selected by the customers. You pick what you want and the size you want. It's nothing fancy. Horrible attitude the workers have. Can 30 mins before closing and they were complaining about doing there jobs. They had a horrible attitude when I asked for pepper flakes and only gave me 1 and when I asked for more she said a very condescending voice. Train your workers better. Especially the guy working tonight was also rude to his coworkers. read more

This is our regular option for when we have no dinner ideas. It's fast, hot and yummy! Build your own and they are always generous! APU students and staff get 10% off or free drink, which is pretty great! I only wish had lemon wedges for Coke :-) read more

Sadly, this is my first time EVER eating at any Blaze Pizza. Not sure why I never ate here but glad I did thanks to PI day! Any 11" pizza which is regularly $11.95 but i got it for $3.14. We went when it was almost closing time but had a good 30 mins left. More customers starting popping in. Also, I didn't know you can create your own pizza either! (It shows how dumb I am!) Hahahha I got marinara sauce w/ mozzarella, ricotta, and goat cheese with cherry tomatoes and basils. Pizza was delish! Just how I like my Margherita Pizza Also ordered some garlic cheese bread w pesto sauce. Very garlicky and goes well with dipping into the pesto sauce. read more

Ive been in the hospitality industries for 11 years and have never left any negative reviews for respect of the industry, but tonight 2-15-25 7:42 pm the gentleman working behind the line with a green bucket hat and mustache was very rude. He rushed me with my order and even kicked out his coworker off the line while she was serving me. After every ingredient he said want else. He mocked me as my order came out saying "order for yo, oh come on that was a good one why didn't anyone laugh." I came for a simple meal with my daughter and wife. First off it's thin crust pizza, with a choice of gluten free crust, you choose the toppings; unlimited toppings are just $9! Choose your sauce, cheese, meats, veggies. All toppings are fresh and you can put as much as you want ! As for me I love ovalini mozzarella, mushrooms, red onion, bell peppers; red and green, basil, & sausage topped with oregano and then pesto drizzle. As for drinks, you can choose from bottled drinks to soda machine drinks with cane sugar, or you can opt for beer /wine. What's more, they also have dessert! The s'mores is my choice Yumm! Placed an online order for a pizza with pesto sauce. We got there earlier and asked if our order is ready. It wasn't as expected which was fine. After 10 minutes of waiting, he handed over the pizza and said they were out of the pesto sauce. It was literally the SADDEST-LOOKING pizza in the world!!! Think: no sauce. Literally a dough with banana peppers, chicken, and mozzarella cheese.. the cook knew that they didn't have pesto to begin with.. he said it was fine because he'll just give us free drinks. It was honestly one of the dumbest restaurant/fastfood experiences I've had my whole life. Sad, but hilariously sad. Anyways, I did ended up cancelling the order. This was my first time at this blaze location, I normally go to another. My experience here kind of bothered me. I am gluten free due to food intolerances. At other locations they have two pizza dough pressers- one for gluten free and one for regular dough. Here they have two also but they were only using one of them regardless of gluten free or not. At other locations they also always ask if you'd like a glove change and utensil change as they walk you down the line. That wasn't offered here. The wait was kind of long here too, but a few of the workers were working hard to make it go faster. Others seemed to be kind of lost. It's a very clean location. So it has that going for them. Overall I would recommend not to eat here if you are celiac or gluten intolerant because there is no protocol here to reduce gluten exposure like there is at the other locations. EDIT: my pizza ended up being burned on top of this so I brought it back in. They were actually very helpful in fixing it and even gave us a free brownie- obviously for my fiancé and not me since I'm gluten free. But I really appreciate their efforts to make it right. They also used the gluten free press to make the dough this time. I am changing my two star review to 3 for their efforts. Jordyn was very helpful in getting all of this taken care of. I could see her easily becoming a manager if she isn't one already. read more

Food is good and service is typically very nice and friendly besides the woman cutting the pizzas. She ignored me when I told her that the pizza was mine and proceeded to give it away to the wrong person then I had to wait extra time for them to make the pizza again because she messed up and wasn't paying attention, her attitude sucks and she was extremely rude for no reason. read more

The staff and pizzas are awesome!!! My husband and I went in to try the pizza. Marco the general manager was so friendly and made us feel right at home. The pizza is very fresh and delicious! They also just started serving beer on tap which is a huge plus! We live 5 minutes away so this will be our go to place for some great fresh pizza, beer and great atmosphere! Stopped by with my family for dinner after watching a movie. Right from the start we knew it was going to be bad service. Waiting for someone to notice we're standing there, they're all chit chatting away. An employee named Aaron was working on a pizza for my group, stopped and started chit chatting again and then finally started the pizza again. (As I'm writing this I see there's a line of a couple people and there is Aaron again chatting away) One in my group went to pay, and there was nobody at the register. My turn to pay the register stops working. Their system didn't go through or something. Charged me twice. Spoke to the employee and they had a snarky attitude. Some of the staff was decent. None of them look happy to be working here lol Food was decent. Parts of my crust were burnt. Usually Blaze is a good dinner option, but this time it let me down. If you're considering stopping by after a movie, I recommend choosing something else. read more

Placed an order via the blaze app for my family at around 5:30. The doordash driver texts me an hour later saying the restaurant is backed up and there's no sign of my order. The driver gives up at 7-7:15 when it's obvious they have no intention of ever making my order. This blaze took my $82 and decided to blow my order off and just not make it. Now I'm out $82 with no pizza to show for it. I call the restaurant to try and get a refund and they take my number and say they'll call me back. Of course they never did. This place is a scam run by crooks and kids who don't care. Stay far away. EDIT; ultimately I did receive a refund and blaze did give me a free pizza but this was a weird transaction. I usually love blaze locations but this one is understaffed and too busy... look for a better location. Adding a star back because of the refund and free pizza reward for my trouble. read more

Great pizza place. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Clean. Love the thin crust. Lots of toppings to choose from, including vegan chorizo and vegan cheese, which I appreciate. I also appreciate that they don't charge extra for the vegan cheese! Pizza cooks quickly, so you don't have to wait long. I will say that if you are gluten intolerant, be wary. My friend who has some gluten intolerance said she felt sick later that day even though she got the gluten free crust. But if you're not, I definitely recommend coming here! read more
