From the clear sound of the speaker used to place orders (no static like other restaurants) to the total time it took for me to receive my order, it was less than five minutes. All this while three cars were ahead of me in the drive-thru lane. The male employee who took my order and handed me my food was very positive, friendly, and happy. My order was accurate, and my Mango Miso Crunch chicken salad was DELICIOUS!! The restaurant's exterior was very clean and inviting. I've visited this location twice so far. First time, I dined her with my husband; the second, time we were picking up. It's a new location in the Covina area. There are a few booths and tables inside. It's pretty spacious and very clean. You can place your order on the kiosks or at the counter. Note, if you have the app you can redeem your offer on the kiosk. Just make sure to check your text. You'll have to click the link to connect to it. I've ordered the Char Burger lettuce wrapped and the Ahi Tuna sandwich lettuce wrapped. The issue I've had with the other location was that they got the customizations wrong several times. This Covina location of The Habit is awesome! It's relatively new and my wife and I have gone a few times in the last week. This location is nice and clean. Kiosk ordering and patio seating is offered here. The huge plus for this location is the drive thru as well. One thing to note as of right now they don't do curb side pickup. We have placed dined here and placed orders via the app. The Habit has good deals to redeem so we take advantage of it as much as we can. Other than the fact that it's very clean, this location gets our orders correct and in a timely manner. We would do orders at the one in Azusa and from time to time they would make mistakes. We have been here 3x and the orders have come out perfect! The food is delicious and keeps up with The Habit's standard. My usually gets lettuce wrap Charburgers and I order my Charburgers with the bun or lettuce wrapped depending on my mood. This is a fairly new location that's close to me. I was craving a good Caesar salad, and it had been a while since I've gotten one from a fast-food restaurant, so I decided to try The Habit Burger Grill. I went through the drive-thru and ordered my food. They let me know it might take a little longer because they make the salad fresh, which was perfectly fine with me. The grilled chicken was cooked perfectly, the lettuce was fresh, and the croutons tasted great. The only thing I wish they would add is a lemon wedge on the side so you could squeeze it over the salad. That would make it even better than it already is. They give one container of dressing, which I feel is the perfect amount for the size of the salad. The one thing I'm a little torn about is the container lid. I like that it has a spot on top to hold the dressing it's a great idea. However, you can't really shake the dressing through the salad because there's a divider inside the container that blocks it. That's my only real complaint. From what I could see while going through the drive-thru, the inside looks new and clean, and the employees are friendly. I've been to this location about six times now and usually just get the Caesar salad. I've also tried the tots and sweet potato fries. This has become my go-to Habit Burger location. Next time I'm planning to try something different. read more

Good place to order for large groups. I recently ordered for about 15 people and was surprised to see that there was not one mistake made on the order. The wait time was only 1 hour, placed the order at 11am and picked it up at 12pm. Two days later, I had to order again, this time for 13 people. I place the order at 10am for 12pm pick up, however, the order was cancelled by the restaurant due to being too busy. This put me in a jam. Disappointing but perhaps , the timing was really bad. What I like about this location is their drive thru, the only Habit Burger location near the area of Azusa, West Covina and San Dimas with a drive thru. Drive thru option is very convenient and fast. Classic Habit Charburger always taste good and love the sides of green bean fries. Friendly service and looks clean. No offer of apology or compensation. They reluctantly offered one man some cold fries. When we finally got our order it was cold. I felt bad for the people rolling up in the drive-thru. Was in the drive-through waiting to get my order when I realized I forgot my wallet. I was so embarrassed. I told the girl at the window what had happened as a frantically was looking for any cash on hand, I couldn't find any. Nowadays as you know majority of us use our cell phones to pay.. however, my cell phone powered down when I was in the drive-through so as I was explaining my story, I told the girl that I live right down the street and I'll come back to make the payment and get my food. She went to her manager the manager talked to her briefly, and then she handed me my food and drink. I felt so bad. I told her I'd come back still with the cash. She and her manager said it's OK not to worry about it she then went on to say it's OK. Life happens. I can see why the rating is so low already. There was only 3 car in the drive through and they took forever. It was about 30 min till I got to the window only for the female cashier to tell me a wrong order. It seemed like she did not care about how long they were taking or even that she got my order wrong. Horrible experience here an hour ago. Ordered through the app. Took over 35 minutes to get order and both sandwiches were incorrect. They didn't honor any modifications. Chicken sandwich was missing avocado that was paid for, onions were supposed to be left off but weren't. Was cold too. Burger was caught before leaving and they supposedly remade it but it didn't look fresh. Probably just removed the lettuce that was asked to be left off, slapped bbq sauce on it and wrapped it back up. Everything was just "thrown" in the bags. Not very pleasant employees either. I had an AMAAAYY-ZING experience from start to finish!! First, I downloaded the app & registered for an account and got a free char-burger, with the purchase of a drink, OKAY PERIOD. Then when I got there to order the staff was so helpful and welcoming & all smiles! As soon as I got to the window, they offered me a cute little ice cream sundae "for the wait", but I didn't even have to wait that long at all!! So I was so super thankful! I also tried to upgrade my drink to a shake, thinking it would still apply to my free burger deal, but it didn't :(... however, they still gave me the drink AND the shake! And again, the customer service was phenomenal! I really wish I got all the employees names when I went, so I could shout them out, but I didn't.. however I did go, New Year's Day, 1/1/26 around 3:40 pm, so maybe that helps for the staff lol.
