Really love this place because it is super fast and efficient! All the toppings you want! My only advice is that the customer service level was less than the normal experience I receive. The line was great until the pizza came out of the oven and I told the employee (woman) who cuts it at the end that it was for ToGo and she replied with attitude "I KNOW". First thing I noticed when I walked in is that it is set up like a subway or a chipotle. What?! Second thing was every table was dirty. Every one had crumbs on it. Young kids working the whole place in oversized polo shirts looking disheveled. The young man that helped me figure out how to order was very courteous and helpful which I the only reason I gave it the high rating of 2. The pozza is not REAL pizza. This is a fast food type of pizza. The dough, which I doubt is fresh, does not cook like a real pizza. I ordered the red vine which is the closest thing to a magarita pie, but I added a little chicken for protein. When I say little, I mean LITTLE. Pizza and sparkling water bottle cost me $12. Yay! I am officially a fan!!! The pizza is made to order however you want, for just under $8. If you want plain cheese, it's only $5!!! A simple one topping pizza? Just under $6! Whaaaaat!!??!!! We had heard about Blaze Pizza for sometime and finally decided to visit the newest location right down the street. While they pizzas are (as another recent reviewer stated) "above average", when was the last time you remember one set price for a pizza regardless of toppings? Basically, all of the pizzas are one size and you can order a basic one topping, one of their signature pizzas, or a build your own. My lady got the bbq chicken pizza and loved it, whereas i built my own and had at least 8 toppings and my pizza still only cost 8 bucks. The ingredients aren't bad, but I think where they sort of "dropped the ball" or haven't developed to yet is a variety of crusts. Even if they one had one or two others would be nice, but all crusts are the same at Blaze. The setup is a lot like Chipotle where you go down the line and they put on whatever you want. The music is a lot like Chipotle with a lot of emerging alt tunes flowing through the air. The price point is about the same as Chipotle as well.. Basically, imagine if you went to Chipotle one day and they said "Sorry Sir, (or Ma'am) but we do not serve burritos anymore, we now serve pizzas. Well, basically you would be at Blaze Pizza. It seems like a lot of people have complained that getting through the line takes too long, but this is really related to the time of day that you go as opposed to the speed of staff, at least in our experience. The pizzas only take 3 minutes to cook, and when we went, everything went well and quickly. Bottom line, if you want a quick and decent personal pizza for now or on the go, they are good, but if you are a real pizza connoisseur this place will be a place for you to go just to say you have tried it. read more

Thought it might be a while but they were churning out pizzas like a factory. It was no time before it was our turn to make our pizzas. I chose my own ingredients and Kylie chose the veggie pizza. Once we got our pizzas they were phenomenal (especially mine since I chose my own ingredients.) Some key points: -There are a bunch of ingredients that seem fresh enough. -They serve beer. -If you choose make your own pizza you can add ANY or ALL ingredients. -They are incredibly fast when well staffed. -Staff is friendly and focused. Great concept! This is the Chipotle equivalent for pizza. Fresh ingredients, pick your own sauce, cheese and toppings assembly-line style and then it gets popped into the coal fired oven. A few minutes later comes out your own freshly baked pizza creation! Friendly staff, clean/modern interior (again very Chipotle or BurgerFi like) with outdoor seating too. We tried a plain pizza (tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan) to keep it simple and really taste the quality. Very much impressed with the outcome. I can compare it to a thin version of Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza. Crispy, non greasy crust with a perfectly balanced sauce and good quality cheese. They did skimp a little bit on the cheese so next time I'd ask for a little extra. All in all, an awesome deal for 5 bucks! read more

We heard really good reviews about Blaze Puzza on WRMF but they go to the north palm beach locations. Unfortunately, me, my husband, daughter and grandson had the worst experience ordering, paying and eating. We hadn't even ordered before we got attitude from the young blonde. It was our first time so we were trying to figure things out. The young blonde girl asked if she could explain the menu and we gladly agreed. We decided on the pick 2 and special pizza to split but the blonde must have asked us 4 times how many pizzas. We also asked for onions twice on the pizza, she'd forgotten, and had to be reminded again she grabbed a handful of onion walks across to the oven pulls the pizza out and throws them on. We also asked twice for 4 dough knots that had no flavor at all. An entree salad for 8.45 and (out of spite) felt we got only 1/2 a salad. After asking twice to check out she rang it all up didn't ask about drinks and walked away without finishing the sale to start taking the next order. At this point we really should have walked away. I hate paying good money and leaving angry. We finally got our food and I asked a heavy set blonde for paper plates and SHE could not have been nastier, without even looking my way handed me a metal plate with paper. Pizza had no taste, very bland. My daughter refused to eat her cheese pizza because it was burnt and had no taste. The meatballs on our pizza made me gag they were so bad. (My husband actually said the meatballs tastes like 'garbage') We had a few bites and left the venue. Surprising because the place was pretty busy. Families and college kids. The restrooms required a key to enter. Upping entering, the floor was littered with toilet paper and it looked very unclean. There wasn't any toilet paper either. I informed a young man and he said he would take care of it. My pizza was the gluten free dough. It took longer to bake than the other pizzas. When I received my pizza, it was very well done, as if they put it back to finish cooking. My daughter's pizza was not enjoyable. She said it lacked flavor.
