Line was long, but as there is only so much menu to get through, it moves along fairly quick. The longest wait, obviously, was for the pizza to cook. Once it came out of the oven, the people working the oven were more focused on their conversation and it took me interrupting them to get my pizza. Otherwise, service was okay. Definitely room for improvement. Pizza was pretty good for a fast food pizza. The price point was reasonable too. This wouldn't be my first choice for pizza, but if you're looking for something cheap and quick, this will do. read more

I was in area for a visit and staying at a local hotel about 2 miles from Blaze Pizza. The reason I only gave them 3 stars is because the pizza was cold when it was delivered. I ordered thru the Yelp app and got the pizza in the time stated. It was delivered by Grubhub so not sure if it was because of Blaze or Grubhub. Anyway heated the pizza in the microwave and it was good, nothing outstanding but good. read more

We eat at Blaze all the time back home. My wife's pizza was good, mine was burnt. There is brick oven Charring and there's burnt, this one was the latter. So disappointing, I tipped them good too. Not worth the drive back to the rest from the hotel. read more

For the price, speediness and the fact that you can get unlimited toppings, this place is pretty darn good. I got the all veggie pie and added basil and green olives. I recommend not doing the tomato sauce dollops like mine had-it was too much and probably much better spread out over the crust evenly instead. I hope that someone who holds a position of power at this restaurant sees this post and reports it. While traveling for work in Bowling Green, my co-worker and I decided to go to Blaze for lunch. We each have eaten at the chain in other states and love the pizza. However, we had a horrible experience at this particular location. Everyone was very nice and speedy until we got to the check out where the man in charge of ringing us out was visibly under the influence of narcotics. He was sweaty and shaking and barely able to speak. He had bleeding scabs on his face. When my co-worker and I decided to add a smore onto our orders- the cashier had to re-write our names on the bag. It took him about a minute to write my name (Nicole) and about two minutes to write my co-worker's name (April). When we got our orders, my name was spelled NICELE and what was written on her bag was "HOOKER." We were completely appalled and she begged me not to make a scene since the restaurant was busy. This particular location has some serious work to do when it comes to hiring. We weren't able to identify the manager at the restaurant at the time- but this man was clearly in need of medical assistance and should NOT have been working with the public's food. We're glad that we don't live in Kentucky, because we would not be returning there. read more

Like wow.... Just wow. You know when you've had pizza that's so mind blowing you almost think you dreamed it? Yeah that was this. First arriving there was a long line and standing in line you hear how loud it is. The line does move quicker than expected and even if you've never been here (it was our first time) it's easy to understand. They explain of to you and it's set up to choose every thing as you go. The original crust is pretty thin, but they have other options. Since we chose the build your own option I basically made three pizzas in one. Pepperoni and cheese, Hawaiian, and Margherita types.... All were amazing! I don't even know the monstrosity my darling ordered, but it was a beautiful explosion of color and flavor. We also ordered smores, they were good too. Service was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and I didn't feel guilty due to the fact that it wasn't busy being 2 pm. Talk about fast! This is fun place, but certainly not your typical pizza spot. It's like a Qdoba or Subway, where you choose the toppings and then wait a few minutes while they cook your pizza. I was here on a Friday night, so there was a good crowd, but the wait to order wasn't long. I had a pesto variety and my kids both built their own. They both had goat cheese on theirs and I highly recommend. Next time, I'll go the same way. I also had the tomato & mozzarella salad. It was fine, but probably not worth the extra calories and the extra price. The pizza itself was plenty. They also forgot to give me the salad when I checked out, so I wound up just eating it with my salad. The lemonades are fun, the decor is cool, and the food is good. I'm not sure that it's the best way to get pizza, though. If you are really wanting great pizza, why not go to a place with table service so that you can sit and enjoy the experience? read more

I recently arrived back to work after eating lunch at Blaze in Bowling Green, KY. I ordered half pizza/half salad (just like Azzip pizza) and when I went to pay, the lady asked the manager how to ring it up (she was new) and he (Wes) replied, "Ring up "Build your Own" then ring up a side salad." The price was $8.25 (build-your-own) + 4.25 (side salad) plus tax. I asked why I was being charged for a whole pizza and a side salad when I ordered half pizza half salad. The manager (Wes) said, "That's the price and if you ask a different manager they will tell you the same." The lady who first took my order came down and agreed with Wes and said that she would only charge me $8.25 this time but next time it would be $14+. My friend and I sat down to eat (food was good) and a lady that was wiping tables asked how everything was and I said, "Well the food is good but..." she said, "tell me what's wrong" so I explained the whole ordeal to her. She agreed with me and said that they were wrong and went up to the manager and told him as such. She came back and said that it was the correct price. She then asked me if I wanted to speak to the owner, which I didn't, and I told her I was going to contact corporate. I had two pieces left and the owner walks over and sits down and tries to explain to me that because the salad is on crust and pesto that it would cost more. I didn't understand what his point was because if I had a whole pizza, it would have been marina, cheese and meat on that side where the salad was located. I would assume pesto and lettuce is cheaper so why charge for an entire pizza and a size salad when I was only getting 1/2 and 1/2? They should NEVER sell pizza half salad/half pizza if they're going to charge you for an entire side salad and an entire pizza. If they are copying Azzip pizza then they should do what they do and charge for 1 pizza if half of it is salad. I will just go to Azzip pizza in the future. I've already emailed this to info@blazepizza.com ...this needs to be changed, they're ripping people off. read more

Blaze offers the best toppings and pizza made fast! They also have DELICIOUS drinks that are all made in house. My favorite is the Matcha Agua Fresca, but all the drinks are amazing! My first experience with this restaurant and very impressed. The staff ensured my wife and I received what we wanted. The food was tasty and the wood fired thin crust was just right. So, yes good, a wait for sure- this place seems to get a LIT of hype and it is good, however I just wonder what ALL the fuss is about, I have eaten at several other pizza places and they are equally as good, there is NOTHING WRONG here, just in my opinion not a place that I just MUST go to, with that said, average price and good pie, the staff was attentive even tho they were buried at the time, it was non stop I will give them that , so to stay upbeat and positive and still turn out good pies, always a huge plus. Good selection of items to dress up the pies with and the finishing are great as well. I will be back again, but I will visit similar places as well.
