I've just experienced one of the worst services ever from this establishment. Yes, I can admit we walked in within the last 30 minutes but I am seriously appalled at the rude workers during this Wednesday shift. I received dirty looks walking in, scribbled name when taking my order and the lady making my pizza might as well spit in it. She was quick to be unsanitary and it was very obvious she didn't want to be there. Avoid going on Wednesday afternoons to avoid this workers. I normally don't have this terrible of an experience but beware... seriously. The bald black woman who made my pizza had to go in the back to get salt and oregano and I'm honestly praying she didn't spit in her gloves in the process. If you're gonna work in the service industry, hiding your frustrations for being at work should be obvious. I forgot to mention I called to place a to go order and they hung up on me. I called again and they said we aren't taking to go orders today so I said I'll be there soon. They should have already been expecting me they decided to act surprised and uncalled for the duration of 10 minutes. read more

Delicious!! 10/10. My friend and I went and it was my first time going after her raving :-) So happy we went! I got a 2-topping pizza with a pesto base, mozz balls, and mushrooms!! My friend gets a tomato base, vegan chorizo and mozz balls too. You can then add oregano or one other free "topper" that I can't remember. My family and I order pizzas from Blaze at least once a week since it's opened. It's super fast, the employees are friendly and the experience its enjoyable. I never review anything, but thought I should today. A slip up happened with one of the pizzas we ordered, and they automatically made a new one, and gave me the messed up one to take home as well (my husband is happy). The pizza here is really good. More costly than a franchise, but for the personalization, worth it. Everything is favorable. The reason for only 3 stars: We ordered garlic knots, they confirmed all the way down that they were in the oven. When they went to give us the garlic knots, it was only 2, not the 4 we ordered. Instead of offering us the 2 and would make 2 more, they gave them to an employee on break. Ok, so we were told they would bring us the garlic knots when they were done. Some time passes and we check again. The cook dropped them and needed to make a new order. He said again, he would bring them to us. Instead, they called us up to pick them up. Here are how things could have been handled different. With good customer service you should let someone know about the delay after dropping them and needing to remake the order. Also, if you promise to bring them to the table, bring them to the table. The manager should have been notified of the issue and delay and offered an apology. Maybe even a small gift certificate for the time it took. I could care less about anything other than, acknowledge your mistake and apologize after you fulfill your promise. read more

I have never had such good pizza at a chain pizzeria but thus place is the outlier. They have gluten free option for my partner, a lot of variety, and fair prices. On top of all that the staff at this location was friendly too. I loved how they fired the pizza in a real oven, which I think is what made the difference in taste. WOW! The hype about Blaze Pizza is real. We chose a "Simple Pie" as a starter which consisted of the basic cheese pizza (mozzarella, parmesan and red sauce). The pizza was fresh, tasted good and well worth the $5.25 for your own pie divided into six small slices. We then ordered two "Build Your Own Pizza" because we could not agree on which of their eight "Signature Pizzas" to order. Building your own pizza is "completely customizable" for a very reasonable $8.25 The menu allowed us to choose from a plethora of Sauces, Cheeses, Meats, Veggies and "Finishes" which they add after the pie comes out of the oven. We added more than one type of cheese, meats and veggies. The end result after arugula was added as requested when the pie left the oven, was an extremely flavorful and delicious pizza. Yes, we all agreed that it had the WOW! factor. The staff were pleasant and their assembly line for creating the pizza was properly synchronized with their menu of ingredients we had on hand. Kudos for great concept and teamwork! We'll definitely return. Great location for shopping nearby and plenty of seating inside and outside the establishment. It used to be really good and my family loved going there however for last couple of months it has deteriorated as a whole chain. Their website has been very cumbersome but last time I spent 15min trying to order but couldn't order. One before that I ordered online and got there in 15min. !!!!! DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE !!!! If I could give 0 star I would. We ordered an online only meal at 6:30. It should have been here at 6:57. It literally just arrived and it is 8:20. The pizza was cold. When at 7, the pizza wasn't here, we called the place and we were told it wasn't ready yet and it would be ready within the next 10 min. They gave the doordash driver the wrong address. When I was on the phone with the driver, he told me he almost gave my order to the wrong people. Thanks god these people didn't take the pizza. Blaze's concept is similar to Subway or Chipotle, except it's for pizza. Pick and choose any topping and they quickly make a personal pizza for you. Very good experience.
