Quality control here is top tier. I ordered a pizza online and requested it well done. When I arrived, Victor noticed it came out a bit too burnt in some spots and immediately checked with me to make sure it was okay. He even offered to remake it since parts weren't really edible. I appreciated the honesty and gladly said yes huge thanks to him for that. The replacement pizza was amazing. They always have solid deals, and the s'mores pie was surprisingly good as a dessert. I truly don't like leaving bad reviews but today we visited this Blaze. My husband and I each got build your owns. We could tell they were busy because it's was 6pm on a Friday. Our pizzas were made great. When we got called up to get them they had "lost" my husbands pizza. Most likely they gave it to someone else. When we asked how it could get lost a team member told us if we knew anything about the Bermuda triangle.... He had to get back in line which was quite long only to be told they had also ran out of dough. The point isn't that they lost the pizza or that they were busy. The point is the lack of accountability. Other people went up to the counter saying they had also gotten the wrong pizza. I think as a manager you need to step in and acknowledge the mistake. They are lucky no one came with allergies or made a scene because it just wasn't decent customer service. read more

My husband & I came in yesterday for a quick dinner date, it was nothing less than amazing!!! Not only were all the workers super sweet & friendly, our pizza really was yummy! It was our first time there too so it was a bit overwhelming lol but she was super helpful & took her time w us! It was a super pleasant & yummy visit! The girl working the register tonight at 8:30 pm 7/13 is clearly having a bad day. Maybe it's because she was ringing people up and taking pizzas out of the oven, but regardless she had an unnecessary attitude with myself and the two female guests ahead of me that requested sauces on our finished pizzas. She immediately took the pizzas out of the oven, boxed them up, and tried to go back to the register without even asking if we wanted any finishing sauces on the pizzas. She then caught an attitude when I asked for Pesto by taking the pizza back, carelessly placing the pesto on top and sliding it back to me without a word. The same thing happened to the other ladies too. Maybe this is not a good night for her but regardless, don't make customers feel like crap because we're asking you to do tasks that are in your job description. I don't deserve attitude for asking for pesto on my pizza and those other ladies didn't deserve it either. The other two workers I saw were positive and professional. This was my first visit to this location and it's smaller than other ones I've been to. There were a few people in line ahead of us when we arrived, but it moved quickly. You can build your own pizza here with unlimited toppings (an 11" pie is currently $9.25 with an upcharge if you choose a keto or cauliflower crust) or select from their menu of signature pies. For this visit, I choose a 2-Top pizza with Italian meatballs and mushrooms as I was in the mood for a simpler pie. I like these pizzas because they taste good and don't take long to make. Plus, I usually have at least 2 slices left over for later. Fun fact: LeBron James was an early investor in this chain with a $1 million back in 2012. His stake is now worth about $40 million. I recently visited Blaze Pizza on Lake Mead and was met with disappointing service. When I requested two gluten-free crusts, the employee snappily asked if it was a preference or allergy. When I explained it was both, he chuckled sarcastically and questioned my response as in it had to be either or. It was clear he didn't take my dietary needs seriously. I had to go into detail to explain one of the pizzas is for a person with the allergy and the other is for a person with a preference. Just for him to send both pizzas down the same like anyway and that entire interaction was pointless. His attitude made me feel unwelcome and I left feeling disrespected. I typically don't visit restaurants on this side of town, but I was passing through. Unfortunately, this experience reaffirmed my decision. Next time, I'll keep driving. read more

I was glad to see this spot open in my new neighborhood! Came by for my first visit right around Pi Day (3.14) for their discount (only available with their app). Highly recommend using their app to get discounts and rack up points for freebies like drinks and dessert. SERVICE: I had difficulty pulling up their app to pay with my rewards because there was no signal in the dining room. They have wifi but somehow no one on site knows the password or is unwilling to give customers access? Thankfully the manager honored my coupon (but he was clearly not thrilled about it) and I was able to scan in points later. I returned for another visit for pickup, after placing order via app. The pickup pizza was made with less ingredients/inconsistent toppings compared to the one ordered on site. FOOD: I usually get their regular crust with the build-your-own style. They do have some preset options that are cheaper, so check those out before ordering. The spicy red sauce is my go to, and I usually do a pesto drizzle at the end. I like how they have vegan options available, as well as low carb (keto crust) etc. The portion is also such that I usually make two meals out of this by adding a side salad or making one at home, which makes it a good value. read more
