Pepperoni, green olives and garlic pizza

The real deal! The thin crust pizza was excellent with a fresh homemade crust and toppings that stood out, especially the chunks of green olives and fresh roasted garlic. No cheap and nasty tomato sauce or jarred condiments here, just high-quality ingredients you can truly taste. The owner was super friendly, genuinely happy to have us there, and took the time to explain how the crust is made with only four simple ingredients. When we told him we were from Illinois and take our pizza seriously, he didn't skip a beat and responded if we weren't 100% satisfied, we'd get our money back. Needless to say, we didn't ask for a refund! The seating area is cozy and perfect for an individual, couple, or small group. Everything was clean, including the tables and restroom. All in all, Red Rock Pizza has easily made it into my Top 5 pizza destinations. Highly recommended!

A slice of Pizza in Las Vegas can cost as much as a whole large Pizza back at home, so when we are in Las Vegas, We like to travel to small towns outside of Las Vegas. We visited Red Rock pizza in Summerlin about 15 minutes from the strip. The restaurant was clean. The owner was great, a true New Yorker. The business has been there for 18 years. The pizza was hot and delicious. I highly suggest if you're in Las Vegas, you take a trip over for a good slice of pie at a reasonable price.

I would pick Red Rock Pizza over the big chain pizzas ANY DAY. And if you have the chance, stop by to sit and eat your pizza fresh out of the oven, in-house. You won't regret it. You get amazing, genuine service and you feel like you're actually in New York eating some great slices of pizza. I've never been to New York, but I'm sure this is exactly what it feels like. Will be coming again. Even though I live all the way on the opposite side of town. 100% worth it.

I wanted to like this place, unfortunately after the third time visit I cannot. I have had two different pizzas from this establishment and they were mediocre at best. Tried again a couple weeks ago, we wanted to try something different. The girl behind the counter was nice, had great attitude and suggested we try a calzone, she attempted to show my wife and I a picture board behind the counter displaying what the calzone looked like, Immediately the cooks yells stop!!! Totally ruined the vibe and we should have left on that note. We decided to order the calzone anyway because the front counter employee was trying. The calzone was a major disappointment, either the cook was in a bad mood or just likes to disappoint customers on purpose? We ordered olives, pepperoni , mushrooms, tomatoes and onions ,all extra. And here is what we got, see photos and receipt pic.

Regular pie, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 no cheese, with pepperoni, homemade sausage slices and perfectly cooked mushrooms.

This place turned out to be one of those "third time's the charm" case. Been craving pizza for a few days, and after striking out with 2 other places in an effort to order takeout pizza, OSP came through. Their pizza is a solid 4/5 - it's their stellar customer service that makes them 5/5. The phone ordering process couldn't have been easier. The guy that answered the phone was friendly and efficient. The pickup process was just as smooth. The cashier girl greeted me promptly and was courteous. We got a 14" custom with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms, 1/2 no cheese. They got our order right, which was another plus. The husband hates cheese so we always order 1/2 cheese, 1/2 no cheese and it's been a crap shoot as to whether a place gets it right the first time. But then, we've ended up with free pies because of screw-ups where the place will give us the wrong one for free while making another one correctly. The pepperoni was standard but their homemade sausage was tasty! And they cooked the mushrooms to perfection, with nice toasty edges. Been a long time since I had perfectly executed mushrooms on my pizza. The sauce was bright with just enough acidity. Oh, and that dough.... I'm not a huge crust person but their dough is worth the carbs. And, the pizza, with tip, was only ~$25. Happy to add this place to our list of go-to pizza places.

I have ordered pizza 2 times to go and I have to say you can tell how fresh, delicious, and ratio of ingredients to pizza. Both times I've brought them home, it was hot and so flavorful!! You can tell that they really care about their products and the freshness of their ingredients!! I'm a FAN!!

Came here on our way to Mount Charleston. Service was fast and friendly! Dining area was clean and inviting. The Red Rock Salad was fantastic! Fresh ingredients and a tasty vinaigrette! The Garlic Knots are awesome! Great flavor! The Bianco pizza is amazing! They have the best seasoned Ricotta cheese! GOTTA TRY IT!! Best White Pie we have ever had!! All their cheese is brought in from Wisconsin and YOU CAN TASTE IT! WOW!!

I'm so disappointed. We've been regular customers for a while. I'm New York born and raised, with a long detour in New Jersey, so I know my pizza. This one is fairly authentic, with some oil dripping off each slice, just like you'd get back east. And I do like that the crust is not overly salty. What gets my ire is the Incredibly Shrinking Pizza. A large pizza used to be 18", and still is, but apparently not in this town, and Red Rock isn't the only culprit. But we got a pie tonight, and when I opened the box, there was space all around the pie. The slices were incredibly tiny. What used to be a meal - two slices, in my memory - was just an appetizer. This was more like a medium. And when we finished, we checked the bottom of the box, which said 16". Where did the other 2" go? I feel gypped. Looks like the owner is just making smaller pies, instead of raising prices, which are already not cheap. I guess if we had ordered a Jumbo, which the menu states is 18", that would have been 16"? Not a happy customer this time. Edit: The leftover single slice fit comfortably into a sandwich baggie, not even quart. Sure says something. I used to freeze leftover slices in gallon bags, and never ordered a jumbo-sized pizza. Jumbo is now the old Large, if it's even that big. read more

A slice of Pizza in Las Vegas can cost as much as a whole large Pizza back at home, so when we are in Las Vegas, We like to travel to small towns outside of Las Vegas. Been here 4 years ago with my large family and spent over $120 here only to be disappointed by the mediocrity of the food and rude service. Flash forward to 2026 and stopped in for 2 slices for the lunch special. The man working (possibly the owner) stated he makes his own crust and has been there almost 20 years and tried to imply our family pizza spot we go to now has changed several owners, but funny because the place we frequent is named after the owner! We got our slices and was not offered pepper flakes or cheese. The pizza was dry and flavorless and because the pizza was premade, the sauce had dried up so every bite was like tasting sandpaper because of all the semolina on the bottom. The only decent thing was the crust was crispy on the bottom. Permanently not coming back for the value and flavor , go down the street westbound on the right you will not regret it read more

Red Rock Pizza, consider me officially obsessed. I walked in hungry, I floated out like I'd just high-fived a cloud. The service is absolutely impeccable, like they hired a team of mind-reading pizza angels. The crew is that perfect mix of friendly, fast, and on-it; they anticipate napkins and somehow make you feel like a regular on your first visit. Now, the star of the show: the Cajun Queen. She does not play. Perfectly balanced heat, tons of flavor, and that glorious crust, crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, like a warm hug with a little sassy kick. It's the kind of slice that has you nodding to yourself like, "yep... that's the one." The wings? Massive. We're talking pterodactyl energy. Saucy in the best way, bring-your-own-bib levels of saucy--and cooked just right. And the homemade ranch... listen. I am not saying I'd drink it, but I did consider writing it a love letter. It's herby, creamy, dreamy, and honestly might be some of the best I've ever had. Dip everything in it. No regrets. Vibes are clean and cozy, the timing is spot-on, and portions are generous enough to earn you elite leftovers. Prices are more than fair for how good everything is. This is the best pizza I've had in a very, very long time. Do yourself a favor: check them out. Order the Cajun Queen, grab a pile of wings, say yes to extra ranch, and let the perfect employees do their magic. 11/10, would sauce again. read more

We ordered a pizza this evening that my husband brought home, and before I even opened the box, I noticed a strong sour smell. When I opened it, the scent was even stronger. A couple of people had already started eating, so I didn't want to say anything to influence them. But when I took a few bites, the pizza tasted sour as well. I couldn't finish my slice, and others who tried it also stopped eating. I called Red Rock to let them know and was told they had just shredded the cheese yesterday, so it should have been fine. I explained again that the pizza smelled and tasted very sour, but the person on the phone insisted it had smelled fine when they cut and boxed it. I asked for a refund (and said I could bring the pizza back), but she told me she wasn't authorized to offer refunds and that I'd need to speak to the manager on Wednesday (today is Sunday). She did offer to remake the pizza with the same cheese, but I declined. read more

I've tried every pizza place in Summerlin - FINALLY hitting on the best and within a mere few blocks of home. The methodical patience in preparing a pizza for me that's a tad bit "off the norm" (allergies you know) is always done outstandingly "to order". Lovely staff...I'm guessing Italian? -Cause they just aim to please and KNOW what they are doing and for whom when it comes to preparation. I keep coming back for more... read more

Excellent pizza. Not cheap by any means, however, their pizza is one of the best in town. This place is a bit far from my house, but I'll go out of my way to come here. I'm originally from New York so I know good pizza and this place hits the nail on the head. The owner, Paulie is good people. He'll have a conversation with you on basically any topic you bring up- but his speciality is sports! Thanks for serving the community. read more

Excellent service and great food in a quaint eatery. Very friendly staff, they checked on us often. We had garlic wings and a calzone. I left my bottle of iced tea on the table but was thrown out ( my fault ). The owner came out with a new bottle, we said no thank you but he insisted we take it. I remember visiting this establishment years ago for their vegetable pizza during lent. Thank you for a great lunch we will definitely be back. read more

Well, I gotta tell you there's so many good pizza places in Las Vegas and this is not one of them. This place is definitely overpriced and I hate to say it, but Costco pizza is better than this place. Go to Rocco's go to Brooklyn's best go to Anna Maria's. This is like carnival Pizza here forget about it. read more

Heard good things about their pizza from the gals at Hair Social Salon, so stopped in to get takeout for watching the Ohio State football game. Delicious pizza with choice of many fresh toppings. Mine was pepperoni, green olives and pinenuts. Studying the takeout menu for my next time. The gentleman, I assume the owner, was very welcoming when I told him it was my first time there and new to the neighborhood. Convenient location with an Italian pizza place vibe. First time here and I'm glad we got takeout. As soon as we stepped into the restaurant it smelled delicious. We were greeted by the friendly staff and ordered a jumbo margarita pizza and added half pepperoni on one side and Italian sausage on the other. The pizza looked and tasted amazing with a spicy kick. We got delivery and it was quick and he was super polite. Place is expensive for its pizza but it is delicious. The Margherita pizza was excellent and we added chicken cutlets which made it even better. The garlic knots were a little tough to chew and the marinara was cold which doesn't work well. Besides for it being on the high end of the pizza chain it's pretty good and taste fresh. Will order again for sure read more

In A Nutshell: -Red Rock Pizza offers a ridiculously great tasting pizza smothered w/ tons of toppings! -I ordered a medium half-n-half Supreme & Widowmaker pizza. -It takes about 20-25 minutes for the pie to come out piping hot. -It's well worth the wait though. -Even though I grabbed it to-go, I couldn't resist & opened up the box to try a slice...or two! -Everything about the pizza here is top-notch, the toppings, the temperature, the cheese, the sauce, everything is A+. Overall, this is definitely a winner for great tasting pizza. read more

Came here for a quick bite for lunch since I've heard great things about this place. It's a small place, but plenty of tables indoors & even outside. They've got a giant menu posted up with the prices blacked out, but good to look at if you want it all in front of you. I ended up getting the chicken parm panini & a drink. Didn't take too long to come out since I was the only customer there. The panini overall was okay. The tomatoes were very vinegary so it overpowered the sandwich for me & i usually like vinegar. The chicken cutlet was thin but good. Overall a pretty decent spot for a bite. Next time I'll have to try out their pizza. read more

Not a wing connoisseur by any stretch, but I have had my fair share of wings and I must say these were some of the best I've ever had! They're baked not fried, meaty, and very tasty with just the right amount of sauce. For reference, I ordered the 25 piece for a New Year's Eve party, chose the garlic Parmesan and barbecue sauce option. Even our guests commented, "great wings, where did you get these from?" Highly recommend, can all but guarantee you will not be disappointed! read more

Ambiance is very hole in the wall. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Tried the bbq chicken pizza (large) with Caesar sale (large). Service was prompt and friendly. The salad was lacking dressing so we asked for more. The Caesar flavor just was not there (I consider myself a Caesar salad connoisseur). I would no order the casa er sale again. It was however, enough salad to spot between two. The boba chicken pizza was large enough to split between two people with leftovers, but again the flavor was lacking. It was a great experience. Just not one to write home about. read more

I ordered a pizza and salad from red rock pizza over the weekend and let me tell you it was delicious! I am a huge pizza connoisseur and I'm very picky when it comes to giving good reviews. I got half red rock and half bruschetta and it was *chefs kiss* amazing. I also had a Caesar salad, the Parmesan shreds on top were a nice touch. Unfortunately, to no fault of their own, we ordered take out, so I wasn't able to experience the pizza fresh and hot, but it was still a solid 8.5/10, so I'm definitely looking forward to going back and getting a fresh pie! Great pizza. Unique specialty ones. Wife love the Pueblo and I truly enjoy the Lasagna pizza with the Bolognese. Garlic knots are good, and it's nice getting one with each pie. Highlights of their menu include: Tiramisu, which has a strong and flavorful espresso taste from the soaked lady fingers. The Cannoli is one of, If not the best I've had. Shell is fresh and crunchy, and filling is delicious. Slight cinnamon flavor from shell. The chocolate chunk cookies is amazing. If you like a cookie with a bit of a crisp bottom, super thick, and a bit "undercooked " gooey center, then this is it. And to top it all off, the ranch is best in town. Heavy on the dill. We used to order pizza from Red Rock Pizza all the time and took a break for a couple years. Things have changed and not in a positive way. We ordered delivery. While convenient that I didn't have to pick it up, the pizza arrived over an hour after ordering and everything was barely warm. The onion rolls were really good. I think it would have been delicious if they were fresh and hot. Mushroom pizza was ok. It was cool upon arrival so the cheese had already congealed and the crust was a bit hard. The Red Rock Supreme pizza had good tasting toppings but again, the pizza was cool upon arrival so it wasn't fresh tasting and the crust was hard and stale. We also ordered a chocolate cookie. First time trying Red Rock pizza. My family tried a few items. All quality!! We ordered 2 pizzas, one Red Rock Supreme. I got a custom. Established in 2007.

I opened in 2007 determined to introduce to Las Vegas the great quality and styles of pizza that I was fortunate enough to be around growing up in NYC. Back east, we would never settle for chain style pizza. the chains only succeeded in the tourist areas, same as they do in Italy. Because the locals would know better and always choose the quality and freshness they can only get in a small business style pizzeria. Over 12 years later I feel I've succeeded doing that and now that I live here in Vegas, I'm excited to continue this tradition out here.

I'm originally from Italy. Started helping and learning to cook and make pizza after school in the family owned restaurant located on 2nd Ave at E.31st in Manhattans NYC. My family taught me how to shop and pick the best quality ingredients and how each ingredient is used so that you produce the best pizza.

What drew me in to this restaurant was a past appearance on the Maury Povich Show, where I took a paternity test for someone who claimed she was my daughter. The end result? I was cleared, so Maury pointed at me while telling her that he's "Not yo' daddy." And so I visit Nacho Daddy on occasion, strictly for celebratory reasons. Birria nachos are excellent, made with a high quality shredded beef with pickled onion, cilantro, sour cream, cheese, and lime on top of a stack of chips. Having birria without consommé was new, but this one didn't really need it with all the flavors jumping out. Another recommendation is the cheeseburger nacho, an Americanized version with ground beef, bacon, cheddar, jack, queso, onions, tomato, and lettuce. The 'mini nachos' are perfectly sized for a light meal but if you're hungry, get the full size order which is huge and shareable. This location has been in business for 17 years now and there's plenty of seating in a nice, clean atmosphere.

At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

Misleading Advertising, Missed Opportunity I recently had an experience with this establishment that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I was eager to try their food, having seen an enticing offer on their website - a large cheese pizza with 20 traditional wings for just $40. To sweeten the deal, they also mentioned an additional 20% discount for pick-up orders. However, when I called to place my order and mentioned the advertised deal, I was told that it was no longer available. The person on the other end claimed it was outdated, even though the offer was still prominently displayed on their website. My point is simple - if a deal is advertised on your website, shouldn't you honor it, especially if it hasn't been updated? False advertising can lead to disappointed customers like me who were excited to give their food a try. I appreciate the effort of the staff member who tried to offer me an alternative deal, but I couldn't help but feel let down by the discrepancy between what was advertised and what was actually offered. In the future, I hope this establishment ensures that their deals align with what they promise on their website, so customers can have a more enjoyable and transparent experience. read more

Crooks, I just called in found out prices told them I would call back. The next thing two pizzas are delivered at my door, the driver insists on a payment told me to call the office. I paid him called the office they would not come back to pickup their pizzas or return money. I NEVER ordered these pizzas - be careful when you call them and they ask for your address to verify that they can deliver. The manager hung up on me. Eventually we tasted the pizzas and ended up throwing them away - they were spicy and soggy and the basil on them was wilted --- YUK --- is what I have to say... Mr. Manager, next time before you hang up on a customer - try to LISTEN, if you would have you would have seen that you guys made a mistake. read more

I've tried this location for take-out only twice, however, on both occasions, the pizza was undercooked and the sauce and toppings slid off of the pizza slices leaving our group with wet dough and an unfortunate and unpleasant toppings mess on our plates. A member of our group asked if this restaurant served raw materials which we were supposed to cook and I answered, in the restaurant's best interest, that this was not the case. That was our first attempt. The second attempt we were served pizza toppings on what tasted like cardboard. I wish that this location had better pizza. So close to our domicile yet so far from being an acceptable option. read more

I ordered the Garlic Chicken Pizza, which is usually great. This time, it had little garlic and sauce, so I took it back. They remade it and added garlic, but when I got home, it still had a strange taste. The next day, I realized the chicken was breaded instead of roasted. I called and was told that the customer before me had breaded chicken, so they only had that on hand and used it on mine too--without asking. I cannot eat breaded food, and I was shocked they made that substitution without informing me. I paid for a specific order and should have received exactly what I ordered. Very disappointing... Great Fresh Ingredients make the Very Best Pizza. The peasant dough is made daily in house; not shipped from some warehouse across the country and filled with lard and preservatives. Only the very best goes into these gourmet pizzas and you can absolutely taste the difference. The staff are professional and friendly, and like the food they serve first rate. We all know it costs a bit more to eat healthy, but its woth it. Once you taste this pizza you won't want to go anywhere else. read more
