I did get a few less than perfect fries, but I don't expect them to sort out every fry that isn't picture perfect. I went inside to place my order because the drive thru line was out the parking lot. It's located right off of Lake Mead/95 exit. There are decent amount of parking spaces available. In-N-Out's menu is limited. You can get burgers, fries, and milkshakes. There is a secret menu you can order from as well. The secret menu has different combinations like animal style burgers and fries! My go to order is typically the single burger patty with cheese and pickles. When I stopped by, I also ordered my husband a 4x4 with lettuce wrap, tomatoes, pickles, onions, and sauce. I ended up ordering the order to go and eating at the house afterwards. The food was still warm by the time I got back to the house. The single cheeseburger was perfect! The burger wasn't overly seasoned and it had just the right amount of pickles on the cheeseburger. My husband enjoyed his burger as well! The items are always made fresh. Each item is made to order. In-N-Out doesn't use frozen beef or microwaves. All of the potatoes are fresh, prepared daily. The food is great, and it's usually my go to place when I want something quick. I've been eating at this In-N-Out for years and I NEVER had a problem with my order as bad as tonight. I ordered my #2, no veggies but I want it animal style and extra cheese and spread on the side. This is how I order my burger when I eat it in my car. I get my burger and all I have in my burger is extra cheese. NO ANIMAL STYLE AT ALL!!! So I go in and this girl named Mia helped me. Hasn't been here in a while but suddenly has a craving. I went to the location closes to me although I prefer a specific location a little further out. It was after 7 pm when we arrived Ava the line was out of the drive way and onto the street. My son and I decided to go inside instead. Once inside we were about the 3rd in line and overall, the wait was only about 15 minutes. We both ordered strawberry milk shakes, a cheese burger and fries totaling to $20. My entire experience at this location was saved by the amazing customer service and help from Cashier Tatiana! Such an amazing heart and soul and her alone will be the reason I frequent this In and out on my cheat days when I can! I am new to this area and a veteran just getting settled in to this side of town! I found myself having a very rare hiccup with my form of payment (debit card) being screwed up and mostly on part of the military having screwed up, my order was placed through drive thru but I had to come inside to complete payment. While everyone from manager to the other cashier looked at me angrily or even just seemingly looking fed up with me because I was being forced to manually have to punch in my debit card because my physical card was undergoing some things. I almost couldn't even leave with my meal. I had the money on card showing proof of so to the others behind the counter but I just seemed to get exhausted looks from the others behind the counter. The manager even just rolled eyes at me as now the lines started to pack in and I was just being rushed to leave or find some other method. Having celiac disease In-N-Out Burger is a blessing because the french fries are gluten-free. They have no breading that goes in the deep fryer and their protein style burgers without the bun or everything. I eat there very often and I have never ever ever gotten sick. This is the only location that gets my order right 100% of the time. All other locations tend to give me a bun when I don't want one. Protein style is a not so secret menu order that means no bun. My first time coming to this location . I don't go to In-n-Out but a couple times a year . I have to say this location seems a little calmer than the W. Tropicana location even though it was a little busy . The drive thru had a long line , but I went inside anyway to check it out . It was clean and bright inside . There were lots of employees working the food line and one cleaning tables and sweeping the floor . I ordered a double double animal style and a 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 strawberry shake . The shake was just okay . I thought I would be different this time to mix it up to see if it would make it better , but still not that great . The burger was pretty good and I forgot to ask for light salt , but it was just right without asking this time . At the W. Tropicana location if you don't ask for light salt it is overwhelming ! I personally don't like their fries even though they are fresh cut , so I quit buying them or I go somewhere else and buy fries to take home . I still don't see why some people go ga ga over In-n-Out . It is okay and I like the nostalgia of it with the white and red interior and the cool old car posters . It's just the food is nothing special to me . I go like twice a year to just have a little different burger . I like that they have lots of employees and they are efficient . They often look busy, especially during dinner rush, because the drive-thru line spills into the street due to their parking lot design. However, this doesn't necessarily mean they're busy because, for some reason, people have an aversion to going inside. For example, there can be 20 cars waiting in the drive-thru, but only 2 people are in line once you walk inside! I came here for an early dinner after running a local marathon earlier in the morning. Even though I was there between 3 and 4 pm, the place was super busy. The drive thru line stretched all the way to the street. The parking lot was full, so I queued up for the drive thru and waited for my turn to place my order. They had 2 employees out in the parking lot taking orders from each car in the drive thru lane to help speed things up. It was a well oiled machine and each of the employees that I interacted with were all very nice and friendly. Although the line was long, it moved at a good pace. When we got to the window the person working could not repeat our order back to us right. We paid and hoped for the best. When we got home to my surprise everything was right. Thankfully. When we got our food in the car and drove out, we realized the same truck we did not line up behind was now exiting just ahead of us. No time saved by going in.
