Ordered the Double-Double w/ Cheese and added onion. Skipped the fries. The burger was good, messy, the onion was a little "hot" but it was so ingrained with the burger that I couldn't remove it. Let me start off by saying this is thee best In-N-Out I've had in a while. I ordered a Flying Dutchman with chopped grilled onions and a side of fries. The Flying Dutchman was seasoned to perfection. I did get a few less than perfect fries, but I don't expect them to sort out every fry that isn't picture perfect. I went inside to place my order because the drive thru line was out the parking lot. I decided to eat outside, and the cleanliness of the dining area really stood out. A worker came by about every 10 minutes to clean tables and pick up any trash that had missed the trash cans. The outdoor seating area was nice and clean. Overall, it was a great experience with good food and attentive staff. My next trip to Vegas this will be my first stop! read more

This In-N-Out Burger location is not too busy compared to some of the other locations in Las Vegas. After visiting LVAC, I decided to stop by In-N-Out burger for lunch. It's located right off of Lake Mead/95 exit. There are decent amount of parking spaces available. In-N-Out's menu is limited. You can get burgers, fries, and milkshakes. There is a secret menu you can order from as well. The secret menu has different combinations like animal style burgers and fries! My go to order is typically the single burger patty with cheese and pickles. When I stopped by, I also ordered my husband a 4x4 with lettuce wrap, tomatoes, pickles, onions, and sauce. I ended up ordering the order to go and eating at the house afterwards. The food was still warm by the time I got back to the house. The single cheeseburger was perfect! The burger wasn't overly seasoned and it had just the right amount of pickles on the cheeseburger. My husband enjoyed his burger as well! The items are always made fresh. Each item is made to order. In-N-Out doesn't use frozen beef or microwaves. All of the potatoes are fresh, prepared daily. The food is great, and it's usually my go to place when I want something quick. It took 22 minutes for a long line of cars to be provided a complete service. I have never seen an In-N-Out worked so fast to get their customers their food. I've been craving a Flying Dutchman with fries for months, and it hit the spot. This is a good location to go to because it is not as busy as the rest of them. I have never really had a bad experience coming here. Nobody has been rude to me. The food at In and Out is okay. If I were to pick between McDonalds and In and Out, I would pick In and Out. They did burn our burgers a little bit. I liked the slight crispness of the hamburger bun. The one thing that I would wish that they would do is put some kind of cover on the order. They always just hand you an open box full of food. I've been eating at this In-N-Out for years and I NEVER had a problem with my order as bad as tonight. I ordered my #2, no veggies but I want it animal style and extra cheese and spread on the side. This is how I order my burger when I eat it in my car. I get my burger and all I have in my burger is extra cheese. NO ANIMAL STYLE AT ALL!!! So I go in and this girl named Mia helped me. I try to explain what I want and she keeps trying to add just the spread. I told her that animal style has grilled onions and she says,"so you want the spread?" We go back and forth a few times. It was crowded and minimal seats were available but it was to be expected! My entire experience at this location was saved by the amazing customer service and help from Cashier Tatiana! Such an amazing heart and soul and her alone will be the reason I frequent this In and out on my cheat days when I can! I am new to this area and a veteran just getting settled in to this side of town! I found myself having a very rare hiccup with my form of payment (debit card) being screwed up and mostly on part of the military having screwed up, my order was placed through drive thru but I had to come inside to complete payment. While everyone from manager to the other cashier looked at me angrily or even just seemingly looking fed up with me because I was being forced to manually have to punch in my debit card because my physical card was undergoing some things. I almost couldn't even leave with my meal. I had the money on card showing proof of so to the others behind the counter but I just seemed to get exhausted looks from the others behind the counter. The manager even just rolled eyes at me as now the lines started to pack in and I was just being rushed to leave or find some other method. Tatiana you are an amazing person and I promise to you will see me again, you deserve the utmost and I hope this place shines light on how awesome you are, I hope they appreciate having you because wow your a superstar! This is the only location that gets my order right 100% of the time. All other locations tend to give me a bun when I don't want one. Protein style is a not so secret menu order that means no bun. It makes eating out in a gluten free diet a little easier. We always order to go as the dining area is always packed. Good food equals long lines right? There were lots of employees working the food line and one cleaning tables and sweeping the floor . I ordered a double double animal style and a 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 strawberry shake . The shake was just okay . I thought I would be different this time to mix it up to see if it would make it better , but still not that great . The burger was pretty good and I forgot to ask for light salt , but it was just right without asking this time . At the W. Tropicana location if you don't ask for light salt it is overwhelming ! I personally don't like their fries even though they are fresh cut , so I quit buying them or I go somewhere else and buy fries to take home . For example, there can be 20 cars waiting in the drive-thru, but only 2 people are in line once you walk inside! I came here for an early dinner after running a local marathon earlier in the morning. Even though I was there between 3 and 4 pm, the place was super busy. The drive thru line stretched all the way to the street. The parking lot was full, so I queued up for the drive thru and waited for my turn to place my order. They had 2 employees out in the parking lot taking orders from each car in the drive thru lane to help speed things up.
