It's been a few years since I've visited Napoli Pizzeria. This location is on Lake Mead and Jones. It was my first time at this location for their 20th Anniversary! I've visited their Southwest location a few times. The Anniversary celebration was at three of their locations Sahara, Lake Mead, and Blue Diamond. I ended up arriving around 11:00 on Friday and it was busy, but not too busy! Napoli was giving away a free slice (cheese or pepperoni) to the first 200 customers which was awesome! There was also random giveaway like shirts and hats! Outside the of the restaurant they had balloons before the entry. When you placed your order, they provided the ticket number and did ask if you wanted it in a to go box or at the restaurant. I didn't wait too long for the cheese pizza slice, about 10 minutes. Inside the restaurant there were plenty of tables available to sit at and wait. There was also some bar stool seating too! When my pizza slice was ready, they had a few available at the counter and I brought my receipt. The cheese slice was delicious! It was so big too! There was lots of cheese and the tomato sauce used was scrumptious too! I did place a order for a second slice to go as well. I'll have to come back and try one of their custom pizzas. Napoli is known for their large party size 30 inch and 36 inch giant pizzas, and they are some of the largest pizza pies served in Las Vegas! I did see a customer order [1] of the 36 inch giant pizza and [2] of the 30 inch. Those boxes were huge! Food is great here and the service was fantastic! read more

I really hate to report a near total fail. My wife and two daughters were excited to try this place for the lunch specials. Walking up and coming in things looking OK. The person we met up front told us to sit at any table and she would be with us. She brought menus and disappeared for several minutes. Now she comes back to take our food and drinks order. Almost ten minutes go by. My youngest daughters lunch special of two slices comes out. No drinks and no condiments or napkins on the table. After several minutes go buy my wife has to get up and let the server know we would like drinks and such as pamesan and red pepper. Now they bring it. Next comes my pizza special . Nice. Still waiting on my wife and my other daughters order. So I got up and asked this supposed server about the other orders for the table. She looks straight at me cocks her hip and says that will be another 10 minutes. Ridiculous. About 40 minutes after ordering my wife's lasagna and my daughters chicken wings come out. The ambience and setting were good. Maybe fair to middling. I mean when you have to beg for a parmesam and red pepper shaker, go figure. Food wise the pizza was good. The lasagna well let me give you hint. Go buy Stouffers frozen lasagna and some fresh garlic bread from your local grocery and you will be much better off. I honestly can't say I tried the wings but the girls all liked them. Overall this just doesn't work. Especially when you want to enjoy a nice lunch and move on with your day. For a takeout pizza spot they were hustling it. But for in-store diners expect to be totally ignored and only served when they feel it is convenient for them. Lots of pizza choices in Vegas. Went on Valentine's day and didn't expect it to be so busy. Happy for them that they are though! Understandable that the order took a long time but the quality is still the same. They have ample seating even for big groups. Their 36" is an experience to try and you can have 4 diff types. I love the hot honey pizza. Love anything with ricotta. Napoli Pizza is definitely one of my go-to spots for pizza and wings! Their buffalo wings are a really good size and taste great... I just wish they came with a little more buffalo sauce. We also tried their supreme pizza slice deal for $3 a slice and the slices were HUGE with plenty of toppings. I really love their dough and the cheese mix they use. Such a great deal for the price. If I remember correctly, their slice deals are available from around 12pm to 5pm, which makes it an even better lunch option. Service was friendly, although it was a little on the slow side. Plenty of parking available which is always a plus. Overall, I'll definitely be coming back! read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience. The food here is actually really good, but the service definitely needs improvement. Both times I've been here, the food has taken sooooo long, and unfortunately the customer service hasn't been great either. This last time, we were dining in and I literally had to get up myself just to get someone to take our order. Meanwhile, one of the employees was on her phone instead of being attentive to customers. I understand places get busy, but when customers are sitting there waiting and staff are on their phones, it's frustrating. I've been here twice now and had pretty much the same experience both times, so unfortunately it doesn't seem like it was just an off day. Also, I'm not sure what's going on with the AC, but it is SO hot inside, which makes waiting that long even more uncomfortable. The food is good, which is why I wanted to give this location another chance, but the service really takes away from the experience. I definitely recommend going to the Sahara location instead ; I've had much better service there! read more

Stopped in for a quick bite and left completely full! My husband and I each got a slice with a side--the slices are HUGE, and for $3, you can't beat it. The breaded mushrooms were tasty, my milkshake was delicious, and the strawberry cheesecake was amazing. What really stood out was the service--everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We ordered to eat together. The first shake came out, 1 lasagna came out and we asked for the 2nd. The server who wrote the order wrote 2 in front of me. The manager said she would give us a credit and we should wait 7 -10 minutes for the 2nd meal and the 2nd shake still had never showed. The disorganized order delivery is silly. Coordinate, please. This review pertains only to the Lake Mead/Jones store, only. Have not visited the other stores. But I am sure they are just as good. My grandson and I stopped by this pizza place (Lake Mead/Jones store} recently, and it ended up being one of the best pizza experiences I've had in a while. The pizza came out fresh and hot, and you could tell the ingredients were high quality. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside while staying soft and chewy inside, and the toppings were generous without feeling overdone. Every bite was full of flavor, and it was clear that everything was made with care. Gotta try out their other menu items sometime. Can't get past the pizza. Meatball sub, in my future. What really stood out, though, was the staff. From the manager (Sorry, never got her name), and Estephine (waitress). These two are the best. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to help. They greeted us as soon as we walked in, answered our questions about the menu, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The service was quick, but we never felt rushed. The restaurant itself had a clean, comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. Between the amazing pizza, great service, and overall welcoming vibe, this is definitely a place I'll be coming back to. If you're looking for delicious pizza and a great dining experience, I highly recommend giving this place a try! I used to work at a pizza restaurant when I was younger so I always appreciate visiting new spots and this is a great one. They have great specials to let you pick and choose how you want to build the meal along with a ton of options. I like that. The prices are surprisingly acceptable, sometimes I feel like they might be leaving a percent on the table. lol. Good for us tho. In today's world of delivery services, their method and time frame of pick ups and deliveries is quite acceptable in my opinion Their staff are always kind, approachable. And always working hard. I've never seen people really standing still over there. They have plenty of space to accommodate parties and families. It's one room so the noise is there, but it's not overbearing especially when you know you're going to a pizza restaurant. One thing that can be a plus or a minus for you is the location. For me it's a big plus because I like going to places that make it easy for me to navigate in and out of the entrance and exit, which it does. But you can't see it from the main road. If I ever worked in another Pizza restaurant again, I would definitely like to work in this place just so I can maybe catch some of the free food. BIG PLUS for its location. It's right next to a Walmart and a Starbucks. So it makes it a convenient stop for an errand run. Perhaps picking up something for the family on the way home from grocery shopping. So look these guys are usually good. I don't eat them all the time my dad used to play them out a lot, but I decided to order them because I haven't had them for a long time like I said. And then 415 rolled around and I gave him a call and they said oh it's only been two hours. Yeah it's been two hours. You told me one hour. And then it ended up coming at around 4:40. It wasn't a big deal that it came. I guess two hours late to them almost 3 hours which kind of annoyed me. The pizza was extremely cold. The crust was hard. The salad was warm. The dressing was warm but again, according to them, that's OK. I most definitely will not be eating here again. It was honestly disappointing this time around and Customer Service was pretty bad. I ordered a Grandma's Pie. I'm from Long Island, so I know what a Grandma's Pie is. What I got was not that! It was a very thick pie, more like a Sicilian. I am definitely not a fan of Sicilian, but that being said, the taste of the pie was very good. It was very disappointing not to get a Grandma's Pie. It was especially disappointing because when I read the description on their menu, it specifically mentions "thin pie" and "Long Island", (see attached photo), so I thought it would be the "real thing"! I tried to be responsible in advance and now I have to deal with the workers when I am being told from another location something completely different. We have been coming here for 10 years and the staff is so rude now. Why doesn't the ownership (who I see is Italian eating a banana in his car while he watches his workers work) pay their staff appropriately so you get less low vibrational people working at your locations? Today, is my oldest son, we order the usual 28 in, pep and half jalapeño, gyro salad today instead of the antipasto salad and of course the garlic balls. Need more front staff and more menus. 1. My friends who arrived 5 minutes earlier than me were asked 2 times if ready to place their order. So when I arrived she asked again. 2. Then server came and asked if she could take away one of our menus because they were short. 3. While waiting to pay since I had to leave early, I went up to the counter and waited for somebody. Ok so advice for owners, gotta train your team on how to approach to customers, this was our favorite pizza place until today, usually when they are busy it takes them around 40 min to het the orders which is ok for us. Now we showed up today and the person approached to our table (6 of us) and said " So at 6:40 we have a party of 40 ppl, so we are start cleaning at 6" that is not my problem, by the time they need to "clean up the place " it will be the same time we get our order . If I could give this place a 0, and it's not because of the food. We actually did enjoyed most of the food. One of the pizzas we ordered was a 16 inch pepperoni and jalapeño. When my husband got home, we opened the pizza and noticed that it was missing the jalapeños. We ended up calling this place to let them know and the lady on the phone made it a priority to "call us" liars. She stated that she "checked the pizza before you left and it had jalapeño" well I'm afraid she needs to go and get an eye exam because there were no jalapeños. Their solution was to have us drive all way back from Centennial (Skye Pointe area) , to make us another one. We would've taken this offer if we didn't live 20 min away. When we ask if we could have a refund instead she stated that we still had to come in and bring the pizza in. At this point we were upset, because this was a mistake THEY made, and the best they could do is make us drive 20 min back. We ended up hanging up without a resolution after she offered to refund us for just the jalapeños... Make sure you check your order before you leave or else they'll call you liars and make you drive all the way back for a "resolution." read more
