So, we went when it first opened and it was really good. Of course, we sat outside and it wasn't a big deal because the weather was ok. Fast forward to last week, my husband I decide to have a quick lunch date and we decide, let's have a good burger. Decided to share a burger and fries because it's plenty. Long wait at the counter while the counter person was getting ice creams...ok no big deal. We ordered and took a seat. Food came, looked and smelled delicious. A few bites in and my husband dead stops and just stares at me. I asked what was wrong and he said "There's a hair!" Ewwww, I know it happens but ewwww. This wasn't placed on the burger this was in the meat. Ewwww! So my husband lets the girl at the counter know and she is pretty nonchalant about it. Her reply is, oh we can make you another one. Ummmm no thank you!! She goes into the back and lets the kitchen staff know. The reply she got was "Did you offer to remake it?" I had to stop eating the burger and fries to eat my soft serve to help balance out all the saltiness. With Love Always is a casual SmashBurger and frozen Custard Restaurant. There is usually a very long line to get in to. Inside is very small and there are only a few tables. Outside are a few picnic tables. Today we only tried the custards. The custards arrived to us in reasonable time. On one hand I thought that the vanilla custard with cherry dip was very good. I thought that it was up there with Carvel and the dip with even a tad better since it was adorned with cherry sauce. I do note that they give you an enormous cone of ice cream. I'm a pretty good eater and it's too much for me. Isa is not welcoming and just gives you a death look the whole time. I've gone in a couple times and i have never ever seen her smile. She just isn't friendly at all. 2nd attempt to try this burger joint. We drove past last night and the line was to the parking lot. Only a few in line tonight so we decided to wait. Let's get into it. Small lobby. There's about 3-4 small tables inside. Chance on getting a seat inside are slim. They do have heaters and an outdoor dining area. Staff was semi friendly. Wait time on to go order was only about 10 mins. We ordered the classic burgers. I'm low carb so opted for no buns with extra patties. Total was about $52. This definitely gave Inn N Out vibes with the limited menu. Meat patties were more like Freddy's. All in all food was decent. Perhaps one of the most well crafted burgers I've ever had. The SOB Burger with its crispy edges, cheesy goodness and soft bun are where it's at. It is such a well balanced burger. I opted for the combo and got the shoestring fries, which while well seasoned and crispy weren't the star here. But I bet the loaded ones are off insane! They have limited space for order taking so only 6 people can be in the lobby at a time but they do have heaters outside to keep you warm. They were moving through the line pretty quickly. But perhaps one of the coolest things is you can order your ice cream and they will make it for you when you are done with your burger. I love this as you have no more melted ice cream. It looked delicious so I'll have to be back to grab it. As for the service, everyone was so friendly and attentive. Tables were being cleaned almost instantly after guests left. Who doesn't love a good smash burger? This brick and mortar burger joint has been open since around October 2024. The menu is wildly simple. 3 kinds of smash burgers, regular or loaded french fries, and three flavors of soft serve ice cream. The inside is small. There are only five 2-person tables and one 4-person table. There is a shared outdoor area right outside the restaurant with six 6-person picnic tables. You order at the counter and they text you when the food is ready. I tried the classic burger and fries, my wife opted for the SOB burger and fries. It was ready in under 10 minutes, and then we headed home to eat it. Everything was very well packaged. The smash burger was really good. They have this thing called "love sauce" which kind of tastes like a creamy honey mustard. I'm more of a thousand island type sauce guy when it comes to smash burgers, but the love sauce was pretty good. The fries were a bit of a let down though. They are advertised as "shoe string" but were really just regular fries, the same size as ones that come from your typical fast food joint. They were a bit soggy, although the the 10 minute car ride home may have contributed to that. Also a bit underseasoned. Overall, the smash burger was definitely a 5/5 but the fries were a 3/5, so I'm splitting this review in the middle and going with 4 stars. read more

We waited about 45 minutes patiently, then the manager came out and explained they were fixing an issue, which meant another 45-minute wait. Totally understood, and once we finally ordered, our food came out in about 10 minutes. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Dare I say--way better than In-N-Out and other popular burger joints. Inside is a tight space but they have outdoor picnic tables with shade. I love the S.O.B. so much that I have not tried the other options yet. Holy moly, but do I love their smash burgers! I particularly love that their fries are cooked in beef tallow. My stomach does not like typical oils, and with tallow my stomach stays happy. My husband had the classic burger with cheese, while I had the SOB burger. He enjoys raw onions and I do not, so I was super happy to see that the SOB burger had grilled onions. As always, I did not have cheese as I greatly enjoy breathing. Their burgers are served on a potato roll. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they do the potato roll to where one side is still connected, three sides open, when they put in the burger and toppings. This gave me a lovely place to hold the burger without everything sliding out the bottom. This location is really tiny. I think it had five or six little tables. Outdoors they do have picnic table tables that are undercover and out in the sunlight. The day we were there it was very windy so we were happy to see an indoor tiny two seater table for us. This is a new favorite and we will definitely be returning whenever we are in Las Vegas. read more

Went with bae for lunch and wasn't expecting much as the outside is very unassuming. But as we walk to the door, there were people standing outside while others were seated eating. I think that was the first sign that this was a place that people enjoyed. It's a first for me with burger joints so I was excited to try it! The burger was a good flavor, the bun was very soft but not so much so that you felt the burger was going to fall apart. Probably the best French fries I've ever tasted, it must be the beef tallow they use. The service was top notch, they moved very quickly through orders and people were in and out the door fairly quickly. The inside is small, and they have benches outside for seating as well as a few spots inside. It gets quite loud with everyone talking over one another so I suggest you get the food to go. We didn't order the onion style burger (SOB) like last time and we ordered the all American burgers w side of the shoe string fries and yess those was a lot better for us. loved the double patty and flavor of the sauce was very good,fries was also very good. We stopped in for a custard after an early dinner next door at Marafuku, so I can only speak to the custard itself. The burgers and fries looked good but without having tried them I can't comment. It's a tiny location and the entrance feels cramped as you basically walk in the door and are at the counter to order. The lines get stupid crowded with only a small amount of people. The girl who took our order was friendly and helpful. We ordered a swirl custard (you can order chocolate, vanilla or swirl), one dipped in chocolate and one dipped in the seasonal flavor lemon poundcake. They also have cherry dip too. The custard comes in a cone, and the cone is in this little thin plastic holder to keep it from dripping. They are still super messy. And honestly, and I know I'll sound crazy for this, way too much custard for a normal portion in a cone. Because it's melting we felt this anxiety to eat it quickly, but it's so much we were sick afterwards. And the plastic drip holder makes it almost impossible to eat the cone without rummaging through the mess that dripped off. It's a cute idea but not very well thought out. It's also expensive. We got two dipped custard cones and it was $18. Read that back again. It was a nice treat after our meal but I wouldn't do it again. read more

In the world of smash burgers in Vegas, there is a lot of options and people are pretty fierce in defending their favorite. This is one place that so many friends defended as the best in the city, so we had to finally make the 35 minute drive up and check it out. While the seating inside is small and the line fills all the remaining space, there's at least ample seating outside and food comes out lighting fast. Overall, I really enjoyed the burger. Juicy with a nice sear, and how can you go wrong with American cheese and onions? My only minor complaint here is that the potato bun is almost a little too soft, but it was still good. Maybe I'll ask them to toast the bun a little extra next time. If you've seen any of my other burger place reviews, you'll know I'm a fries guy, and these fries were great. I'm strongly convinced that tallow fried fries are the ultimate for crispy, flavorful fries, and these were seasoned nicely to really tie it all together.
