I hate to leave a bad review. Today I wanted something quick to pick up after a long day at work and I was too tired to even tell the girl to take some of the cheese off my pizza. She threw huge handfuls of cheese and spread it on like a thick layer of frosting. I would've had to have asked her to start all over again but I was starving and tired. I regret that. Most of my pizza was inedible. I hate wasting food. I actually like their sauce and for the most part they're never this excessive with cheese. I was shocked by how much cheese she put on my pizza. The thick layer of cheese steamed my crust into a gooey, soggy, limp mess. I mostly picked off my toppings and trashed the rest of my pizza. The cheese was like a gross glue because there was so much. If you love cheese make sure the girl with the butterfly arm tattoos makes your pizza. If not, let this be your warning. THE LADIES RESTROOM DOES NOT HAVE A SOAP DISPENSER. Look down. They left an UNCAPPED HALF GALLON OF SOAP ON THE FLOOR. The stall doors don't lock. I had to jam the door with tissue paper to keep it shut. I'll make the further drive and go to the Pasadena location instead. read more

I truly can't understand how this place allegedly has 4 stars. They are so unbelievably slow and negligent and it's never busy. The person in front of me placed an online order and they had been waiting for an hour and 15 min. I've only been waiting 45 min and I'm upset. This is very common here. They never do the online orders. The cross contamination is so bad as well. I understand it's hard in a restaurant like this, but they can at least try. There are people waiting in line for 45 min. I understand people have bad days, but for the first time in my life I had to walk out of the restaurant because the two pizza maker/assembler or whatever you call them ladies' attitudes on Sept 9, 2022. One was yelling at me because I couldn't hear what she was saying, and I couldn't understand her so I asked for her to clarify. We used to enjoy there regular build your own pizza. We ordered online and tried the two large for $22 deal with two toppings each and these are totally different then they're regular pizza. 12/28/2019 What time do they close? I think I walked in here right at 11pm. After I sat down with my pizza, a few stragglers wandered in as well. Instead of the signature pizzas, I selected the 2 topping pizza. Better price difference for the same items. Such as the meat lovers is pepperoni and sausage with onions and mozzarella cheese. The one I picked is just leaving out the onions. Each of the toppings pizza you choose already comes with sauce and cheese. That seems to be standard enough. read more
