Stopped by for my cousin's fundraiser on a Friday night and it was pretty packed with both supporters and regular customers. Staff seemed nice and quick with the assembly line. We did the "Build Your Own Pizza" with the classic dough, pesto sauce, chicken, bacon, sausage, pineapple (yes I like pineapple on my pizza), spinach, and basil. When we were watching them make it, we asked if we could add more pesto sauce and they complied without any troubles. The pizza was nice and crunchy, although the crust was a bit burnt. Other than that, the flavor of the pizza came out great. read more

Tried the two-for deal today where you get 1/2 a pizza and a salad (or garlic knot thingys). I had the Cesar salad and a build your own pizza with the new thicker crust. The lettuce in the salad was limp and squishy and the croutons were soggy so that's why I gave 4 stars (as well as the slow service). The pizza was good though...but I have to say I prefer the original crust to the new thick one! Also, I tried the balsamic glaze on top and it's really sweet which isn't what I expected. Staff were friendly and welcoming but the service is definitely slower than other Blaze's I've visited, even at 11am! read more

What I ordered Standard crust, red sauce and Pesto sauce, mozzarella cheese , ricotta cheese , fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, bacon, chicken, red onions and tons of mushrooms and BBQ sauce on the side I love this pizza. It's soo delicious I can never finish it. It's 6 slices and I can usually only eat 3 or 4 (more commonly 3) my husband on the other hand can devour his entire pizza . Placed an online order at 8:58pm. Email confirmation says the order will be ready between 9:13 - 9:18 pm. I show up at 9:20pm and they haven't even started to prepare my order yet. 9:30 and they are cooking it finally. There is no reason to order ahead because it won't be ready. This is the second time this has happened to me. 9:35pm finally got my burnt around the edges and undercooked in the middle pizza. There's literally not one other customer in here. Still in love with the Blood Orange Lemonade!! Came by while running errands and I finally got to use my Pi Day Free Pizza coupon via the app! Woohoo! It was my first time at this location and at a Blaze since the restrictions. They were good about social distancing, wearing masks & seating. I noticed they also had curbside delivery available. Ordered my usual since it's been a while: White top with extra mushrooms & drizzle of balsamic glaze. Plus, of course, a large Blood Orange Lemonade! Totally hit the spot & tummy was really happy. This location is bright, clean & love the open floor plan. Love the open kitchen where you can see the magic happen! The customer service was good. We had a hiccup and the pizza was drizzled with the wrong sauce. They were happy to correct it and make another pizza! Parking is convenient as it is located in a larger plaza area with Vons and its between MooYa & Baskin Robbins near Myrtle. read more

I visited today, and got my pickup order. I ordered a white sauce pizza with cheese, pepperoni, jalapeños and bbq drizzle. I was very unsatisfied with the order as I don't taste any sauce or cheese, just tastes like bread with toppings. And for the toppings portion, i got 6 pepperonis and like 5 extremely small jalapeños. The even-ness/proportions are very disappointing. Unacceptable smh. 2 stars because i like blaze pizza but no more than that because its now expected that the workers will forget to put one or two items on the pizza. I hate to leave a bad review. Today I wanted something quick to pick up after a long day at work and I was too tired to even tell the girl to take some of the cheese off my pizza. She threw huge handfuls of cheese and spread it on like a thick layer of frosting. I would've had to have asked her to start all over again but I was starving and tired. I regret that. Most of my pizza was inedible. I hate wasting food. I actually like their sauce and for the most part they're never this excessive with cheese. I was shocked by how much cheese she put on my pizza. The thick layer of cheese steamed my crust into a gooey, soggy, limp mess. I mostly picked off my toppings and trashed the rest of my pizza. The cheese was like a gross glue because there was so much. If you love cheese make sure the girl with the butterfly arm tattoos makes your pizza. If not, let this be your warning. THE LADIES RESTROOM DOES NOT HAVE A SOAP DISPENSER. Look down. They left an UNCAPPED HALF GALLON OF SOAP ON THE FLOOR. The stall doors don't lock. I had to jam the door with tissue paper to keep it shut. I'll make the further drive and go to the Pasadena location instead. read more

The garlic bread and bread came really last, at least it was fresh so it was a good wait. Yes there's a lot of butter oil, but I expected it when the dish on the menu said to choose a sauce which was butter or olive oil. We didn't get dessert because we were so full! We had plenty of leftovers for another meal. They gave us boxes and a pizza box to take our food home. I really want to try again with my parents and others, the dessert menu sounds like a great selection of Italian sweets but what I really want again is the bread and butter. It was so good, the butter was salty which really makes it a star.

Unfortunately, once the owner, Mikah, realized I worked for a high-rise apartment building, he immediately became aggressive and started yelling at me about "corporate bullshit" being in his business. The reaction was completely unnecessary, especially considering I was there as a paying customer who genuinely enjoyed and wanted to support the restaurant. He made assumptions about me without knowing anything about why I was there or the fact that I had planned to recommend the restaurant to residents at my property. I rather go to any Blaze Pizza than the one in Monrovia. The employees aren't together as a unit. If they work together with the line then the line will go faster. As a regular guest at Blaze Pizza in Azusa, I expected the same service of good customer service from the employee and a golden brown pizza. I just happened to go in Blaze in Monrovia and I recognize the employee Jordyn since she works at Azusa. She handled every situation from taking orders to making the pizza because the employees look like they were lost. Thank you, Jordyn, for making my pizza great as always. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at a pizza place recently. Despite it being my grandma's favorite spot, we were both let down by the lack of topping choices available. My grandma, who has cancer, was unable to enjoy her pizza because they didn't offer her favorite topping - mushrooms. It was disheartening to see her disappointment as she had been looking forward to her favorite pizza. Even worse, the pizza we received had a burnt and blackened crust, making it almost inedible. It's a shame to see a once-great establishment fall short in providing their customers with quality food and options. I hope that they will make a conscious effort to improve and cater to their customers' needs in the future. read more

They were very skimpy with the ingredients I've been to Blaze peaches all over California never had a been told that I have a limit on cheese. When ass to refund for the pizza that was burnt and dry because they used a limited amount of sauce is that they couldn't refund it because it's on a special which I believe was a lie.. so the manager came over and took over from the line workers to make sure that I didn't get anything that I wanted on the pizza as I ordered it. Came to Blaze Pizza for Pi Day, and it did not disappoint! The line moved fast, the staff was super friendly, and the pizza was fresh and delicious as always. I love that you can customize your own pizza with unlimited toppings for one price--definitely the best deal around. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the ingredients tasted really fresh. Came to this Blaze today and really got amazing treatment. Rosa helped us and made sure our pies came out exactly to their standards. Unfortunately she felt our pizzas were over cooked. Ironically I like my pizzas crispy so it really wasn't necessary for her to remake our 2 RedVines. I insisted it was fine, but she still went ahead and made us 2 new ones. This Blaze can get busy and a little hectic at times. Sometimes frustrating me. But today, they scored major points. Thanks again Blaze and especially Rosa. read more

My one request re: the App is that options to add or reduce the amount of any given item be added to the App, like the Chipotle and Chick-fil-A apps do.
