Due to COVID safety there is no dine-in. The chairs are stacked up and there are markers for social distancing. There's quite a bit of room inside so I felt safe ordering and waiting for my food. I ordered the sweet and spicy chicken plate. You have the option of white rice or brown rice. It also includes salad and half an orange. When I got home I noticed they also included their waba sauce, hot sauce and hand sanitizer. I thought it was a nice touch. Overall the food tasted good. They advertise being healthy. Honestly I'm so disappointed. I usually go every week. I had never been more grossed out. If you see on the carrot I took that out of the beef. I've frequented this location for years. But due to schedule changes at my job, which is approximately a mile from here, I don't get to go there very often. However, I went recently for lunch and was still pleased. Sadly, I've seen a few new faces and not the regulars who knew me well. But as the past employees, everyone was very professional and polite. Looking for a vegan menu change and so I had heard that WaBa had some great Tofu options. I had the Tofu Bowl but I wish I would have ordered the Tofu vegetable bowl. Either way my bowl was very delicious and putting on the WaBa sauce can make anything taste pretty damn good. My wife had the half & half bowl with white meat for the chicken portion ad they still charge a full dollar [not half] but she was very happy. Went in today and asked if they could do a Half Chicken/Half Tofu Bowl. They said No. I offered to pay the same price as the Chicken/Beef Bowl. No dice. Worst and unprofessional crew and especially the manager. The manager is a your man in his 20 with a tattoo in his left arm and earrings. I needed to used the restroom after eating there and the restroom was lock and turned around in the middle of the emergency thinking that probably I needed a key I walk back but the n I realized that I didn't needed a key so naturally I came back and attempted to open the door which is lock and I heard a voice saying something I'm in here. Yesterday I order Waba grill for the first time and let me tell you I had the worse experience ever. I order 3 chicken bowls with avocado and when I opened it I couldn't believe what my eyes were seeing. I was given black avocado literally black really BAD and what make it worse all 3 bowls were the same. IT WAS REALLY DISGUSTING!! I wish I can upload some pictures I took so you guys can see.
