I went with my family today to enjoy our favorite everything-topping pizza after a long day of work for each of us. At other pizza locations, some of the staff members would give us annoyed, judgmental looks or a rude tone for our request. However, the staff here are so friendly, patient, and fun to talk to. Bonnie helped to get us started on the sauces while Mateo loaded all the toppings onto the pizza. Adrian helped to charge our order and offered us water cups alongside our purchase of drinks. From the very beginning, we were greeted when we entered the door and taken care of as we customized our pizzas. The inside was nice and clean and has lots of seating. Not to mention, the pizzas were juicy, crispy, and delicious! Every slice, a taste of joy and perfection :). We were sure to leave a great tip for this amazing customer service! Have been a customer at this particular location for years. It is a casual pizza place that allows you to customize your personalized pizza. Their price isn't the cheapest compared to other bigger pizza franchises. Their customer service is inconsistent. I suspect this may be because their high turnover rate and some of their employees may not be trained properly, or simply just do not care while earning a quick buck. But on a good day, if you happen to visit and there are responsible employees working. You would get well made pizzas. unfortunately , my most recent visit was a fail. Ordered 2 customized pizzas ONLINE, both were missing 3 or more items each. They were not busy. Two gentlemen were just talking among themselves. We were trusting and didn't realize the mistakes until we got home. They don't seem to be showing the pizzas to their customers when picking up. They used to do that. I am writing this review in hopes that their management would improve., because it feels like they are going thru a downward spiral Remember, a business' conduct always reflect how well their management is (and How clean they are etc...) I tried this Pieology Pizzeria twice before whenever I happened to be in the area. The name itself is pretty dope, cool, unique and catchy. On this visit, which was the weekend that just passed, I walked in around 12;00 pm on a Saturday and was greeted with nothing but genuine smiles by their friendly employees. The place is cool with indoor and outdoor seating. Also very clean including the bathroom. I ordered their individual size Hawaiian pizza that normally comes with pineapple & ham. The crust that I chose was not too thin and not too thick. They have many options from different cheeses, toppings, gluten and dairy free. They also do customization for any crust, toppings according to your own preference & liking. My pizza tasted very crisp, fresh, hot & delicious. I highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone who NOT only likes pizza, but salads , zoology, psychology, & biology:-)) Plenty of parking spaces, and would like to thank the staff at this lovely Pizzeria. I also signed up on the app and got $5 off, so all three pizzas came out to only $27! I got the following: Alfredo Bacon Chicken - I felt pretty "whatever" about this one, but it was still decent. Nothing too special, but tasty. (4/5) Fiery Buffalo Pizza - A unique pizza with the option to add blue cheese. It was flavorful, and I really enjoyed the buffalo sauce. I ordered an 11" Original Thin pepperoni pizza with jalapeños. The crust was thin and crispy just the way I like my pizza. Ordered a side of buffalo sauce and that was like whatever. To drink I got a strawberry hibiscus ice tea and that was also really good. Not too sweet almost watered down which was perfect for my liking. Overall I was really impressed. On this day, my pizza was absolutely delicious! I had not been here in a long time so I appreciated my pizza maker being kind and patient with me as I decided which pizza I wanted to create. My server told me one of the best crust options was the Gluten-free cauliflower crust and she was not wrong. I initially ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza but then I added other toppings to it and it was yum yum good. As a gluten free girlie I appreciate that they change gloves when I inform them of my allergy (however I know some cross contamination can not be avoided, which is good to be aware of). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it is a little pricey to me.($23) Both Cauliflower flour crust and vegan cheese are an extra charge. My partner bought a beer and asked about the happy hour sign, but the guy at the register said, "Oh, that's expired." They might want to stop advertising if they don't do happy hour anymore. My second time ordering from this location. My wife has been hospitalized near this location and we have a long treatment path for her recovery. I should have learned my lesson after the first bad experience, but this was the only build your own option near the hospital. This pizza is way too expensive for it to be prepared so poorly and taste this bad. The pizzas were very sloppy, barely even shaped like a pie. The dough was inconsistent thick in some areas and the center of both pizzas was completely soggy and uncooked. This happened last time as well. Pieology is great, but this location is far from that. Save your money and order from a place that takes pride in the food and service that they provide. Worst food experience that I've had in over 5 years. At these prices I could have enjoyed a meal at a nice table service establishment. read more

It was a little busy because a tour bus stopped in parking lot and I overheard a manager saying they were understaffed. It was slow..... one thing that was bothersome was one of the workers had her long hair down and every time she moved it grazed the food! I finally said something and she ended up tucking it in her shirt. Not sure why they are not required to either wear a hairnet or have it up in the hat. I've been here twice before and was never charged this. I confirmed on the online website that the pricing doesn't match. When asking about online ordering not matching, the manager disregarded the statement and became dismissive just repeatedly stating "We do it here." I cannot believe that I have to leave this review, it pains me to do so. My coworkers and I decided to give Pieology our hard earned money for what we thought would be a pleasant and delicious pizza excursion, we we're so wrong. While my coworker took a bite from her pizza, she noticed a strange, foreign, and metallic taste on her palate. As she pulled the strange culprit of unknown origin from her mouth, she was mortified to see it was a staple....A STAPLE. She was dumbstruck as how could a STAPLE find its way into her dish? Immediately this was brought to the attention of the nearby staff. The young lady working the register could not believe it herself, she questioned as to how a STAPLE could have been presented to her as a unauthorized topping to my coworkers pizza. The worst part? SHE TOUCHED IT, THE EMPLOYEE WHO HANDLES PIZZA, TOUCHED THE STAPLE WITH HER HANDS. My coworkers immediately informed her that the STAPLE was in my coworkers MOUTH. More than likely realizing how unsanitary her actions were, she went to alert the proper management. Management then requested the rest of the contaminated pizza to be returned for a refund to be applied. This whole experience has changed my coworkers and I's perspective on this once cherished chain. We will never give another cent to Pieology ever again.
