Superb pizza. Visited here with friends, and have rarely had pizza this good. Conceptually, it is Chipotle for pizza. Don't let the comparison deter you. Standard size is thin, Though they have higher crust for an upcharge. One can mix and match ingredients or get one of their specialty pizzas. I was happily surprised when I learned that Blaze had a vegan cheese option. My husband and I decided to give it a shot last week before seeing a movie across the street. I was expecting a full size large pizza with hopefully decent vegan cheese. I loved that it was nothing like that. Instead the pizzas are small (individual?) and the staff makes and customizes them for you cafeteria style. I kept it simple with the red sauce, vegan cheese, broccoli and a sprinkle of sea salt. It was ready in less than 10 minutes, and I loved it. The agua fresca varieties were also a pleasant surprise and delicious. Blaze will be a go-to when I visit the mall in the future. read more

Been here twice; great staff, fun place. Environs similar to Chipotle but with pizza and you get to watch the dough be kneaded while in line. You have to know what you want before you approach though, as it makes things a lot easier. The matcha Fresca is divine and pairs great with meat lover/custom pizza. The food is good but you probably won't enjoy it. The staff is not that friendly and aims to make you as uncomfortable as they can. So if you are having a good day, avoid this place because it will ruin the rest of your day let alone enjoy your food. Tried a few weeks ago and I was very impressed. The young staff were all super friendly and helpful for a first-timer. This is like the Subway of pizza, to give you an idea. They have some suggestions of flavor combinations on the board, which you could customize or make something completely unique. The simple salads were pre-made, looked great and tasted better. Noooooooope! About a year ago, i had a job in Nashville, TN and there was a Blaze Pizza near the hotel we were staying at. The food was so good and the service was proficient and smart. Now i found myself craving their pizza again and after a quick search i find THIS place. I drove 40 minutes to this, the closest Blaze Pizza to me. I knew exactly what i wanted. I always get the Red Vine and a Cesar salad. Now, i'm aware of the Red handle ladle used for their Spicy sauce. I don't enjoy spicy food at all, so i had some anxiety that i might get some spicy sauce, hurdle one. As i went through the line, the person used the correct sauce. yay! I continued through the line, paid for my order, and proceeded to wait for my food to cook. The guy manning the oven dropped the paddle thingy while playing with it. Spinning it around and twirling it like those idiots on the side of the road with ad signs. annoying! Finally got my pizza. for some reason it felt like it took a bit longer than i remember. I remember their schtick is how fast they cook their pizza. Anyway, drove home/ to hotel, another 40 minutes... sat down to enjoy, and my lips started to tingle. wtf? I saw the girl use the correct ladle. i had the Sumatra olives and roasted garlic added to my pizza, so maybe it's the salt from the olives? Had a few more bites.... no, it's definitely spicy! and wait! where are the olives? and is that chicken? Where is the Basil i saw her put on? OMG, the girl at the register gave me the wrong F'n pizza!! I had to throw it in the garbage. I'm so disappointed. I have now added Blaze to my list of places i will NEVER eat at again. I can't comprehend why it's so difficult to fulfill a simple order like mine. It pisses me off that more often than not, when i go for food, usually take out, my order always, ALWAYS gets screwed up. Really good pizza but it's just annoying when there is toppings inside the sauces, or in other topppings. I have a little OCD and like everything being clean at least, and the cheese should only have cheese in the bin, and the sauce should only have sauce in the bin. Also the last 3 times i've went, I was given Rock hard garlic knots, and a burnt pizza. I will obviously return, it's blaze pizza. As the employee asked how he could help me the manager cut him off and told him to complete the online orders first, I was the only person in line at this point. The people at this location are constantly never paying attention, to the one thing they serve.. The pizza. Here are a few examples: Since I basically live in Nashua I tend to go to Blaze Pizza often. Even before closing time. There should be absolutely no reason why 1 person is making/firing up the pizza while the other 9 people are cleaning. I know you want to get out of work quicker, but the smell of chemicals sitting next to my pizza, and employees literally cleaning around the toppings as another employee is putting toppins on my pizza, honestly just grosses me out. And then comes the oven. I was always taught young to keep an eye on whatever you have in the oven. The staff here literally put the pizza in the oven, walk away for 4-8 minutes and then yell HOT bringing on stone rocks that were once pizza. I have had the employees remake my garlic knots and pizza twice before because the staff don't understand the importatance of staying near the fire, because they literally have one job. To serve fresh pizza, not burnt pizza. So overall please just keep an eye on whats in the oven, and please work as a team in order to get customers in the door quickly and out. Nothing is more annoying than having to stand in line for already 5 minutes, and then having a burnt pizza come out of the oven after waiting for it to cook. read more
