Cinnamon Bread with no delightfully decadent drizzle at all.... Just cinnamon on top of bread.

Very unprofessional establishment. Came here on 6/30/25 Very very dirty restaurant. Employees seemed like they didn't care at all. Trash filled up and trash to the floor, tables all dirty. If i didn't order from online i would've never ordered in store if i saw what i saw today. Guy with the curly hair and tattoo on his arm that was on "break" had his legs up on the chairs with crocs like he was at home.. half his pants were barely on you can see his boxers, even when he walked back to start his shift again. he kept yelling out two letters like he was yelling out his crew aka gang, or something like that, kind of odd for an employee yelling that out. Better pizza places out here in Palmdale than here that's for sure.

Came in today out of convenience, our favorite frozen yogurt is nect door! As I entered the empty line I was asked to wait. A few moments later our order of crust choice was taken. I was initially concerned because, honestly, this place was messy. But I'm just gonna tell myself they must have come through a crazy rush.... Didn't take long for them to finish cooking, though they were very soft. I feel like they could have cooked a little longer. Lovely that we got to add last minute toppings. The GF crust is very good. The standard crust is good too. Just a bit floppy. Flavor is ok. All in all I could return, but if it wasn't clean up long another visit I likely wouldn't return.

Pizza was completely burned. Service was fast but restaurant was really dirty. Two separate slices and the rest is the same

This used to be my favorite spot, but after today, I won't be coming back. I waited 15 minutes after placing my order just for them to start building my pizza--and even then, I still had to tell them what to add. One staff member stood around doing nothing, while another was just writing crust types on paper and stacking order slips. The staff seemed very young and had no idea what their own specials were. Completely disappointing experience. By young I mean in the 20's no excuse guys! Also they don't prove water cups anymore. Some people just don't like sodas guys!

Drink with no ice

This is the third time in two months that we've been here and all three times there is no ice. How hard is it to fix an ice machine? Can't get soda because they are lukewarm warm. Only drinks available are the lemonades. Hope you all fix that machine soon!

Trash overflowing.

We were there Saturday afternoon 5/17. The trash kept piling up and no one took it out while we were there. We were there for about 45 minutes. This picture is from when we got in. It was a bit higher when we left. Every table had chunks of tomato sauce, oil or trash and the customers were the ones that were getting napkins to clean the tables. In those 45 minutes, the place was disgusting when we arrived and absolutely no employee took the time to clean. Very disappointing. Whoever is managing this place needs to do a much better job.

2 Green Stripe (11-inch) with very few toppings and missing topped with arugula

Don't get me wrong, I love Blaze. I've tried Blaze in other locations and it never disappoints. I'm writing this review in hopes their customer service improves. It is in urgent need of better management, many young employees working the front which isn't a problem but rather they need a supervisor to help distribute them to the areas that need help and to speed up the clientele. Wait time to order took a long time, lots people crowded up behind me in line. As I ordered, It was disappointment and after disappointment. To begin with I ordered two green stripe pizzas and an order of garlic cheese bread. The employee was pretty stingy with the toppings, I politely asked if she could add more chicken and she seemed to give me attitude. After paying, as I was waiting for my order, out of the corner of my eye I saw the employee had taken out my cheese bread and it had slipped and landed on the floor. Not only didn't he say sorry to having wait more time nor did he inform me of anything. Which I didn't mind, I just wanted my food. Finally until all my order was complete, did I ask if they had topped my pizza with arugula. And the employee said "oh I forgot" then he went to go check only to tell me they didn't have arugula..... i was disappointed how could they not have arugula? All their containers needed to be restocked and refilled. As I grabbed my drink, the lemonade containers were empty, there was no lids, or Parmesan or chili condiments available. Tables seemed dirty and in need of clean up. Just overall lacking management, my pizza seemed incomplete and left feeling like $35 poorly wasted. Nevertheless of my order being messed up, never did they apologize or at least give me a discount or a free cookie to make up for their mistakes. Also, I noticed they give pizza boxes with orders even if it's dine-in, I've gone to other locations and serve pizza in the tin tray, which I prefer.... Less waste.

My wife and I have eating at Blaze Pizza for about a year and a half. We love the thin crust pizza's and the toppings are always fresh. The restaurant is always clean. The staff is always greets you as you approach the counter. They've added several new items to their menu. I recommend eating here.

Custom.

Been doing pizza rev and mod for a while so wanted to see what blaze was all about. Ordered from DoorDash so that was disappointing because they had issues with the pick up do to the bread and pizza not being baked at the same time. Ordered a custom red sauce cheese and meat pizza. Not just cheese but mozzarella. Fresh shredded mozzarella and ricotta. So good. The meat was pepperoni and spicy chicken sausage and jalapeño to finish. It was very good. The dough was crisp and had a nice flop to it. On the side was the new pesto cheese bread which is a decent size order. All of it fed three people and everyone enjoyed it. Definitely will try again

This bright restaurant certainly fit that description! We were impressed by the Hawaiian feel and decor right from the start. We were welcomed so warmly by the young manager and his staff. He explained the menu and some of the options and also that Thursday was a discount day if you ordered a dish that featured chicken as the main protein, because it was Thursday. My partner chose a chicken bowl on a bed of coconut rice (12.99) and I chose the combination chicken breast and shredded luau pork plate (17.99) also with coconut rice, and a delightful mix of sautéed broccoli florets, diced zucchini, onion, and finally shredded carrots. There were four accompanying sauces to sample. I liked a combination of the spicy teriyaki with the pineapple teriyaki. The Sriracha was too hot for me because I'm a wimp when it comes to hot things, and I just didn't love their peanut sauce very much. I think the recipe could be reworked. But I liked that they offered peanut sauce as an option! They also served us a tasty Hawaiian style macaroni salad made with cavatappi pasta. Portions were large, and I love their presentation for dining in, especially the angled bowls. Even their take-home was in high-quality reusable plastic containers , showing the care they gave for even the smaller details. Dessert options include an individual pineapple upside down cake (4.99) and choice of large size chocolate chunk or salted caramel cookies (2.99). There was a serve yourself drink station. Because my partner had the chicken protein he was gifted a free drink. They have locations also in Simi Valley and in Ventura city. The Palmdale location has been opened already for 17 years! We plan to come back here again for certain the next time we're in Palmdale. Plenty of free parking as it's part of a large shopping area, but easily seen from the street. So in short, this was a great find!

I've come here for years, and the food is always great!! A few of my faves, the macaroni salad, pulled pork sandwich, chicken bowl with coconut rice or noodles, Caesar salad... my husband has had a few of the seafood dishes and he's never been disappointed either. The service is always excellent, everybody is nice, so welcoming right away, and the food is always incredibly fast. I mean, I'm able to come here on a 30 minute break, get my food and eat, and still have half of my break left. The outdoor patio, and inside seating is comfortable, clean, and well kept. One of my favorite places to go!

This is lovely, and brings them regular core business. Read their agreement for everything I've forgotten. I am not any kind of official representative. This location is my personal favorite. It is well-kept and responsive to its clientele, which is very diverse and obviously thriving under the expert care of the management. People feel safe here, and treat each other kindly and respectfully. As to the menu, I have my favorites and a couple of failures. Any of their boules are top notch. All of their sandwiches are a ditto. All salads but one also have my vote. The Strawberry Poppyseed, which sounds exciting has a deeply disappointing poppyseed vinaigrette with artificial sweetener in it. Get it with another salad dressing, or yoghurt, but not sure how to get the poppyseeds in that case. I hope they can fix this salad dressing, really. It has such potential to be delightful, like the rest of the menu, including their amazing flatbreads. Now, here's the final touch: family meals. Go find them. You're welcome.

There was plenty of parking in this lot. The entrance is located through their patio, which can be a bit counter intuitive. We came at opening and the restaurant got really busy during our time there. Initially we were looking at the sandwiches because it was lunch time, but then we were going to a wedding that night so we decided to eat something more filling since the ceremony and speeches always delay the eating. All entrees here are served with black beans and rice or congri, and 3 fried plantains. My boyfriend had the Ropa Vieja ($28) with the congri and I had the Lechon Asado ($25) with the rice and beans. Our food came out pretty fast after we ordered. My boyfriend's Ropa Vieja is a Cuban braised beef. The congri is basically a mix of the rice and beans. This dish was super tasty and the shredded beef was so tender with the bell peppers and onions. I can really taste the red wine and tomato sauce in the base. I took a few bites but in general I preferred my dish more, and vis versa he enjoyed his dish more. My lechon asado is a roasted pork that is super super tenderrrrrr. It was so sweet with the grilled onions and it had the perfect amount of fattiness without being over bearing. SO GOOD! Love the plaintains too. I'm glad I got the rice and beans option because I would have gotten too full too quick with the congri. I barely touched my beans and only got through half of my rice. Both dishes came with this super tasty garlic butter sauce that I poured on my rice and made it even tastier. It was so good. One thing I didn't enjoy about the experience was the flies attacking us and our food. Since the door is open and connected to their outdoor space, it leaves the opportunities for flies to come in. We had to play defense with the flies the whole time. The service here is a little slow. Especially when I was trying to get back on the road I wasn't feeling too patient. I waived down multiple staff members too. Also I got hit with an undisclosed 3% surcharge for using my credit card. I only found out after I got the receipt. I would have paid in cash if I knew. *dislike* LOVE LOVE LOVE the food. Might be the best Cuban food I've ever had... and I've been to Florida where there was a lot of Cuban spots. Room for improvement with service, flies prevention, and the disclosure of the credit card fee.

The food quality is spectacular! I always get the Baracoa Cubano sandwich and it never disappoints. The ingredients are fresh and organic with each dish I've ordered. Since I have allergies to ingredients used to preserve frozen food, it's always been so hard finding a restaurant with a menu that doesn't cause me issues--and Baracoa has never compromised with their ingredients! The organic quality of their food is something you'll taste on your first bite. And finally--the service is impeccable and I have yet to see such excellent hospitality at any restaurant I've visited, even in Los Angeles! The waiters are always kind, attentive, and energetic with their behavior and service. It's very easy to tell they love the work they do and it shows in their work ethic. In addition to that, the managers are always making sure we're having an excellent night and have transformed it to a level of service we've never seen! My parents and I went a week ago and talked to Daniel the Manager about how much we missed a Piña Colada from a closed restaurant which would make it in the pineapple itself--and he said if we promised to be there in a week he's make it himself. We came on Friday, and the joy that my family felt was palpable when Daniel came out with the drinks we've wished for years now since that restaurant closed! Honestly, I've never heard of someone caring for their guests so much to do that--truly everyone should visit this establishment and experience true fine dining. I don't think I'll ever eat anywhere else for a special occasion ever again.
