Always a pleasure to come to this location. It's been open for about 1 year and a half and it is such a gem. the customer service here is always the best. I ordered this through the habit app and I love that it tells you in how long it would be ready. I ended up eating inside the store and I enjoyed my lunch to the fullest. Everything was cooked to order and tasted fresh. I loved the cucumber limeade it was so refreshing. I loved how clean the inside was and the gals here were so kind to me. The big white lady in the drive thru needs customer service training. She's always treating us like she's got somewhere better to be. She doesn't clarify when taking the order. She acts SOOO bothered if you ask her to fix HER mistake. So rude! Thankfully I've never gotten my order wrong. She even yelled at the kitchen employees so loud "shut up and do your job!" "Get to work!!!" They all looked so uncomfortable. She should be investigated. It made me feel for them. She needs to be professional. This is a business. read more

I don't know what has happened to the quality but it's just not the same or maybe it's the locations in Lancaster and Palmdale.

Me and my partner like Habit so we come to this location since it's closest to home. Every single time we come through the drive-thru they get something wrong. They never ask for what sauces we want and just give us bbq. Or they mark that we don't want sauces at all and lie that the meals don't come with sauces. It says on the receipt and online that it comes with sauces. Inside the restaurant they're usually more attentive. It's just like this at the drive-thru for some reason. They always misunderstand what you're saying or have an attitude. Doesn't matter if I come alone or with someone else. read more

The Habit on East Ave J needs better customer service. When a customer is making a statement that they were disappointed that they were now charging a customer for everything. I asked to have ranch dressing for my husband's meal and my thousand island. They stated they needed to charge me extra. A customer should have a choice on what they want with their fries. I went through the drive thru. There was one car in front of me when I pulled up to the window so it wasn't busy. My order didn't take long to come out - Santa Barbara Char no tomatoes and half fries/onion rings, no drink. About $18, a smidge on the pricey side but it was a good burger. My halfsies had 5 onion rings on top of an order of fries. If that was a half order of onion rings I definitely wouldn't place a full order. No complaints about the service. Very impressed with the service at this location. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We saved time with the self-service kiosk which is very easy to use. Within minutes our order was ready and brought to our table by a friendly staff member. My Ahi Tuna filet with avocado burger was fresh and tasty; very filling. First I'd like to say that this is my first experience at this location that needed improvement. Unfortunately; however, I ordered two simple items, a kids chicken bite meal and the new garlic parmesan fries. The lady never once asked what sauce I wanted, and the advertisement says the fries come with a garlic parm ranch, I believe. When my bag is handed to me, I'm told "the sauces are in the bag." I drive all the way home to discover all I was given, of all sauces is one single bbq. Where was the garlic parm ranch as advertized? And bbq for a kids meal is pretty odd, at least for my kiddo. He hates it! My strongest suggestion is to train the staff better, ask what sauce you'd prefer, or if you'd like the advertising sauce instead of randomly picking what you think we want. No need to call or return the food, but my experience on the garlic parm fries is, save your money! They are literally fries with parmesean cheese on them for $5. read more

There's a reason why in-n-out is successful. Placed an online order for $18 for a salad! Asked for extra ranch, cook got all angry at me, and told drive thru girl to charge me. I literally just saw him give out a honey mustard cup to a white male for free. I asked for my money back. The principle of having to pay extra in this economy when you're already charging inflated pricing. MC Donald's ran that same play of charging extra for their sauces and people just stopped coming in, this place is dead all the time. If management doesn't know how to adjust EBITDA or KPIs to offer free ranch to paying customer you shouldn't be in management. Figure out your bottom line and stop nickle and diming people who actually would spend money. I'll just take the extra 2 min and drive to the other habit that actually gives out ranch hahaha. And please issue this refund last thing I want is to do a back charge and go in there again! read more
