This place is so awesome, the business idea is genius.I told my husband when they first opened that it was all in the crust. If the crust is good than the pizza will be and the crust is amazing. It only takes a couple minutes of baking and you can top it with your favorite sauce or olive oil. Hits the spot on a cold winter day. The price is pretty reasonable. My family loves going there and craves it so much. It's like subway for pizza but better. You get to select what is on your pizza. I didn't think that I would like selecting my toppings or know what to put on but boy was I wrong. They have so many choices and their ingredients are high quality and fresh. I love their Green Stripe pizza as well. My family usually sticks to the traditional red sauce and meat combo's but I love a more Italian flavor. I also love the healthy options, you can make a vegetarian pizza and add spinach, arugula and basil. The taste and smell is wonderful. I haven't tried the smors but I know I will soon. So glad they opened in Palmdale. I think I can go there everyday. The staff is a lot of fun and friendly, try it you won't regret it. It may end up being your favorite place too. read more

Every other time I come here something goes wrong. They've messed up my pizza before and kindly remake it but without my knowledge so I end up waiting longer and getting a pizza that kind of resembles the pizza or ordered the first time. I get different toppings and missing toppings too. Not a big fan of that. I would rather go through the line again and watch them remake it. This has happened on two different occasions... Starting to think I should stop going back which is a shame because when they get my pizza right I enjoy it :( read more

Tried Blaze pizza last night since Pizza Rev was already closed and this place wasn't closed till 11. As soon as we walked in we noticed that it smelled so good in there and we were greeted by Bryan and he explained to us how Blaze Pizza works (since it was our 1st time) and was very knowledgable about all their doughs and toppings. Bryan was very enthusiastic and very funny and made our experience even better. The pizza tasted so good and all the toppings tasted so fresh. Very filling for the price and awesome customer service. I just had this pizza today for the first time, I'll never be back nor will I ever recommend it. The pizza was rubbery and burnt. The toppings where almost non existent and tasted like they where bad. Although I'm not a pizza lover I like this place, u get to make pizza of your choice, I love the spicy sauce and roasted peppers. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had a delightful experience at this establishment. It was my first time visiting and and the staff inquired, after I told them l, yes, first time, they explained the process, kudos for customer service. My husband and I each had our own pizzas. I thought they were a great deal. 8 bucks and it is a decent size. I had two slices and took four slices home. I went with one of their creations- the meat eater, very tasty and I was able to add some veggies. My husband created his own and was equally pleased with the variety of toppings. He even opted for the spicy sauce. My husband also loved that seltzer water was an option for a beverage. The staff members were awesome. Diego and J made our pizzas and were thorough and polite. There was another young man that checked on us 3 times while we enjoyed our meal and brought us napkins. Unfortunately, I didn't see his name tag. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. I can't wait to revisit along with my daughter. She will have a blast making her own pizza. read more

We as a family came and loved eating here! The pizza was delicious and the customer service was amazing. It was our first time here and the employees made us feel like we mattered! UPDATE: We placed an order online to see if that worked better. We placed it at 6pm for an 8:30pm pick up. We arrived at 8:30and they hadn't even started making them. We were told the computer must of had a glitch, it happens all the time. I will be calling to speak to someone. Due to me having celiacs (I cannot have gluten) this place has pretty good pizza for the price. Unfortunately every time I have come here my husband and I oder our pizzas, they grab my paper, see that it's GF dough and a glove change is needed. They push mine off to the side and begin making my husbands pizza and other customers pizzas while I get pushed along the line. When they finally tell me they are ready to make my pizza (5 minutes later) I have to push my way backwards through the beginning of the line(irritating many customers) to make my pizza. I was forced to cross talk over a customer to my right (he was irritated)the girl did not hear me very well and the other girl did not hear him very well. After my pizza was made they put it in the oven along with my husbands because he requested it that way due to every other time his pizza is out of the oven as mine is just going in. He then has to wait for mine(being polite)by that time his is not as hot. Do not push customers orders aside, take them as they are ordered and do not make customers with food allergies feel as if they are an inconvenience to you. if you feel inconvenienced then maybe that isn't the job for you. read more

The pizza was excellent we got the build your own, and it was wonderful. Service was prompt and very friendly. Lots of smiles by the staff.

It was an okay place. Mainly just liked the location. But the pizza was really greasy and the employees weren't listening and I had to repeat what I wanted on my pizza multiple times. Also the same people who put the meat on your pizza are also the ones that put the veggies on it without changing their gloves. So for anyone who doesn't eat meat I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

Blaze has amazing pizza! A wonderfully pleasant staff. The two staff members that were the most memorable (and fun!) were Connor and Brian. The place was busy (as expected when good food is around) but the line moved quickly. We had a clean table to sit at and an occasional check in on us. The only downfall from my experience was the not-so-great taste in music. Perhaps some more variety. I would recommend this spot to anyone wanting a quick and delicious pizza experience. :) read more

This has been one of my best experiences yet while on leave from active duty from military .. I came her my first day coming back home last week in Palmdale, CA and I was just amazed at the service .. I have come back twice already and plan to every few days until I go back .. There was a gentlemen named Josh that was very knowledgeable on every aspect and every question I asked on the first time I went there and was so curtious and seemed very happy to work there .. As well as another young lady named Irma the second time I went to go visit unnoticed she treated her employees with respect, etc and was making sure all customers were satisfied and happy with everything .. The best of all is that it was very clean and of course again the hospitality is and was beyond amazing .. I will be inviting my family more often here and of course all of the service members I work with to come here to this restaurant every time they come to visit .. thank you so much for everything and keep up the good work .. read more

One star because every Wednesday we like to come here after taking the baby to Rockin' Jump. It says that they open at 10 am. We go at about 10 am and all the workers stand there and stare at us until 10:15 or later when theyre ready to open. We love the pizza, some of the workers are nice but I have worked in food service for years and know its not okay to let your customers stand outside frustrated for 15 minutes EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Especially when we can see them and we KNOW they see us and NOT ONE PERSON makes a move to open the door or at least come and say "please give us a couple minutes, we're taking a little while to open up". They should put 10:30 on the door if theyre not gonna be open until 10:30. I was so frustrated today that Im contemplating calling corporate, if anything they just need a new manager to get them running a little smoother. Its a shame because I really actually like the food. read more
