Then I ordered the $10 October month special. what I've gotten is a 2 mm thin pizza crust, 10 round pepperoni, 2 of 1" meatballs break into pieces. It is so not worth it. Been here a couple of times during my lunch breaks. Service is okay and quality of food is pretty good. They tend to get busy every now and then, so if you're in a hurry then I'd suggest going elsewhere. I usually get the Build Your Own Pizza each time I stop by. With that option, you're able to pick and choose what you like with no limits! I am not a big fan of pizza at all, but Blaze Pizza makes it right that I actually enjoy and crave it from time to time. I tend to skip the cheese (not a fan of cheese), so I just get the sauce and toppings for the most part. They always load it up when I ask for extra toppings! There are a variety of meats and veggies to load your pizza with for a decent price. The inside is pretty spacious and there are booths toward the back of the restaurant if you want some privacy or prefer to be away from the crowd. When placing your order they ask if you're eating there or taking it to go. I ask for it to be to go so that they can box it up for me since I never eat more than 1-2 slices anyway. Overall, the quality is consistent. The crust is nice and crispy while it's hot. I can't eat pizza when it cools down because the crust ends up cutting the inside of my mouth. I love blaze pizza however this exact location is so stingy with their toppings. If you're gonna pay for a build your own pizza and it cost about $12, you have the right to order extra on a topping. I asked extra cheese three times because they didn't really give me an "extra" serving. The lady would just roll her eyes at my plea and push my pizza to the next topping station. I was willing to pay for the EXTRA but instead I didn't get what I paid for. Over priced pizza. If you don't like it, I definitely recommend giving it a second chance and trying something new. I honestly didn't enjoy Blaze pizza the first time I went to one. It was because I ordered a random Signature pizza lol. I always built my own pizza after that and I definitely don't regret it. You basically get to put whatever you want on your pizza and it stays the same price. The main reason I decided to give the place a second chance in the first place is because I love the drinks there. They have a couple different agua fresca drinks as well as lemonades. They have by far the best customer service experience even better than any pieology's in the area. I like their pizza better because they have more flavor profile, better meats, and fresh veggies. Have ordered twice for delivery. The first order was delivered cold. Silly me, I ordered again. $48. Paid a delivery fee and Postmates driver tip. This time they forgot the desserts and got cheesy bread but missing two containers of sauce. Again, delivery was cold. Couldn't eat the $6 cheesy bread. Worst experience- I placed an online order and when I arrived at the expected time, it took them additional 10 minutes to get the order done. The worker hands me the pizza. Go to work across the street at KP, open it up, WRONG order (with the correct label on it). So I walk in from work visibly upset they got my order wrong, hand it over and explained it to the worker. He stared at the label and at the pizza, clueless. Then he said "okay, I'll make a new one". While I wait, manager comes out, worker explains the situation, manager looks at order label and the pizza, and keeps her head down. No apology, no explanation, no attempt at service recovery, NOTHING. once the pizza was ready, the worker hands me my pizza and I'm like so what happened? He says "you picked up the wrong pizza". I replied "it had the correct label with my name on it & you handed it to me! He's like okay maybe the label was wrong. So first it was my fault, then it was the label. No ownership whatsoever. My boyfriend and I would come here all the time and always got the same thing. I think they are under new management because I noticed lots of more workers I hadn't seen before but I could be wrong. Our latest experience took place with their shift lead Michelle. As usual the only meat I like on my pizza is pepperoni when I asked her I could do double pepperoni she said that if I was going to get veggies I couldn't get more pepperoni at that point I was so confused because no one has ever told us that and we were paying for BUILD YOUR OWN however when my boyfriend proceeded to get nearly all the different types of meats on his pizza there was no problem. I proceeded to question why I couldn't get more pep since we did a build your own pizza she continued asking if I was going to get veggies i again said yes and then she said then I can't give you more pepperoni, do you want any other meat? I said no because I only like pepperoni. She then said it's a rule they have. I had never heard of this rule all the years I have been going so I don't know if it's new but if it is it's absolutely ridiculous the way it's okay to get 5 different types of meat on your pizza but you can't get double of one type especially when you're paying for build your own. My boyfriend even offered if we could pay extra just to get the pizza the way I wanted it but she said no there's nothing to pay extra about at that point I said I didn't want the pizza but my bf was too nice and felt bad that she had already started making it. We paid for the pizza and gave it to a homeless man but truthfully blaze did not deserve our money that day. I really dislike leaving negative reviews for businesses. We've typically been happy with Blaze at this location, but tonight was a little different. When I opened my pizza at home to eat with my family, half of our pizzas had raw dough. I don't eat cheese, so no mistaking the raw dough. I got a hold of the location, but the girl I spoke with suggested first that I order the high rise dough "well done" next time then said I could bring it in to be placed back in the oven. I told her I had already touched it, that's how I discovered it was completely raw other than the crust, and she suggested I place it in the oven (not on metal after I stated I was worried it would burn). We just spent almost $100 on pizzas for our family dinner. I'm disappointed that she didn't offer to make a new pizza for me to pick up, or offer any real reconciliation.
