Blaze pizza, you do it well for Pi day! Despite the long line up for the $3.14 deal, it was worth it. Fresh unlimited toppings and drizzle add on toppings at the end. Love watching the oven where all the pizzas are baking. Efficient service despite the line-up. Thanks Blaze pizza!!!

Stopped here for pi day to get the deal. There were so many people in the place but the line went fairly quickly. Many options to choose from. If customization is your deal this is the place. If you have a child that only likes cheese or basic pizza I would go elsewhere since it's expensive for just a one topping pizza. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They had full staff and were working as a team especially since some peoples orders were much more elaborate than others.

Needed a gluten free lunch option - My pizza was made with cauliflower crust & lots of veggies. It was made to perfection and def worth extra $4.00 for crust. It was not soggy at all and crust held up great even with all toppings. Enough for 2 lunch meals if you're not a huge eater.

Yeah yeah, I know... buying pizza from a National chain when there's so many good local pizza shops, especially in Greece, is a travesty. However, Blaze is probably the one and only exception for us. Why? 1.) They have the largest variety of gluten free and Keto crusts. 2.) They have the largest variety of fresh toppings. 3.) Their mobile app is so easy to use and always spot on with the timing estimate. We usually get two Build Your Own 11" pizzas, and barely eat half each. Sometimes they struggle to bake the gluten free pizzas just right. No matter where you go, you're prone to get a slightly undercooked center and a charred edge. That's gluten free for you. A pizza baker once told us that the gluten free crusts need to bake at a different temperature and no one can afford to dedicate an oven for that.

Blaze now has a cauliflower crust and keto crust option on the menu. No puzzled looks today. To celebrate Pie Day, I used their app to order a few things. The app makes it easy to customize and they've expanded their menu options .

As of right now I give Blaze a three. I do have to come back and maybe re rate this. I say this because my experience was great fast service clean open environment and friendly staff. I love the fact you can watch them make whatever pizza you want! I didn't know it was a make your own pizza bar ! The only reason its not a 4 star is because I got a gluten free crust. The dough was so thinned out the pizza ingredients fell through some spots and when you went to eat it cooked the crust cracked and you couldn't pick up the pizza. Super delicious and good experience but a very awkward way to eat pizza in front of others. So lesson learned no gluten free crust!

The help here was a bunch of millennials, living their best life. Pretty casual atmosphere. The ordering and cooking were both quick. Really good pizza. Will go again.

I am seriously obsessed with this place!!! I've only been one time so far. First off, the place was very clean at 9 p.m. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful because I had never been there before. I decided on a build your own pizza. It was thin crust and the ingredients were very fresh. I can't stop thinking about going back! Their regular size pizzas are pretty big. I made 3 meals out of it. Also, they're on the WW app and the points are very reasonable for eating pizza! On average a slice is only about 3-4 points! My advice-get there ASAP!

Spicy red sauce, mozzarella, smoked ham and banana peppers... Yum!

The food was fresh and tasty and that's what's the most important... but sadly they fell short in every other way. We were there mid-afternoon on a Saturday and the store was not busy. There was a lot of staff working but, despite that, the counter people seemed indifferent and, in a couple of cases, in a bit glazed over. They were mostly invested in a group conversation that they were having. We received the food and proceeded to find that there were no forks available. I asked for two forks and the staff member seemed a little annoyed with me... and was kind of snippy about me inadvertently standing in front of the cupboard where they were stored. The restaurant dining area was, to say the least disheveled. Napkins on the floor, cups left on tables and the majority of the tables not wiped down. Understandable during prime times but not with better than half the staff just hanging out and only a few other customers in the store. Finally, while I realize that every business is trying to do more with less, the portions were truly skimpy. I'd be surprised if there was more than an ounce of chicken on the salad. Much less than I typically see at other restaurants. Indifferent staff, a slovenly dining area, under supplied and miniscule portions. Sorry to say that this resty has jumped the shark.

I already bookmarked Pho King the night before and so I recommended that we come here. So glad we did! It is a cozy yet beautifully designed interior that is trendy and welcoming, but what truly sets this place apart is the phenomenal hospitality. The entire staff was attentive and excellent. Special shout-out goes to the Chef-owner's husband, whose warm and attentive service made our meal unforgettable. The food is absolutely spectacular! Every single dish we ordered (2 visits) were exceptional. Our first visit was for early lunch on a Saturday. We came right when they just opened around 11:30. We just wanted something light to share and "test" if we like it. The perfectly crispy fried pork egg rolls were perfectly complemented by the refreshing pickled cucumbers and nuoc mam dipping sauce. The BBQ Pork Bánh Mì, served alongside perfectly golden house-made fries was phenomenal. Per my hubs, this was the best Bánh Mì he's had, and I agree. We enjoyed our first visit so much and we decided to come back on a rainy Sunday for early dinner. We started with the calamari - lightly-breaded and was also fried to perfection--light, crispy, and delicious served with sweet chili sauce. My hubs ordered ribs - tender, beautifully charred, paired with a papaya salad and traditional sticky rice container. My dish was a standout - the Bò Lúc Lắc (Vietnamese Shaking Beef). The meat was incredibly tender, wok-tossed with onions and peppers. Dessert was unforgettable: we finished our meal with homemade Ube Tiramisu with a side of ube ice cream which was the perfect, mildly sweet end to a magnificent dinner. Pho King has instantly become one of our absolute favorite spots in Rochester. Exceptional food, beautiful atmosphere, and some of the best service you will ever find!

The restaurant is somewhat small, and I was glad when we arrived when we did. A large group of young people came in and took up nearly every open space in the restaurant. When I came again on a Thursday at noon, I was alone and took a seat at the bar. All of the open tables filled up quickly and there was no room left at the bar either. That's truly my ony complaint is that there isn't enough seating. Ok, getting to the food: Banh Xeo (crispy rice pancake) was really good. I enjoyed this simple dish as an appetizer and liked wrapping it up in the lettuce that was served alongside it. It was only a tad bit greasy, but the flavors were very good. Papaya salad was good - a little spicy. I would go milder next time I ordered it. I like that it's served with the sticky rice. When I ordered this, I actually had very little time to eat it before my main came. Ended up taking it and the sticky rice home which didn't really translate well. I would probably not order this as take out based on that. But if you like a good papaya salad, you'll enjoy this one. On my most recent visit I went for a simple chicken pho and loaded it up with chili oil, jalapeno, lime and cilantro. I would have maybe liked a bit of thai basil, but overall the flavors were good. The chicken was good quality white meat which I prefer, and the broth had a nice flavors. This is perfect for a slow, rainy, grey day. The other soup I had was the Bun Bo Hue which has spicy beef in a pork broth. It was really good, and spicy on it's own so I didn't add anything. The red cabbage is what makes it special for me! I would definitely order this again. I've tried both the lychee and pandan spritzers. The pandan has a more earthy flavor which was nice to try, but I don't think it's my favorite. The lychee was a perfect mix of sweet and bubbly. At $5 I probably can't justify ordering it, but it was really good and a refreshing treat. The staff here are very nice and care about your experience. It's nice when the chefs come out and deliver your food and check in on you. I really enjoyed the last couple of visits, and I would recommend it to others. It's probably best that this restaurant is so far from my house, because I could easily become a regular. Definitely worth a try!
