This place can be hit or miss depending on who serves you I suppose. Some staff make your pizza just how you like it with no hesitation. Others rush through your order and don't even give you time to think a bit. I get that the customization station is stressful especially when this place is busy. The customer service from this place is trash. Very young and inexperienced customer service staff who behave as if they hate their job. Some advice: Quit if you don't like it here and find a job you enjoy doing. As far as taking orders, this place has been taking online orders only since the pandemic started. Walked in at 9:52pm on 08/23/24 and was told they were closed and no longer take orders past 9:50. Please change your online hours as it states this store closes at 10PM! They tuned us away as well as another customer behind us. Extremely inconvenient and misleading. Love this place! Always greeted with a smile. Every time im in town I make sure to stop by for a pizza at this location. All...and I do mean ALL their employees were wearing their mask improperly. Several with their nose out and one kept touching it as they were making the pizzas! It was okay, I wouldn't call it special by any means. 8 bucks for what is basically a personal pan pizza with all the toppings you want is ok at best bargain wise. This place is in the Azalea Regional Shopping Center by the food court section. Parking can be quite hectic because it's always packed during lunchtime and in the evening. The staff is very friendly and since it was my first time there, they took the time to explain how to order. I ordered a custom pizza with cheese, pepperoni, and bell peppers. The ingredients tasted fresh and the pizza wasn't too doughy where the toppings fall off. I do want to come back to see what other combinations of pizza I can make. read more
