As I walked in, they replenished the trays more as they were running low from the customers in front of me. I could hear the fryers hard at work the entire time I was there. I found out that some things are also actually cooked to order. The staff were very friendly. I made sure to try a bit of everything I've been craving since I moved away - Fried chicken, pork cracklings, chicken cracklings, and even the egg roll since it had just came right out from the kitchen fresh and I had to get some. Everything was seasoned well and had that crunchy, crispy bite I was looking for. My cracklin crave was satisfied. Definitely going to make sure I stop by anytime I'm in town. I'm so glad the area has been seeing a lot of development with lots of new food options and I hope it continues.
