It was perfectly cooked and filling. Topped with lettuce, tomato, purple onion, fresh jalapeno slices, and a homemade, light, bbq type of sauce, it was just the right amount of food. The fries were a nice mix of crispy and less crispy. I didn't think I would be able to finish the burger, but it wasn't as daunting as i thought. I look forward to trying some of their other dishes when I find their food truck out and about.
