    Fire Chief (adult milkshake)
    Daniel M.

Wow! Absolutely fantastic. Excellent pizza. Cheese curds were superb. Frozen Jack & Coke super tasty. And the Fire Chief (aka adult milkshake pictured) was so good, it's like a dessert. Kahlua and rum and you better be careful if you have more than one, you might stumble out the door. Love the concept and the atmosphere. Service was great. Friendly and attentive. Best pizza in town. Will certainly be back as often as I can.

Pizza a welcome addition to Emory! 3 different t kinds perfectly sized. Great for families because of the fire truck decor. T-shirts for sale are epic! Food was excellent. Request: more organic choices. Loved the whole experience!

Unique find in Emory Texas. We found it while searching for unusual places to eat with our 11 year old grandson. This pizza place has a first responders theme -heavy on firefighting memorabilia. The full bar is set up behind the full can of fire engine. We had the big tatertots and calamari then we ordered the supreme pizza for us and the grandson got a pepperoni pizza for himself. The pizza was excellent, crust was perfectly cooked, toppings were abundant. We also got a chocolate chip cookie 'pizza' with vanilla ice cream... delicious and perfect as we were celebrating a birthday! We adults also had Jack and Diet Coke which was refreshing! It was probably a bit $$$ for a pizza place ( our bill was $100.00 ) but they also have burgers, bowls, they're hip to keto food...we'll definitely go back .

My daughter & I stopped here for a late lunch today & we really enjoyed it. We both ordered small pizzas & sweet tea. I got a Hawaiian pizza & she got the Mac & cheese pizza. Very good! We enjoyed the atmosphere with the fire truck & firehouse decor & oldies music.

First time stopping in. Had a few cocktails and a small Fireball Buffalo Chicken pizza. Fresh and tasty. $9 for a Tito's. Love the exposed pizza ovens.

I was able to phone in my order and pick it up 25 minutes later. What stands out about this pizza? The grease... or the lack of it!! It was so refreshing that the pizza wasn't resting in a pool of grease when I picked it up. The crust was not soggy and it was cooked to a perfect brown--not burnt and not under cooked. The crust is not a thick crust which I loved. The pricing was extremely competitive with the surrounding pizza establishments. The owner posts dates and hours of business on his Facebook page. I will definitely be ordering this pizza again!

The staff was super friendly. As soon as we sat down, they brought us warm garlic rolls with marinara--delicious! You can also pay just $0.99 to have a side salad added to your meal, which is a great deal. Our food took an unusually long time to come out, but the waitress was very apologetic. Since we hadn't seen our friends in a while, we honestly didn't mind--just happy to catch up. I ordered the sausage pizzaola , which was absolutely delicious and generously portioned. I could only eat half! My husband got the Shrimp Scallopini, which was listed as being in a marinara sauce, but it came in a butter sauce instead. He went ahead and ate it because we didn't want to wait again. He said it was just okay--not bad, just not what he expected. He didn't mention it to the server, so it's possible it could have been fixed. This place is BYOB, so definitely bring your own wine or beer if you're planning to enjoy a drink with your meal!
