The matcha was pretty decent but the food was just mediocre, especially for the price.

The ambiance is not great feeling almost cold and gloomy. The view would be good but since there is construction it is disappointing and finally the drink I ordered was the iced chocolate which was ok but 7 dollars which is way overpriced for basically chocolate milk. But the service made up for-the food and drinks.

Sill delicious and delightful to the last drop.

Blenz is the very best coffee shop. I have been going to Blenz for years. Angela and her staff get my caffeine fix right every time. All the staff are friendly and respectful. I prefer skim milk with my caffeine. They remember every time and have it ready before I ask. There are many options to choose from fancy teas and coffees to regular coffee, savory sandwiches and yummy baked goods. The atmosphere is clean, cosy and casual. There are regular tables and chairs and comfy lounge chairs to choose from. You could have a business meeting here or relax and watch the world go by in a comfy lounge chair. The music is played at a comfortable level and I sometimes linger over my coffee to finish the song to the end. I enjoy listening to the playlist here. This coffee shop is clean and clutter free. Even the bathroom is clean considering the busy location. There is a hand dryer that always works and the soap container is always full. I feel better after my first coffee at Blenz on the corner of Broadway and Granville Street.

Enjoyed the espresso and the view! First time trying this local coffee shop in Vancouver. Decided to skip Starbucks this time and it didn't disappoint.

Delicious sandwich of generous portion! I ordered the…read moreItaliana which comes with prosciutto crudo, prosciutto cotto, stracciatella cheese, truffle spread and arugula. The taste of the fillings was very well balanced with nothing being overpowering. I could taste every single ingredient yet they went together very well! I particularly liked the stracciatella cheese. It added a fluffy and soft texture to the sandwich. The shop was small, cozy and well decorated. There were some available seats when I was there at around 1:30pm. There was no line as the peak lunch hour had passed. They made my sandwich immediately so I didn't have to wait at all.

Italiana was so good. Double Prosciutto!! Truffle flavor was strong and paired with stracciatella cheese. What a great combination! And Arugula was very fresh. Foccacia was very crispy outside and soft inside. One of the best sandwich. I will order again. Monte cristo was also good. Grilled bread was very crispy and nicely pressed. Provolone and prosciutto cotto combination was great, too. Sundried totamto provided great accent. I will order this one again, too. Overall, it was a great sandwich shop. Highly recommend.

I have walked by this place for so long, not realizing it's a restaurant and bar! Yes, of course…read moreyou have your wall(s) of hot sauce, and offerings of the Hot Ones challenge, but more importantly, they have put their hot sauces to test, pairing them with their huge line up of dishes. I came in to check for a sauce my friend asked for but stayed for a bite! Did I mention that this place is cheap AF!? I don't know how they do it but it's incredibly affordable and the quality of food is impressive! I got their Veggies on Fire (Cheddar, lettuce, sprouts, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, pickles, red onion, banana peppers, Dijon, spicy mayo - Hot Sauce: Dawson's Shawarma). This was $8. Plus I added waffle fries, which I don't even care for. But these were heavily seasoned and cooked to perfection. The sandwiches come with chips but you can't miss the fries. You can choose which breads you want and I choose sourdough. Highly recommend that you toast that bread. The sandwich was huge and staked with so many veggies. The hot sauce was very mild but paired so well. The service was phenomenal! Above and beyond and so friendly. The place gets quite busy, understandable, and they are still so patient and friendly. I can't wait to try their extensive menu and order their veggie friendly menu options! And, obvy, their 1000 hot sauces!

This was quite the find and I'm still sort of processing it all. It's a hot sauce specialty shop,…read morebar, lounge and restaurant, but they don't have a proper kitchen. We found this as our initial destination had an absurd wait, and we left satisfied and pleasantly surprised. I saw pics online of what appeared to be large, juicy, and crispy fried chicken sandwiches sporting local hot sauces as the secret ingredients, and that's what brought us in. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with the Hot Duck chili crisp on it. Upon the bartenders rec we opted for the extra hot, which was a good call because it didn't really pack a punch to us chili heads, but had great flavor. The chicken was juicy and crispy, and the brioche bun was so soft and fluffy. All around a good sandwich, but we found it strange that they only offered it with chips, and no upgrade to fries, which were available as an add on order. As we ate our sandwich and waffle fries we realized there was no smell of oil in the air or sounds of a fryer, which had us scratching our heads. We looked for a hood too and noticed none. Eventually we realized that everything here is commercially air fried, which was both fun to learn and somewhat surprising. If this place had a fryer, it would be SO much better, but considering this limitation, it was solid. The sauce selection was huge too. I loved that you could taste them all and that they offered some amazing deals too. We found a few that warranted us checking a bag on the way back so we could enjoy them on the other side of the border, and I'm stoked they offer online ordering and shipping so we can get some more when they run out. All in all a solid experience. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. As a hot sauce store, this is a 5 star experience, as a restaurant, also good but just have the right expectations.

There are some small tables for two along with high tables. I ordered the 'hot' sandwich, chicken parm. I was expecting crispy chicken parm with yummy cheese and rich tomatoe sauce. Let's be honest, the star of this show is the bread! The baguette was warm, soft and so delicious. However, that's where the excitement stopped for me. The chicken with breading was soggy and the pesto and mozzarella was such a small amount, it felt like a soggy chicken sandwich with lots of bread. If they put more pesto dressing, more mozzarella cheese and more tomatoe sauce, I could have looked past the soggy chicken. All in all, I'm glad it tried it, the bread is amazing, and I'll come back to try a 'cold' sandwich to see if the other options are better!

Nothing special nor any extra extraordinary ingredients. The staff were nice. I don't think it's the staff's fault. It's just how they're told to make the sandwich. Came into the shop hungry paid $15 for a sandwich and left hungry was almost going to get up until the next two customers so I just walked in to save their money. Hopefully this will reach more people.
