Excellent service, reasonably priced, clean and well maintained place. I frequently get my brows and upper lips threaded by Rupa. She is not only gentle but also very consistent in meeting my requirements and alsvery cheerful lady. I've been going to this place since a year now and a couple times, a few family members accompanied me too to get their service. We were always beyond satisfied. Highly recommend! HIGHLY UPSET! This is normally my go to place for my eyebrows but after this terrible experience. I wish i got her name because the other ladies are really good. Basically i came in at my normal time (around lunch) one of the ladies took me- she seems to be in a rush. Since she doing my eyebrows really fast! To the point it hurts. By the end my i should known it wasn't going to be good. My right eyebrow is higher & shorter. And it just looks bad. By the end she rushes to the cashier just to be on her phone. I didn't catch the name of the gal who did my eyebrows, but she did a great job. I'm always wary of getting my eyebrows too thin, but she just cleaned them up and they looked natural. Sooooo glad I found this place! I came on a Saturday, and didn't have to wait, I was seen right away. They don't have a huge sign or anything so it was a little hard to find at first but there's a ton of parking, so you won't have a problem there. I hadn't gotten my eyebrows done in a really long time, mostly out of laziness. But after getting my brows done here I am in LOVE. Not to be dramatic, but they really are artists. The woman who did mine really took her time to get every single hair, and trimmed them very carefully. My brows were cleaned up and shaped to perfection, but they didn't look overly done or fake. Just very clean, and natural. I made the mistake of going to a nail salon that also did waxes, since it was conveniently located to my work. Wow, what a huge difference! The brow waxing just felt rushed, and I feel like the woman didn't care to make sure they were symmetrical. The precision just wasn't there, and it only made me appreciate Bless Threading even more! Probably won't be going anywhere else. These ladies really know their brows and I encourage everyone to visit. Brows are important people...they make our break yo face! After reading all the reviews on this place, I decided to give it try. I got there today right as they were opening, therefore I did not have wait. The lady that took me in the back was very nice and very welcoming. I got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded and I have to say I love this place. She did such a wonderful job I will definitely be coming back here. After she was done she asked if I would like some calming lotion, of course I said yes and she proceeded with giving me a mini massage. Amazing! When I walked out to pay, the lobby was packed. I had a allergic reaction to a product i purchased from them and they didnt even care about a) my reaction to there product b) accept the return for the product which bow has ruined my skin. Avoid this place terrible customer service terrible spa should go out of business. She tells me to continue to use the product even after i told her what a mess its caused my skin. I am a very picky when it comes to my eyebrows but when I came across this place I completely fell in love. A place like this makes you say "eyebrows on fleek". I discovered this new salon when I was living in Livermore but even though I moved to Hayward I still drive out here. Not only do they do an amazing job on eyebrows but waxing as well. It is very clean and done with such expertise that you don't get ingrowns. I have very sensitive skin so I was impressed when I noticed the excellent condition of my skin post wax. I had been driving to threads in Dublin to get my eyebrows threaded but hated having to go that far. My husband told me he saw a new threading place open so I gave it a try. To my surprise I saw one of my favorite threaders from threads! She does amazing work and always give yourself an extra 10 or 15 minutes for a head massage you'll love it. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I have never had a problem until yesterday. I have been going here for about a year and it was always great. Yesterday a girl who looked fairly new and really young did my eyebrows and I should have stopped it when she began tugging more hair than actually removing. She was going way too slow to be an experienced threader. It was painful and at one point I flinched and told her "the slower you go the more it hurts" she laughed and tries to go a little faster. Once finished she asked me to look and there was still so much hair and they were not cleaned up. I asked her to clean them up more and she focused on one eye brow and when she finished I looked again and walked away to the register. I asked the girl there very quietly if she could have someone fix my eyebrows, she asked why and I told her they were not cleaned up or shaped correctly and she said she would take a look but "they look fine to her" when I told her again I wasn't happy and to please have someone else redo them she said "I can take a closer look, i can't see them from far away but I don't think we need to redo them" at that point I realized this was going nowhere, paid and left. I realize now I should not have paid. What I'm still wondering is if you couldn't see by eyebrows that well from 2 feet away how did you know they looked fine? I will not be going back and now I have find someone else to fix this mess. read more

Nira is the best aesthetician ever! I have tried numerous threading places since a few years ago and have tried different threaders but Nira is by far the best. After getting my eyebrows threaded, I had to drive back to the store to have them get all the hairs that they missed the first time. They did not thread in between my eyebrows and missed lots of hairs underneath my brows on both sides. They also ignored my boyfriend when he was trying to talk to them about the store. I moved from Pleasanton to Oakland and still make time to come back out to this salon, especially after over-threading experiences at other establishments. They are always so kind and welcoming, and leave my brows full (as mine can be) but clean in such a quick timeframe. Also, I have very sensitive skin, and tend to break out after these kinds of services - not this time! I'm not sure why I waited so long to try out their organic facial ($65 for 1 hour) but so glad I finally decided to give it a go! It was seriously the best facial I've ever gotten (even better than some of the top spas in SF). My face is glowing and so smooth... and the massage that comes along with it is amazing all on its own! Waxing and threading here is great as well- very thorough!
