If caffeine had a luxury version, this would be it. I walked in half asleep and walked out acting like I had my life completely together. Five stars. Obviously other customers comments cant be or shouldn't be controlled by the company, but we were extremely disappointed to find out that since that comment was made, the Pride flag has been taken down. I had ran in to grab a drip before work one morning and noticed that some of the baristas also no longer had their Pride flag pins on. This clearly has details I am unaware of but it seems obvious that corporate had those images removed. This makes me and my friends feel very uncomfortable with how this situation was treated. I wouldn't recommend any of my friends to support this kind of activity. One very simple solution for you: Bring back the flag and you'll bring back our buisness! If you're worried about more complaints from individuals like the elderly woman, maybe fly an American flag as well I simply want people to feel safe and accepted.
