Driven by this location many times but finally stopped by for a school event. I had a lot of questions about the drinks and food options, and the cashier was professional and patiently answered all my questions. I got the "Best Drink Ever" and it lived up to the hype! This location of the chain has a large parking lot at the rear of the building and also a drive-thru. The interior is surprisingly spacious with half a dozen tables, a long counter, and several cushy chairs. There is also a large patio out front, facing Chapman Ave. Recently, I stopped in for an afternoon coffee and pastry on a weekday. It was a hot day so I ordered an iced vanilla-caramel latte and chose a pistachio croissant from their pastry case. It was a quiet time of day and most seats were empty so no problem finding a table. The latte was great. Both flavors of vanilla and caramel were detectable and the coffee was excellent. The pastry was okay but very dry. The filling was a tasty (but, sadly, minimal) pistachio frangipane. The outside of the croissant was sprinkled with chopped nuts that sprayed all over the table with each bite = messy! I'm probably making the croissant sound worse than it was but let's just say it wasn't the best croissant I've ever had. I got the Horchata Latte (hot, not iced). The staff was very accommodating with my drink adjustments. The drink itself was not too sweet. I went through the drive through at a pretty busy time. My family stood there for about 5-10 minutes without even a simple acknowledgment. No "be right with you," nothing. When we finally did get help, it felt like the staff wasn't very familiar with their own menu. Basic questions turned into a struggle, which made the whole ordering process frustrating. To be fair, the food itself was decent and the drinks were just okay. Nothing terrible, but nothing that would make me want to come back either. Unfortunately, the service completely took the buzz out of what should've been a fun stop. There are too many good options out there to deal with that kind of experience. First, the taste of our cappuccinos was good. However, we ordered a 16-ounce one for each of us at the drive-thru, and the cup felt empty! The employee who handed it to us said it was because it had some foam on top. Well, there was only about 2 shots of coffee in each cup. Including the foam, each 16-ounce paper cup wasn't even half full. So, it was $11 for a few shots of coffee...AND it was given to us immediately, probably had been sitting around awhile, because it was lukewarm. We wanted it to be hot. Branded beautifully in black/yellow/white with a Bee "Buzz", this location has a great and efficient drive-thru, but inside is cool, clean, and has fun merch, coffees products, and bodacious goodies -- yes! Love this place! My new fav spot for sure. I tried their coffee at my children's school, Oakridge, and knew I had to have more. I went the very next day and tried the most amazing drink that I've ever tasted "Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever!" And YES it is. It reminded me of Magnolia's bread pudding in NYC but in a delicious beverage. I also had the chili crunch breakfast wrap which was delicious! As I have become a regular at this place updating my review -- their drive thru is convenient but also quirky in that it feels as though they have a gun to their head to get your drink out in a specific amount of time. Good for service but also one time I pulled up to the window and they made me back up to the order speaker (even tho no one else was there) bc I think there's sensors or something timing drink making time. I personally feel as tho it is not that deep, but perhaps they run a tight ship. Anyways their drive thru also usually pisses me off cuz they make u drive past the window and wait at the end to bring out ur food like how is that efficient / I don't mind waiting for 1 more minute at the window to get my food. Happy Grand Opening to Better Buzz Coffee's newest location in Orange! I visited late on grand opening day. They were offering free stickers and reusable cups for the first 200 customers or while supplies last. Parking: There's a medium sized parking lot in the back. Finding a spot can be a hit or miss. This location also has a drive thru. Ambiance/Environment: They have a large space inside with plenty of indoor seating. Very clean inside. I love the quotes on the walls. It's perfect for fun photo opportunities. The theming is on point as well. It does get busy in the morning. Their drive thru line can get long, which makes it difficult to get a parking spot and getting out. Service: During my first visit, the cashier that assisted me was nice. I called 20 min prior to my arrival to check if they still had any reusable cups. The worker over the phone told me they still had some. Unfortunately when I arrived, they ran out of reusable cups, but they still had stickers. I jokingly asked for a discount on my order instead, and the cashier took me seriously and tried inputting a discount code lol. I didn't get a discount, but I appreciated the effort. Drink: I got the Snickerdoodle Latte during my first visit. This is considered one of "Buzz Favorites" according to their app. It was definitely sweet, and the cinnamon flavor came through. They also offer fun seasonal drinks. I visited again to try their Maple Best Drink Ever. This is their classic americano with signature creamy vanilla and topped with maple cold foam. The cold foam was okay; I didn't taste the maple flavor. The drink itself was light and not too sweet. Pricing: I'm not surprised prices are a bit more than average. They do offer coupons and promotions through the rewards app. You receive a free drink for downloading their app after your first purchase. I'd most likely visit occasionally when they have a promotion/coupon. read more

The drive through was kind of hectic , but it was the weekend (morning), so it was expected. We ordered multiple drinks to try, and It underwhelming; Not sure if it was made watery for us or they placed too much ice, but it was very diluted. Felt like I went to a 7/11. First timer, Saturday morning drive-thru drive: I went for a M Hazelnut Divinity hot and a Ham & Cheese Croissant, add avocado. The coffee was a little sweeter than I like but it was a nice creamy taste overall. The sandwich was bigger than expected and very good quality. The "avocado" was a paste, with zero flavor, it ruined the quality of the overall sandwich. The croissant itself, was the best thing in the whole order. I'll come back to try a more basic cappuccino and add egg to the sandwich instead. read more

It was my first time trying better buzz yesterday, I had been wanting to try it for a while but hadn't gotten around to it. Let me just say it did not disappoint! There was a promotion through the app so I decided to give it a try and place an online order, due to the promotion the line of cars was into the street so I parked and got down to pick up my drink. It was pretty busy inside too due to the promotion but my drink was still ready on time & the gentlemen at the counter was still very attentive and nice & offered me a straw when he heard me inquire about one to another customer! I saw Better Buzz all over my socials and was excited when one opened close to me. They open very early so thankfully were open when I was looking for coffee before 6 am. I got the best drink ever (iced per the recommendation) and a black coffee for my husband. The total was around $11 and each drink was 16 ounces. Service was very fast. Unfortunately each drink was almost filled to the rim with huge blocks of ice so there was very little coffee. The best drink ever tasted somewhat powdery and watered down. As much as I wanted to love this place I didn't. The service at the drive thru is so slow and I'm not sure if it's their intercom but they will repeat themselves multiple times. The employees are friendly and will apologize by saying they didn't hear you. The drink is a hit or miss. It's either great or not. I tried about four different drinks. I normally get the horchata latte at other locations, but this location fell short. It's more like an americano than a latte. I looked at other pictures online and they have a stronger milk ratio than I did. For $7, you would expect to get what you ordered. A latte, not an americano. The cup lids also didn't fit properly. Every time we turned a corner in the car, the lid would leak out the side. Sticky mess. My boyfriend really liked the Best latte ever, so I'm not entirely mad. Surprisingly yummy. Went here for the first time on February 21. The manager? Phenomenal. Not only were we greeted by him as soon as we walked in, but he was cleaning everywhere from the floors inside with a broom, to the outside mats, and walkways. Wow. My kid's school had a funding raising here last month, so I came to try their drinks for the first time. I don't usually drink coffee but I do drink tea sometimes. I saw a coconut coffee item and ordered one with decafe and my kid wanted to have a matcha latte and also avo toast and acai bowl as well...they were not cheap but everything tasted wonderful! I really recommend the coconut frap or latte if you like coconut and I also asked for less sweet and light sugar for the matcha and latte. They could be busy in th morning, so be patient! And the parking can get busy as well in the mounting, just be mindful when trying to find a spot at the parking lot. read more
