In her outside-the-salon life, she is a fine artist, and this creativity, passion, patience, caring and positive energy are abundant in the way she practices her haircraft. The Facility: Now that Veronica has joined the Lifespa team, I get not only her personal excellence, but can also enjoy the many fine amenities of the Lifetime facility AND have access to a wide menu of spa and salon services. Open EVENINGS and WEEKENDS (Sunday included!) so you can tailor around your schedule. Prices are reflective of upscale, higher-end salon, but, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The coloring products (even the bleaching agents) are gentle and devoid of bad odor. The shampoos, conditioners and styling products are a heavenly aromatherapy of their own! And Veronica gives her own shampoos and scalp massage - beyond divine! My hair is healthier and more vibrant, my cut grows out more nicely, and my greys blend in more sneakily and slowly with my hair artist Veronica on my team. Go here, even if it costs a bit more. My experience here was absolutely perfect, Angela is super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to her prices, products, and what she thinks would look best for you if you're not 100% sure on making a decision. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Angela's also very generous about helping figure out pricing and pay, which I greatly appreciated!! Two weeks later, I still had noticeable movement in my forehead. I texted to request a touch-up, and she scheduled me at her StudioPlex location, which I hadn't been to before. When I arrived, I couldn't find the suite. I called and texted multiple times but didn't receive a response.I understand she may have been with clients, but since I didn't show up at my appointment time, I would have expected her to check her phone to see where I was. I wandered around for 20-30 minutes in the cold and rain trying to locate her suite with no success. When I got home, I texted again asking if I could reschedule at her Midtown location. She apologized for missing my calls and messages but didn't address rescheduling. I followed up the next day and didn't receive a reply. Considering the $700+ cost, nearly double my usual, I'm left questioning whether I received the full amount of Botox I was charged for.

First let me say this. As a teacher I love streamlined processes. Yessi's intro text messages and answers to my questions were prompt, friendly, informative and professional. The booking process was seamless and filling out the consent forms were all done on my phone. I received clear instructions in advance about how to prep for the procedure (Microshading) as well as what to expect. Even though I'd done the procedure before (about 10 years ago), Yessi went over everything in detail. Her location is very clean and comfortable--a separate business suite within a salon complex. Throughout the process she check on my comfort level and asked if I needed anything. Her numbing gel made the entire procedure pain free because she administered the numbing agent through-out the procedure. Yessi let me see ongoing results as she progressed with the procedure. Upon completion, she gave me post care instructions for cleaning and maintaining my brows healthy until the touch-up in 4-6 weeks. I was given an after-care packet of ointment and cleansing solution etc.)....It was a great experience and I LOVE my results!! Yessi is my new brow tech--she is so knowledgable and you can tell from her spirit/professional demeanor that she loves what she does and does what she loves very well.
