There was no wait, which was nice, but everything went downhill once the service started. When the esthetician walked in, I immediately told her I had one request that she not snatch large areas because I'm very sensitive down there. She completely ignored that. The first red flag was when she put on her gloves and then threw her hair into a ponytail. That was unsanitary behavior! It instantly turned me off. I don't know why I didn't say anything, but I just wanted to get it over with. Then the sugar wax was super hot. I told her again that I needed her to do smaller sections not tiny, but smaller to make it less painful. She seemed irritated by that. When I asked if she could blow the wax a lil before applying it, she ignored that request too and just said, "It's okay, it only feels hot because it's on the skin." It felt dismissive, like she wasn't taking my discomfort seriously. Throughout the service, she handled me roughly and pressed too hard while checking areas with the wax strip. It felt careless and painful, like she had no regard for my sensitivity or comfort. To make it worse, she didn't even let me clean myself afterward she wiped me down afterwards, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. Normally, they give you a wipe and allow you to handle that yourself. Overall, she made the entire experience much more painful and unpleasant by ignoring my requests and rushing through the service. There's a big difference between working quickly and being aggressive and rude. I won't be returning here. I really hope she works on her attitude and learns to respect customers' requests especially when it comes to something as personal as a Brazilian wax. Really friendly and pleasant, very good at making non-awkward conversation. She was also obviously skilled and experienced at her job. The whole service was quick and well done. A clear statement about the managers attention to honesty, professionalism and respecting a customers time and promises made. Issue: I had a 2:15 PM appointment and called ahead to let them know I would be about 7-8 minutes late. I received confirmation not once, but twice, including directly from the manager, that everything was fine and my appointment would be honored. When I arrived, I was checked in and told my esthetician would be out shortly. After waiting more than 12 minutes (very unusual as you get ushered in right away), I learned that the manager had already reassigned my appointment slot to another customer without informing me. Nobody told me before I arrived. Nobody told me when I checked in. Nobody told me while I sat waiting. And she left the office at 2.29pm right on dot, without informing me anything while I was sitting there waiting to be called in. Instead, I had to ask what was happening before anyone admitted that my appointment had effectively been given away. The issue isn't the scheduling mistake. The issue is the complete lack of communication and respect for a customer's time. If the manager had simply told me the truth when I called, I could have adjusted my plans. Instead, I rearranged my day, drove to the center, sat waiting, and ultimately had to leave without receiving service. Even more disappointing was the lack of follow-up afterward. Its day 7, the manager promised on text messages to email me to 'rectify' this issue and asked me not to escalate it further. She even deflected my request to give me contact of her district mnanager, her general manager and franchisee owner, as well as corporate HQ. I found all details online and now sending them complaints as I write this review. This experience reflected poor management, poor communication, and a complete disregard for customer time. I see many + reviews, and most of them appear done by bots as they all seem to speak the same language and similar tone.

I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism. The establishment is just as clean as I've experienced in past visits. Still nice but language barrier made it difficult my latest visit. I came in because my last SNS set broke off on one nail so this time I asked for an extra coat because it seems the layering is easily breakable. Didn't help. After 2 days I have a cracked nail and they don't do refunds or cover the cost to fix the ONE nail I'm requesting to be fixed. Didn't plan on returning after this last nail experience anyways because it took 2 hours for SNS removal and new set on my natural nail. There was a moment where language barrier made it difficult to communicate that my nails were not straight and needed more filing. I don't know if it's because acrylic was easier for them or the new employees have different skill sets, but I'm upset that I now have to find somewhere else and pay for a full SNS removal and set so soon after getting my nails done. Katherine is sweet but is who did this last set. I also recommended the place for my friend to get a mani/pedi. Pedi was good but mani chipped after two days because Laura only did 1 layer of gel. And the website is inaccurate because they should've been open 12-5 PM today so I wasted more money trying to go up there and discuss this issue in person in case my phone call was unclear. They also have extremely limited choices of glitter polish (literally only a couple choices - - both were silver/white speckles). Their price board shows nail fix $4, but the guy charged me $5. And, luckily I had cash on me, because they charge a surcharge if you pay with a credit card (many nail shops do this, so I wasn't surprised, no big deal).
