One the best beer bars in SD. They have a rotating tap list -- make sure that you're subscribed to their social media or email newsletter to get the latest updates on their taps. Whether you like pils, lagers, IPAs, stouts or seltzer, they have it. Parking might be hard in the evening but if you're persistent, you've earned a freaking good beer! The fries and pizza are also bomb. Place your orders at the counter when you get in, the friendly bartenders will get your orders, sit yourself down and be ready to have the best beers of the week

Easily my favorite beer and pizza spot in SD. I highly recommend the spicy salami pizza. It's a great place to hang out with buds, listen to live music, or catch a vinyl set. The staff is so amicable and are always kind and happy to see you. 10/10

BOMB BOMB BOMB. AMAZING BEERS X PIZZA. I would describe their pizza as New Haven style. Blind Lady is also one of the best places to get craft beer around San Diego. They have all legit beers on draft and it's on happy hour before 6pm. They are only $6 draft pints! I like to keep it OG and get the margherita pizza, I think this is the best way to judge a pizza. If you like anchovies, the caesar is amazing! BTW if you dont know that a traditional caesar salad has anchovies...now you know. This is a counter service restaurant, that one line is for beer and the other is for pizza/food. The location have communal tables and smaller 4 tops, it's an order first and food to be delivered to your number style service. Highly recommending this place, come here and love their pizza and drink their beers!

Blind Lady is one of the few bars in San Diego that has the pliney the younger hookup, so I had to check them out. It was quite busy the two times I went but it was also when they had pliney on tap so it may have been busier than usual. That didn't stop the efficient lines to order your food and drinks, it just meant that table seating was sparse. We enjoyed a delicious pizza with our beers -- I like the variety between traditional and unique pizzas they have.

I've been a patron of BLAH for many years and it helped me get into craft beers. It brings me joy that it has stuck around especially after the pandemic. This is a great spot to meet friends, enjoy a wide selection of craft beers and pizzas. All the beertenders I've encountered here were very friendly and appeared they liked their job, which contributes to the lively atmosphere especially on crowded weekend nights. On this visit, I had the best beer smoothie I've ever had, with notes of coconut and other tropical flavors. They also had a few sours which I also enjoy as well as Oktoberfest beers. Probably my only complaint would be that the beer menu's print size is too small, or maybe just my eyes are bad. That and the parking. Second to the beer, the food here is good. Mostly a selection of appetizers and pizzas and they also have good vegan and vegetarian options. It was actually my first time trying the fries with beer cheese, and that cheese is delicious! I also ordered my usual 3 meat pizza and it did not disappoint.

One of my local friends took me to this spot, claiming it was her favorite pizza in the area. I could totally see why! The pizza is thin crust and the sauce/cheese is really good. The caesar salad was also unexpectedly delicious with extra dressing (love), lots of parm, and fresh romaine. The combo of both was so refreshing during this weird winter heat wave. Also loved the local feel of the restaurant. There's a ton of beers to try as well.

We are staying in the neighborhood and walked here for dinner - such a great time! We love a place with low lighting and dark wood. Everyone working was incredibly friendly. Frites and accompanying dips were FABULOUS. Pizza was just right. Beer was great. If our trip was longer, we'd be back.

Great choices of IPAs and their pizza is to die for! Probably one of the best pizzas I've tried in San Diego! I would say, not a big fan of the ranch but definitely a 9/10 for food and beer!

A little after 6pm on a Monday, coworkers and I found ourselves at this establishment. Interesting decor around the whole establishment - I was at first trying to figure out whether there was a real theme but figured its just a spot to chill, relax and have a couple drinks and/or food. Plenty of patrons and seating at this time, we were able to be served right away. We ordered 2 pizzas and fries along with various brews on available at the time. Service at the bar was quick and great, food came out quickly and was good. Can't complain!

If you're looking for some good beers and food, try visiting this place. They got a lot of beer selections that seemed good (at least the ones that I've gotten) and the food looked good too. I've only got their drinks but their food looked really good so that would be something I do want to try the next time I come here. The inside can get pretty loud with some loud music (and seemed like there is a DJ who plays sometimes too) and there are lots of people inside so another reason why it would be loud. It can be pretty packed so finding seats can be a bit challenging especially if you have a large group. You would order at the counter for your food and drinks. You get your drinks right at the counter, which is nice so you don't need to wait for your server. So if you want to try some good beers and have some loud ambiance, give this place a try!

Very lively inside and delicious pizza! Their service is always very quick and the vibes are very vibrant and fun inside.

Love it here!! Fun vibe, nicest people! We go often, and it's a place people definitely need to go try. The pizza is so good, so many options to try new things. I like to try a different one each time! Also a great beer selection!!

Always a great tap list at BLAH. Fridays 12-6, they have $6 pints. They also have a few different items on their lunch menu and don't serve certain items for lunch. For example, Moules Frites is only served during dinner time. Service is always friendly. Make sure you know your table number when you go up to order food as they bring it to you. Food has never disappointed. We've gotten, pizzas, salads, fries and they've all been good. It can be a little dark inside and loud if they have live music in the evening. However, before all that, it's a great spot for a working lunch or to bring the family.

    Is there air conditioning?

    Yes!

Do they have take outs or is it dine in only?

We take phone orders when we aren’t too slammed with dine in, but our focus is always on the guests in house. Thanks.

Is this a kid friendly place?

If you're black, they don't want you or your kid there. Like me, they will make you move seats throughout your dining experience, claiming "you're in the way" or some other reason. They will continue to take your Visa card, but speak derogatorily of…

Is there space for a group of 10 to all sit together?

Yes. It can get cozy crowded during peak hours, but there are long tables that can easily accommodate a 10-group. Cheers!

    Is this establishment dog friendly?

I've been coming here since they opened and never seen a dog.. best to leave your furry ones at home!

When do they stop serving food?

    Normally around 10pm.

Do they have gluten-free pizza and gluten-reduced beer?

They sadly don't have gluten free pizzas they might be gluten reduced, but it's not listed on the menu.…
