We chose the Lavish pedicure, which is the most basic option and it did make me wonder if that influenced the level of service we received. Regardless of price, I would expect to be treated with the same level of care and professionalism. Like if you don't scrape the cheese off the plate before you put it in the dishwasher, and when it comes out, it still has cheese on it... is it really clean?

You can feel safe. Social distancing, hand sanitizer, and masks are seen everywhere. Arrive. Sign-in to the electronic kiosk and they will have someone available (appointments desired but walk-ins welcome). Pick a color. There are so many fabulous high-end and trendy colors to choose from. It might be a good idea to have a color or design in mind or wing it and create your own mix. Either way, the quality is there and your nails will not chip a few days later (I used gel). They ask if you'd like a drink, alcoholic or non, and it is always brought to you with a spa touch; water with cucumber and lemon or orchid flowers and pineapple in a Mai Tai. It's a rare treat to be spoiled in nail bars now. They have a great assortment of spa pedicures. I choose the Pearl spa. I felt silky smooth after. The bottom of my feet were so soft. I had just had a pedicure from Venus 2 weeks ago, I should not have had that much dead skin. Tony was my pedicurist. He took his time in making sure I didn't feel rushed and could sit back and relax. They set a timer for massages so you don't have to worry about timing and can focus on just unwinding. Not to mention the hot towels, hot stones, firm hands, real reflexology used... You have to go! Kevin did my manicure. He went straight to business in creating my design. I love abstract art and he helped bring my vision to life. He hand choose the color palette after I choose a base color. He hand drew the lines with the upmost precision. It's phenomenal. I can not say enough. It's nice to find a place that has the perfect vibe to relax and unwind with some self love. I asked to get the exact same style done for my nails. She was fluent in English and really helpful! These are called blush nails and I used powder #10 and a pink blush color #142 named Vanity Pink. I loved how it came out. Highly recommend! It was about $85 with tip. I definitely think I will come back to get this style again. It is so pretty!!
