Decent threading place. I came here at around 6:15 pm during the week. I walked in to see a girl sitting on a chair on her phone with earbuds in, no one else was in the store. She seemed slightly annoyed and wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming. She did my eyebrows and upper lip in record time and it felt quite rushed. She did a pretty good job, my brows were a bit thinner than I wanted - no biggie. It was noticeably warm in the store too and the little AC unit that I spotted near the front desk was not on... when it definitely should have been. Overall, just an okay experience and the best thing was that the service was well priced ($15 for eyebrows and upper lip), which is why I would return but I'd rather find somewhere with warmer employees. read more

I have thick uneven hard to manage eyebrows, and have tried different place so I have gone to different places in search of help, including eyebrow professionals and eyebrow bars that charge 40-50 dollars a visit, and this place beats them hands down. For 10 dollars, I get my eyebrows shaped and groomed by a skilled eyebrow threader. read more

This place just opened up but I gave it a try because I live so close by. I walked in without an appointment. It is very clean. They clean their hands before the threading which I really appreciate. Also they give you a clean sheet to lay your head on. Khushi did my eyebrows and did a great job. She even fixed one that was messed up! She's very polite and friendly too. Prices are good. I just moved back to LA & my original threading spot is no longer at the location, so I needed to find somewhere to tame these brows as I'm extremely particular (and frugal). After extensive research about eyebrow threading places in the area, I saw this one had great reviews. The reviews were on point. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Annie did my brows and she was extremely nice. Brows are only $10 and they reward you for loyalty. After 4 visits, upper lip is free. After 9 visits, eyebrows are free. The parking lot was fairly small, but there's free 2 hour street parking in the area so no big deal. Think I found my new brow spot! read more

Went on a Friday afternoon, place was empty. I like how my eyebrows are but I wanted them to have more of a shape (arch) while still being natural, which is a really vague description but I can't think of how else to phrase it. Ankita did a wonderful job! She did them exactly how I wanted it and very painlessly; it has been my most painless eyebrow experience to date. Also she left absolutely no stray hairs, which is a rarity when it comes to eyebrows. And the whole thing was over in less than 5 minutes! After Thread eyebrows messed up my left brow right before my wedding (!), I was happy to find this new place in the hood and finally gave it a try today. Aside from having much more reasonable prices than Thread, they do a much better job and are more skilled at it in the old skool Indian way, which is what I like (rather than the trendy hipster Melrose way). Was looking for a threading place that opened before 11 and I came across this place. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I'm very particular about my eyebrows because they are thin. Walked in and was greeted by the stylist. I dropped in to get my brows done and was not disappointed. The technician was quick, precise and did not cause me any pain. She didn't ask me what shape I wanted but intuitively knew what would look best. I got my forehead done as well because I was so happy with the results. I always get the extra forehead/temple massage from her. They have stamp cards and for every few visits, you get free service. I already got my free one. Coming up on my second. i really do like the service and Alma who did it before did an awesome job which kept me coming. I found out she no longer works there and well...it went down hill from here. Now, Fatima(?) is a whole different story.. i think i stopped coming here after she kept going thinner and thinner on my brows. my friend (a guy) wanted to get a quick clean up and she gave him a high arch on one side..and went normal on the other (I laughed every time i saw him) sorry :( my eye brows were never clean and neatly trimmed like i had them before with alma, who did my first service.. this one left strays very thin eye brows uneven arches..and more strays.. i had asked her to clean them and my eye brows just got thinner -_-;; and the strays were still there.. after 2x more i figured i should stop before my eyebrows become something that looks like it can be drawn with a sharpie... The final time she was just pinching at the skin over and over and over....not the hair but the skin..and still left the strays -_- (sigh) even after asking her to remove them... (maybe its a language barrier).. i feel a bit ripped out she didnt even bother to put the cooling lotion or aloe on them and just had me pay right after..thank you for the burning sensation in my brows :) i regret tipping yah. i now avoid the place when i know shes working there.. read more
