Closed a bit early bc of slow season but still let us in for smoothies!! Tried the hiker's protein and detox cleanse and both were thicc and tasted so fresh with quality! The owner was so nice and the venue is spacious with alot of seating and nice AC blowing. TY so much!! Recommend!

This new counter-service spot is a winner. Just opened, so ironing out the kinks. Açaí bowls, smoothies and coffee on one side and warm bowls on the other. The bowls are only available from 12-8pm Thursday-Sunday. They are reworking their menu, so the previous ones on Google are not accurate for the warm bowls. You choose a base of any combination of rice, black beans, and spring mix. Add protein for $4. Choose some veggies, toppings, and a sauce or two. It's hard to stay on theme, but hey eat what you like! Everything was created to order and very fresh. They are generous with the toppings. The concept is great, the owners/operators were friendly and helpful. Lots of choices make the product a little slow coming out. They need a little fine tuning and a new posted menu, but I have high hopes for their success. I look forward to trying their açaí bowls next time.

On our way to Jashua Tree National Park we stopped by here to get some food. Their açaí bowl is amazing. So fresh and delicious. They also serve smoothies, coffee, cookies, scones. It's very spacious and has great customer service. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Custom bowl with chicken, lettuce, rice, veggies, and hummus. I paid extra for the avocado.

The bowl was good enough that I would come back again, especially because it was fresh and healthy. My husband's chicken tortilla soup was also good. I wish that they would have put the bowl in a larger container, even if not filled to the top. There was no room to mix the items around. I will attach a photo.

They have drinks; smoothies, lemonade, OJ, açaí bowls, soup. There was only 1 barista at the time I went so there was a wait since there was a small line. The service was great regardless of the wait, I'd come back here. There indoor seating and a restroom with a code upon request to retrieve. I ordered the Hikers protein and it was 10/10

I was looking for some good clean food while passing through Joshua Tree and was stoked to find Bliss Cafe! I got a Mediterranean Bowl with a Detox Juice and they were delicious. Grateful to find a business that cares about clean ingredients for health conscious consumers. The cafe was very clean and bright... quite a refreshing and welcoming atmosphere that gave me confidence the food & drinks are made with intention. Staff were nice and helpful! Bliss Cafe is my new go to every time I pass through the area without a doubt... Thanks!

I was grateful to find a healthy choice in our drive through the desert. They have a full build your own bowl bar with high quality healthy options, açaí bowls, treats, and coffee drinks. The ladies that work here are extremely friendly, the place is clean with beautiful mountain views! Glad we found this healthy choice in the desert.

No cash accepted and they are also going to charge you an extra 3% to use your card and say it's a convenience fee

If you like rotten lettuce Over cooked, unseasoned, dry chicken for an extra $4 It honestly tastes like a bag of microwaved chicken Paying for avocado $3 (but not receiving it) Waiting 40 min for your food with no other customers there Paying $7 to add shrimp as well (you only get 5 shrimp) Being told you can't pay cash only card and then being charged an extra 3% for using a card Then this place is for youuu OH and when you try to call them to speak to them about your messed up order ( because we always find out when we get home right?) the number on the receipt is for a completely different business. So hiding their phone number of course. Apparently their phone number is ACTUALLY 760-316-5002 BUT DONT WORRY Bliss Café won't answer anyways. Needless to say! I will not be back pics will be attached. Also don't let those cookies fool you! Man do they look good in the case but you will need dental work after taking a bite! They are as hard as ROCKS! They are as hard and as dry as a hidden valley granola bar from the early 2000's

Loved the smoothies here! We were just wanting to power up on something before we go on a hike and this was perfect! The ambience was nice and spacious and the wait wasn't long. Will come back again if I am ever in the area!

Perfect for a morning latte and nutritious açaí bowl with variety of toppings. This place is super clean. The service is so friendly and the coffee hit the spot. So glad we stumbled upon this café while heading into Joshua tree.

Unseasoned jackfruit other than the brine it came in.

The woman at the counter, whose name I didn't get but who had pink and white striped hair, refused to serve my boyfriend even though the website said the cafe was open, the door sign said the cafe was open, and people were in the cafe itself eating and drinking coffee at a few of the tables. She said the cafe was closed because she was too busy, even though there were only a few people around. When I asked if it was possible to get coffee, she said alright but we should order the drip coffee because she wasn't very good at making anything else. While we sat and drank our coffees, a group of about six women came up and she let them order food and coffee for the group. A man was next in line and she told him the same thing she told my boyfriend: that she was busy and the cafe was closed. This pattern continued. She served women in groups of any size, but men who asked were told that the cafe was closed. This is unacceptable and I will not be returning, however nice the setting.

They also have a good selection of other breakfast items like hard boiled eggs, cheese, fruits, yogurt parfait, salad and deli lunch sandwiches. Additionally they sell various hot and cold drinks, organic JT coffee beans that they'll grind for you, salty and sweet snacks, California dates and roadrunner t-shirts. But I do wish the beverage fridge had prices listed so I wasn't surprised at the register. The restaurant, while it's a bit tricky to find on the side of a building, inside is a modern space. It's spotless and very clean. The aesthetic is minimalist and if it were just you, it could feel a bit cold, if not for the steady buzz of activity behind the counter. There were three staff members who moved swiftly. As I watched I was impressed with their efficiency as the kept things running smoothly. When we entered an hour before closing, we made the mistake to sit and pause to look over the menu. It was a mistake because it seemed like the front door kept swinging open as wave after wave of hungry visitors poured in. My guess is these folks were all returning from Joshua Tree National Park. In fact, it felt like nearly everyone there had just come from the park. The business concept appears thoughtfully geared toward travelers, particularly those with a bit of disposable income and a discerning palate.
