RUN DONT COME HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. The pedicure I received was fine. However I brought my mom here for a Mother's Day gift and 30 minutes went by before I asked why they hadn't started her pedicure. They did start mine but not her nails or toes. The owner then comes over with attitude not understanding why she wouldn't still want her pedicure, mind you no one was available to start it still. It would've been another 10-15 minutes. Why would she want a pedicure 30-50 minutes after mine was already started and almost over. The owner was disrespectful, she cut my mom off while she was talking. I showed up 15 minutes early to my nail appointment and was immediately taken to be seated and get my nails done Linda did my nails and she was fantastic! She listened to feedback I had and even helped recommend colors and help me decide when I was stuck between two shades of pink She was constantly asking if I was happy with the length, shape, and color of my nails I booked a powder get + tip ($45) plus an additional $5 because I got the almond shape I was really happy with the way it turned out and I will definitely be coming back here again! :) read more

This place is a joke. We came in as walk ins (my daughter and I) we asked if they could squeeze us in and were told they could. We sit down and wait. An hour passes and maybe 4 customers pay and leave. Nobody else was seated in this time. The lady who is running the register is also doing nails. Each time a customer walks in she stops working on her client to run to the front. Every time a person goes to pay she stops working on her client to run to the front. They finally call my daughter and I and I asked how long the wait in the pedi chair might be because by this time I had about 75 mins to pick up my son. She told me go pick him up because the wait is longer than that. A. If you're going to make me wait over an hour and then put me in a pedi chair why not just let us wait there to start? B. If the wait is over two hours why not be up front about it? This place has probably 40 chairs for manis and pedis. There were a total of EIGHT customers being worked on and a 2+ hour wait time. When you walk in and see 8 chairs full and told you can be squeezed in...don't believe it. This isn't even the best place nearby but it's close to home so I wanted to give it a shot. I came here for some dip nails, and had a terrible experience. I was cut four times (found the third and fourth cuts after we left) by the file, nails not fully covering my nail, and it's messy around and behind my nails. I took my 11 yo daughter for tips and dip. She had an appointment and was waiting for a half an hour. The tech cut her not once but 4 times with the file. I had to have her come back twice to get the extra product off her hands. The shape is awful. She asked for almond and the nails are so pointed that the angle begins in her nail bed so you can see her natural nails on the sides. When I checked out there was no offer for a return visit to fix them, the manager just made the excuse that the file was too sharp & zero discount. They even left the extra $10 charge for the "nail art" which were stars that looked terrible. She was in tears on the way home. We will never go back here. read more

The ladies were nice as can be. That is the only nice thing I have to say. 4 of us girls were there for a girls day out, it was two teens and two adults. All of our pedicure chairs were grimy. I tried to leave, but the girl that was helping me decided to use a disposable liner, AFTER I pointed out how grimy the basin was, where my feet were going to be in water. I noticed 3 other people getting pedicures with no disposable liners. I thought that it was pretty standard to use them, however Resort is not using them regularly. My daughters nails looked terrible, they had chunks in them and didn't cover the whole nail. I asked them to redo it, and of course tipped accordingly. My cuticles were still ragged when my gel manicure was completed. I did not have mine redone, I honestly was just over it and will go get them fixed elsewhere. Their prices were higher than the nail place right down the hwy, but they were too busy, so we tried Resort. So, to sum it up, we ended up paying more money for work that was not so great, and had to point out how dirty the place was to get a liner. I should have just gone to Champions. read more

First of all I want to comment on how friendly and helpful the lady was when we walked in. She very politely asked us to wash our hands and then assisted with color choices and menu options. The color choices were extensive and many options were available for manis and pedis. I was offered a drink and was given a full sized water (it's the little things, right?) During my manicure my mask "malfunctioned" and Alex very politely gave me a new on My manicure and pedicure were beautifully and professionally done. And the best part, with 12 staff member on duty, yes, 12 I counted, I was in and out in just over an hour. The shop was immaculate and the staff was actively cleaning after each customer. Beautiful new nail saloon. The women that did my nails did a excellent job. The reason for the 3 stars is the women greeting people was rude and extremely unfriendly. I sat for 15 minutes at the nail table with out explanation. I was about to get up and leave when a young woman finally approached me and to do my nails. I don't mind waiting but I was purposely ignored , even when asked how long it would be until I would be helped. The good part is that they are always professional and kind when I go. The bad part is like most places, the quality is hit or miss depending on the nail tech. It took me a few times to find a nail tech that did a great job with my nails, however, the last time I went, I did have an appt but she was out due to illness, (totally understandable) but the lady who they told me was good and would do a good job with my nails did not. My cuticles look horrible, the gel is not on even, like you can see my nails on the sides, it's not filed smoothly...im just disappointed because I have a big event this weekend, hate my nails and am thinking to just go get them soaked off and polished somewhere else. Have been here 3 times over the past month and a half (every two weeks) and the service has been excellent every time. First thing when you walk in, you are greeted and asked to fill out the service slip which I think is a fantastic idea, especially when it comes to the color and level of mani/pedi you selected...no confusion later on because its in writing. I have ALWAYS been offered a drink both at the very beginning and halfway through my services which I appreciate because you know, sometimes you're indecisive and want a drink later :) Even the most expensive mani/pedi option is still not expensive at all...$32 for a parafin dip, massage for both you hands and your neck/back is a steal! And its not some cheap get it out of the way kind of massage either. I was the last customer there the other night and Karen still didn't rush through anything just to get me out the door. I felt bad about making her stay late but she kept reassuring me that it was no problem and she just wanted me to be able to relax. My nails have always turned out beautiful and Karen is the BEST at making dip/acrylic nice and thin so it looks natural. Overall, very happy that this salon is only 6 minutes away from the house and this is certainly my new go-to nail salon. read more

I filled it out (all I wanted was a quick polish change) and handed it to someone who again took it and told me to take a seat. I have been sitting for over an hour without one word being spoken to me. The salon is now nearly empty and still no update or an estimated time left to wait. If I didn't have an event tonight I would have already left. I will absolutely not come back. Zero customer service at all. I have been going here for over a year now. The last few visits have been lacking. I went to get my nails done and a guy did them I've never used before. He was super short and seemed unhappy and inconvenienced. He was so rough on my nails and used the metal drill with the roughest bit to drill so hard on my nail beds they burned and my nails are paper thin. He didn't even complete the manicure portion another lady did. I've been getting my nails done for years and I'm done with this place. The salon itself is so gorgeous, and clean. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assisted once I sanitized my hands! This was my second time back so I requested JLo for my nail set! Let me tell you he does such an amazing job and can do anything you show him! He's an artist and loves what he does, you can see it in his work! I always get dip powder nails with a gel pedicure. The first few times I loved my nails and they lasted around two weeks which I was happy with. The last two times I have been here the dip powder has cracked not even a week later.. If I'm paying around $200 for service every two weeks I expect my nails to last more than a week. I work with computers and I do nothing that could be rough or damage my nails. I feel that lately the staff have been in a rush when doing my nails especially when I'm there and there's only two other customers. read more
