I had gotten a new card, so I gave the woman the new number over the phone. Today is Saturday, and my wife went looking for the laundry as she has a flight out for work at 3:30pm. No laundry bags were delivered. So I called and found out that even though they have the new card number, they never ran it for the balance owed, so they held on to our laundry. This is the kind of BS that drives me insane and makes me look for another vendor.

We continue to shop and then they tell my mother in law that it was actually on hold for someone else and that they were coming to pick it up later. I speak to an employee telling her we will stick around to see if anyone picks it up and if not we will buy it and she was very insistent that this customer was "coming." My daughter waited near the front check-out desk to see if anyone came to pick up the bag the entire time and no one had come and then all of a sudden they said the customer had come, but my daughter never saw them take the bag out or sell it. It was apparent that the entire staff including assistant manager? knew about the situation and were all in on it. I'd really rather go to uptown murray or any other location now. I can't believe they would be this shiesty of human beings. I've recommended this location to my co-workers and friends which have shopped and sold their clothing items here, but I will definitely be notifying them of this situation and recommending they go elsewhere. Shiesty people aren't trustworthy. I'll take my recommendations, money and clothing elsewhere.

There's a large area where you can see people working and then a separate one with a changing room. You change into what you want altered and then they'll come and assess what needs to be done. They're pretty upfront with prices and you can opt-in/out of stuff. Service: So sweet and friendly. I came in with a large bridesmaid dress and they were truthful about telling me to get a new one as even with alterations, it wouldn't look as good. Value: Standard pricing as far as alteration places go. They do guarantee a 1 week turn around basically no matter what which is nice. Overall, would use again.

Desperately seeking an open same day or next day dry cleaner, I came across one that was near my hotel in Draper, Utah. I called, and like most if not all, they were closed on Sunday. However, I left my phone number in the hope that maybe I would get a call Monday morning, then I moved on to explore what other options I had. Within just a couple of minutes, my phone rang with Rebecca cheerfully and kindly on the other end offering to be of service. She explained that if I brought my blazer in by nine in the morning, I would have it by three in the afternoon. Wow that's all I can say. What great service. I'm looking forward to meeting her, and paying what I'm sure will be a reasonable amount for such great service.
