I called this spa an average of 9 times and only got an answer once. When they finally picked up, I asked about massage services and was simply told "there's none." I asked again if there would be availability for the next day, and the response was again "no." I then asked if there was no massage therapist at all, and at that point I was left on the line with no response. I kept saying "hello, hello" in both English and Spanish, and no one came back. After this experience, I went through the reviews and honestly, they only confirmed what I had just experienced. It actually made me feel relieved that I didn't go ahead and book anything. I'm very respectful of businesses and the effort it takes to run one, but situations like this show the importance of being attentive to who you have representing your company. The person who answered the phone lacked basic courtesy, let alone customer service skills. For a business that has been operating for over 14 years, it's disappointing to see the same issues being mentioned repeatedly. read more

My sister got her eyebrows micro-bladed on march 1st and was told by one of the workers here that it would be safe to tint them just before a wedding coming up. She got her eyebrows and lashes tinted on march 25th and these are her results. She has a bad infection in her eyebrows and in her eyes. Her eyebrows have been oozing pus and scabbing for five days now. Her eyes are still bloodshot. Her face was very swollen for the wedding. How was it appropriate to recommend tinting so soon after the micro-blading? Were the eyebrows even fully healed? My sister told the worker (shamlee) the product was burning & she proceeded to wipe her eyes, making the chemical enter her eyes even more. Why was a patch test not done to make sure it was okay to do the tint, especially when she knew there was a chance the brows weren't full healed? The lack of carefulness got my sister a $250 trip to urgent care and an incredibly painful experience. read more

I had a great experience! To start my review, this place takes customers by appointment only. I would recommend calling. I didn't know this at the beginning, but Ale was very kind to make an appointment for me. I came with a gift certificate that my husband got for me. There was a little confusion about it, but at the end, Ale was very nice and patient. She took the time to figure it out, and she took me in and took care of me. I got a manicure and pedicure. I had family in town from Florida and one of the women wanted to get her nails done, so she went to Bliss. Back in Florida she gets her nails "dipped," but it isn't common out here. However, the process is somewhat similar to gel, as the old dip soaks off each time and new dip is put on. Since dip wasn't offered, she told the nail tech no problem, just soak off the dip and use gel instead. The nail tech made her feel as if she didn't know what she was talking about, and explained that the existing dip should not be soaked off and instead she would back fill it. She specifically said she would not be using regular acrylic to do the back fill. Sure enough, my family member gets home to Florida and returns to her local nail salon, where her tech is horrified to find that the Bliss nail tech backfilled with regular acrylic over pre-existing dip. He finally gets it off to find fungus underneath on all the nails. Dip systems contain resin and an activator, and are meant to be soaked off before reapplication every 2-3 weeks. Traditional acrylic lasts longer than dip, so an acrylic backfill will cause separation between the products, which allows moisture to seep in and fungus to grow. So, either the nail tech was too lazy to soak off the existing product, or wasn't educated enough to make the proper decision read more

Ivette is absolutely the best colorist/stylist I have ever seen in person or online. The way she mixes colors is like magic. She can go as subtle or as wild as your comfortable with. Ivette has an amazing bedside manner and makes hours feel like minutes flying by just chatting with a buddy you have known forever. Anyone who has had their hair bleached and have had to sit in a chair for over 5 hours knows how important it is to have a stylist that you can talk to. I can't say enough about her professionalism and skill as they are so impeccable. Her room is very homey as well and very nicely decorated. I went in for a simple hair cut 2 inch off the bottom and a face frame. I had to wait 15 minutes which is fine but my hair cut took almost 2 hours! I was nervous half way through as more and more hair was cut. I at one point had to say to not cut anymore length off as my hair was now above my shoulder and when I came in it was in the middle of my back. I left and cried as it looked like my hair was cut with a chainsaw. So choppy, uneven and missing a huge chunk of hair on my right side. I paid for my service but will not go back. read more

This is the best salon I have been to since I moved to Vegas. Everyone here is so friendly and the salon is clean. They have everything you need (hair, nails, waxing, massage and permanent makeup)! I bleach my hair and it is nearly impossible to find someone that can match my roots without leaving an orange tint. I don't have that problem with Tiffani. Never coming back here. Came In for a dry trim. This is when they do not wash your hair, they just dust off some uneven ends usually $5-15. The entire time this Asian lady just kept insulting my hair, from my color to the cut to some damage (my hair is not that bad at all). She kept pushing for a million little things as I kept repeating I just want a dry trim please. She wouldn't stop! Then insisted on cutting it shorter than I wanted. I said no and she did it anyway and said it would look better. It doesn't. Then she charged me $35 for a $5 service. Ridiculous, I will never return. read more
