I love the food here. Really good menu. Prices aren't bad. I came in with a coupon that I didn't realize was expired. They guy still honored it but was SO rude. The place was just run by college students and I didn't see any adults over the age of 25. Also they don't remake anything once it is all gone, so sometimes options are limited. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and waffle fries. The waffle fries tasted like they were fried in old oil and the cole slaw tasted like it came out of a packet. The pulled pork had a weird tang to it. It was just gas station food. Although the food wasn't great at least it was cheap. read more

paid $16 for a meal that could've tasted better if it came from a can. mac & cheese was dry and had too much seasoning on it. & meat got cold in the 10 minute car drive from there home. let's say the meat tastes terrible cold. i would post a picture but the food is already in the trash can. read more

I don't know where to start... Found this place over a year ago. Couldn't believe it was in a gas station (really hope they move in town so they can grow) They menu is always growing and they always have different deals going. My new favorite is their chicken sandwich and fried green beans. Wife always goes with the beans and either the steak sandwich or the pork. I really hope they keep the portion sizes. I've never left their hungry! It used to be a little place I'd go into and see maybe one or two people, now i go inside and it's always packed. They do a great job of getting you food fast though for the amount of staff and space. They cater for church activities too! I can't recommend this place enough. The prices are low, portions are large, and the food is outstanding. My personal favorite is the Pulled Pork Sandwich, but try the Bleu Heaven too. This place is amazing! Rexburg is short on culinary choices, and this hidden gem makes up for it. My wife and I like to try new places, and word of mouth brought us here. This place doesn't aim to be some health nut place, it's a full-on meat fest, but that's a good thing! I highly recommend their bleu heaven (fried chicken breast smothered in bleu cheese, Frank's red hot sauce, and corned beef). My mouth still waters thinking about it.. I'm pretty sure I had a mini heart attack eating it, but it was well worth it. My wife had the cheese steak and loved it as well. If you're looking for that one place that you should visit when passing through a small town, this is the one you can't miss. I can't wait to go back! read more

It's admittedly a super weird location in the back of this gas station, but the food was great! The prices are really good for the quality of food they are serving. The eating area isn't anything to write home about, but man that is good barbecue! The combination of food quality and price makes it a better option than the Hickory. read more

The pulled pork sandwich is really good! Make sure you go with sweet and not the vinegar. The sandwich buns are part of the magic. If you go around lunch time you might not have a place to sit because seating is limited being in the side of a gas station. The fresh cut fries are great but my new favorite side is the scones with honey butter. read more

Oh how I wish this place was in Cali! We went to eat here while visiting Rexburg, and it was AMAZING! My husband and I split a Cuban Sandwich and a Reuben. Oh my gosh. They were the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. Apparently the owner smokes his own meat every morning. If you get there too late, you may not get a reuben as they tend to run out of Pastrami. The vinegar based sauce on the pulled pork is to die for, and the fry sauce with the cross cut fries are unusual and delicious as well. You can't miss this place. I didn't mind at all that I was sitting in a gas station. :) read more

I saw the great reviews so I decided to give Blisters a try... Big mistake. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The cheeseburger had no taste to it and I found a bone in the burger, the bun was horrible. The fries were okay nothing special and chunks of mayo were in the fry sauce. My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich. The pulled pork tasted like it sat in vinegar, was not fresh at all, it wasn't hot or cold it was room temperature. To top it off we both bought a drink and the drink machine was down, you would think they would've said something but nope. There are two BBQ places here in town, one is an actual nice sit-down place, and Blisters is located inside of a gas station. Don't let this fool you because Blisters is easily my preferred BBQ place here in Rexburg. I can't give it 5 stars, but I feel like for Rexburg, it is pretty dang good BBQ. I'm from California and I make it a point to stop here when passing through. Home cooked bbq, their baked beans are excellent. One of the few bbq joints that I've been too that serves moist brisket. That is really hard to do. oh, the fries are fresh and sold by the potato. BTW, you have to get fries right in potato county. read more
