They had an online "test" that you can take and they'll send you a list of stylist that matches your answers and personality type. Out of the 3 I got matched with I chose Jessica Maez. Jessica was very professional and very personable. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. And the best part was that she was really fast and my hair turned out great. I would even accept 18% / 20% / 22%, but 28% as the middle?! That's crazy.

She helped to get me extremely close to my natural color while giving me dimension and depth.
