Of course I had to try a cheesecake too, and went with the caramel apple. I was actually surprised (in a good way) that it had thinly sliced apples baked right into it, which added such a good texture and made it feel a little more unique than your typical cheesecake. I had a few different ones since I moved here to big lake, and each soup special is better then the next, I enjoyed the lemon/chicken/orzo/spinach soup yesterday... and im still thinking about it today... We got the breakfast burrito and the avocado grilled cheese. Both were so cheesy and super yummy! I wish the grilled cheese had a sausage or turkey option instead of just bacon as it would make it 10x better! (I'm not a fan of pork meat) but even with it, it was delicious!
