The woman I spoke to to schedule their first appointment was extremely helpful and patient. She got all our information and was able to get us a date and time that worked for our schedule. The reception area is great. The office is so spacious and while it was busy, it didn't feel cramped. We were able to fill out our paperwork and didn't have to wait long until we were called back. Dr. West and his assistant were extremely patient and caring for our 2 kids who were nervous. I was so relieved to have a dentist for them who was so kind and understanding. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be going back again for routine checkups!

SO MANY RED FLAGS…read more Yesterday I took my 5 year old to Anthem Pediatric dentistry for only a consultation since I noticed a cavity. I told them it needs to be fixed as soon as possible since we're going out of town for Christmas. My daughter is scared of the dentist and I asked if they could help us with that. By this time he hasn't even looked in her mouth yet, no x-rays. But wants to put her to sleep and take X-rays and go ahead and do crowns on every teeth that has the smallest cavity, "it might be 10 teeth that need to be fixed" he said. Also he wanted to be clear and upfront about the fact that he doesn't do fillings on baby teeth, even if the cavity is small!?? Dr. Lo told me that he would refuse treatment on my 5 year old daughter if I didn't let him just do whatever he wanted. I'm beyond livid! How UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST!!! I told him that he can forget about ruining her healthy teeth and I would never accept that! I'm a dental hygienist from Europe and have family members who are dentists and never heard anything more fraudulent than this!! Save your money and your children's oral health and go somewhere else! BIG RED FLAG Please, ask questions and don't accept anything blindly. It's not normal practice to put a crown on a baby teeth and specifically if it's just a small cavity. You want to save the real teeth as much as possible. Crowns/caps are only for severe damage to the teeth. We don't do this type of procedure on baby teeth in Europe and probably most other countries in the world! Only in rare cases we do a crown on a baby teeth. They need to do some serious changes in the US when it comes to profit on people's health. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE

My daughter had an unexpected chipped tooth, and I was worried, both about the tooth itself and how quickly we could be seen. The team at Adaven -- especially Sabrina and Kathy -- were so welcoming, understanding, and willing to help at all times. We were scheduled on short notice and were treated with genuine care from start to finish. Dr. Travis went above and beyond to help us, even adjusting his own schedule to make sure we had the time needed for this mama to leave happy! He patiently walked me through all our options (even while it became a bit more chaotic with the kiddos), and his calming, friendly personality made us feel completely at ease. My sister is a dentist out-of-state and it has been rare for me to find a dentist that matches what I consider a 5-star dentist and Dr. Travis has exceeded my expectations! He has children of his own and treated us as if we were family - he did for me what he would want done for him if he was in this same situation. My daughter is 7 years old, and Dr. Bao was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle with her from the very beginning. Even though the office was very busy on Saturday morning, she never rushed us or made us feel she's too busy to show deep personal interest. She carefully examined every single tooth and actually found a very tiny cavity that other dentists had missed. She cleaned the tooth carefully and placed a small filling right away, which I really appreciated. What made the visit extra special was how Dr. Bao turned the whole dental appointment into a fun and educational experience for my daughter. She gave the dental tools cute names so kids wouldn't feel scared. For example, the suction tool was called "Mr. Thirsty" because it comes in to drink the water from your mouth. My daughter thought it was hilarious. During the visit my daughter was watching cartoons on the ceiling and felt completely relaxed. Instead of being nervous, she was actually curious and interested in what was happening. Dr. Bao also patiently showed her how to brush properly, how to floss, and how to take care of her teeth after eating sweets. We both learned a lot during this visit. By the end of the appointment my daughter was smiling and even said she's excited to come back next time?!!! Something I never expected to hear from anyone after a dental visit LOL.
