We stopped by on a cold and wet day earlier this year and ended up getting a Fuji apple tree, a small fig plant, a nectaplum spice zee tree and an aprium flavor delight tree. There are rows upon rows of different kinds of citrus and fruit trees. We didn't go to the other areas of the nursery because we already planned out ahead of time what we wanted. If you need help loading your goods to your car the staff is available to give you a hand. My husband even emailed them some questions about the condition of the trees after we planted them and they got back to us with lots of helpful information. I recommend checking them out!

There are gardens throughout the space, and it was a nice place to spend a summer evening. Before the event started, they had cacao and different teas available for purchase. The sound bath itself was so relaxing that I definitely nodded off a couple of times. By the time the event ended, the sun was setting over the property, which was really nice to see. Overall, it was a relaxing evening, and I'm glad I finally had a chance to visit.

The only reason I knocked off a star or half a star was regarding their choice of food vendor taco stand, Tacos don Pepe, they had during the Memorial Day weekend. They charged $30 for a set of three meat tacos and an agua fresca. There was barely any meat or content. And what really put a bad taste in our mouths was that they were already hiking up the price when we were in line, but by the time we were picking up the taco, they were repricing the tacos for $34 for three with a whopping $9 a taco individually.

Prickett's offers a lot full of beautiful and fragrant freshly-cut trees including Douglas, Fraser, Noble, and Nordmann in a variety of sizes. I think we got a Douglas Fir this year - it was the most perfect full shape, the prettiest shade of green, and the best smelling! Thanks to the team for re-educating us each year on the different types of trees. While they wrapped the tree, we explored the other holiday goodies (garland, wreaths, ornaments, and more!). And I can't leave Prickett's without a look through their indoor house plants - joy!

She set me straight on a whole lot of misconceptions that I had in my head and shared both industry standards and recommendations as well as personal opinions from her own expertise. That was when they told me it was her first day on the job. Welcome to Prickett's Lauren. Hope they give you a raise Never had Dahlia's before so I trusted the trained professionals to get me what they would need to survive. A half wine barrel and two big bags of potting soil later I am ready to tuck these gems in and hope they like their new home. Wish them luck please-they will need it!
