My daughter and I have been coming here for about a year now. The service is great. Tina the nail tech always remembers what my daughter likes and she is very polite. Niki is very detailed and professional. We started coming here for the great variety of colors and products they have to offer. Definitely recommend coming here. Appointments are not necessary but I highly recommend it.

I brought my daughters to get their nails done and the came out great. Glad we found this hidden gem! Nikki was very nice.

I had such a great experience here! Tina did my nails both times and she's amazing -- super fast, shapes perfectly, and her prep is really thorough. My cat-eye design turned out exactly how I wanted. The salon is spacious and comfortable, and this was my second visit for a fill. I'll definitely be coming back again!

Customer service needs improvement. I went in recently and it's under new ownership. I will no longer be coming to this nail salon. I hope they consider this review and improve the way they interact and receive customers. It was such a disappointment to be treated like you don't matter.

Manicure done by Nikki after a few hours of guitar

I've been coming here for a few months now. I mainly go to get manicures so my nails for guitar, and it's been tough finding a spot I really like that does a manicure that can handle the beating. I've also gotten pedicures, and I got my first wax about 2 months ago here. The wax was suprisingly near painless compared to the sugar hair removal I got in the past, and I'm still waiting for enough hair to grow back to get it done again. The prices are right, Nikki's cool, and the language barriers I've encountered are endearing if anything. Can't complain with complimentary mimosas and Vietnamese coffee either. It's definitely one of the happiest places in town for me to be, so I highly recommend checking this place out if you're around La Habra!

This was my second time coming in to get my nails done and I have left happy once again! I came in as a walk in and had to wait a bit (made sense as they were extremely busy :3). The service was well worth the wait. I got my nails done by Nikki and she did a superb job. She is extremely detail oriented, meticulous, and honest. She'll let you know whether or not the design, shape, and length would be achievable at the start of the service. If not, she'll work with you to ensure you leave with something you're satisfied with. All in all, love coming to get my nails done by the lovely women at this salon whenever I'm in the area. Advice: Would make sure an appt is made since they do get a lot of walk ins! read more

I had choose this place as the one fot me, but I did noticed since need management changed quality went away. My daighter made a double appointment for nails. And when we arrived they got so upset because my daughter did not specified we needed acrylics or fill ups or whatever, now i know they only have one person who knows how to do this so they took me first and literally made up nails without the hard paste so they broke the next day one by one and took three hours to do my daughter's. I would have appreciate for them to tell me quality is not the same or something because I paid the same amount as my daughter and they were trash. We are never going back. read more

I'm on vacation and needed a pedicure bad so decided to try this place based on its reviews. Let me tell you it was amazing. The place is cute, super friendly ladies. I was seated immediately. Service and efficiency. I want to let you know that im not happy with the service i received today. I purposely text and set up appt to inform of what i need to be done today. Last time I asked for wax you guys were not ready. And that is why i let you know ahead of time what i needed. I had my appt at 12:30 I left at 1 40 without one of the services I schedule appt for because they were not ready. Since new owner took charge is not same. Service keep getting worse and worse. read more

Just found out about this place about 2 months ago! Can't change my nail salon. Great service and always doing my nails just how I want them. They last me minimum 3 weeks and usually I'd lose a nail by 2 weeks or sooner at old nail place. Very nice and peaceful vibe inside! Definitely recommend! read more

Went in on 01/26 to get a pedicure done and was given a tech that didn't even know how to hold a nail clipper and left all my cuticles on my nails. Requested a basic pedicure for $35 with gel polish. She didn't even scrub/rub my foot for 2 mins. To make matters worse I'm assuming it's the boss. She came over and did the gel polish. Came home have pictures to prove she flooded my nail bed and when I checked polish was wet and clumpy on my right toes. Awful awful I have never done a pedicure and not satisfied. It's simple, the basic how can you mess up at that. Went back the Monday to get it fixed they were closed. Had to leave on my vacation with my toes a mess. read more

I went here on a spur of the moment the day after getting engaged to get my nails done so I could take pictures with my new ring. I was so nervous because the past few times I had gotten my nails done (at other salons) the tech always said they could do my requested design, and they actually couldn't or they said they could only do basic designs like french tips so I was kind've disappointed. NOT TODAY. I had asked for some french ombré nails with a metallic/sparkly top coat, and my nail tech NAILED IT. (No pun intended) I have never been so happy with a set of nails, and especially as important these were. I will definitely be coming back here. I forgot his name, but I went on Sunday. This place used to be good, me and the wife got pedicures today . Mine went ok but they cut the bottom of my wife's foot and when she flinched they told her it was because she had sensitive feet, I think all feet are sensitive to being cut. She could of just apologized and said sorry . Did she think it would go away by the time we got home? Update 4-18 her cut turned into an infection Dr told her it was from unsantized tools. read more

I also have an upcoming trip and do not have the time to make another trip back to the location just to have a service corrected that should have been done properly the first time. What made the experience even more disappointing was that I contacted the location afterward to explain what happened and give them the opportunity to make it right, and I felt that nothing was offered to resolve the situation. I wasn't expecting anything unreasonable-- even a partial refund, credit, or some acknowledgment of the incomplete service would have gone a long way. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail salon in La Habra. The service was unprofessional and disrespectful from start to finish. The nail technician kept interrupting the turn to fix her makeup, which felt highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Instead of focusing on their work, the staff spent most of the time talking among themselves, completely ignoring the customers. Additionally, I specifically requested a particular design, but my preferences were disregarded, and they did something entirely different. Despite my dissatisfaction, I still paid for the service, but I regret doing so. To make matters worse, another person in my party got a gel fill, and the polish began peeling off the same day. She had requested a full black color, but the technician insisted on doing a black tip instead, completely disregarding her wishes. Overall, this was by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. read more

Absolutely Wonderful Experience! I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming. Brand new Nail salon with brand new chairs and a huge collection of nail polishes. I came here last sunday to have my nails done for the coming up easter. I love my nails designed by Trang. The lady who did my pedi had a very sweet, kind and warm vibe so I felt relaxed and comfortable. A man did my gel x and he was also nice. I told him how I wanted my nails done and asked if they could match my pedi with my nails (kinda last minute) and he said sure, no problem. Finally, the price was very affordable for what I got and I'm happy it wasn't 200-300 dollars like the last place I was going to. Thank you THT nails! I will definitely return in the future :)

I usually go to Cheri Nail Bar in Fullerton, and they've always been attentive when I mention this and make sure they're gentle so I don't get cut. Unfortunately, I didn't feel listened to here. While I was trying to explain my sensitivity, someone walked into the salon and the nail tech seemed more focused on seeing who had come in. She actually told me to hush while I was talking so she could pay attention to who walked in, which I thought was rude and unprofessional. She then continued with my manicure and ended up nicking my finger badly enough that I started bleeding. I was already frustrated because this was exactly what I had been trying to warn her about. Then she was rough again and nicked me a second time. At that point, I was irritated and uncomfortable. She was trying to stop the bleeding, but she also seemed upset about the situation, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I understand that small cuts can sometimes happen during a manicure, but I specifically tried to communicate beforehand that my fingers are sensitive and felt like I wasn't given the chance to properly explain that. Overall, I just wish she had listened to me from the beginning and been more attentive. I've never had this issue at Cheri Nail Bar in Fullerton because they actually listen when I tell them about my sensitivity and take the extra care needed. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn't come back here
