I used to shop here all the time. Being that I work in retail myself I understand the pressure of closing. This store closes at 7. I came in 06/27/2020 at 6:30p and the Indian man working the front zone of the store with the black Tshirt came up to me without even saying hello or offering any assistance rudely started telling me that their about to close. It's funny cause he never did that to the other customers in the store. Ok I get that and I told him I would be out. He keeped following me around and asking me to leave and was very rude and snarky about it. He keeped calling me ( a paying customer ) names!! Apperently they didn't want a $300 sale. Oh and I was going to open a Bloomingdales credit card too. Don't come here if your looking to relax and shop because they will only push you out. I called to report him to management and got put on hold for 45mins which is unacceptable .. I called again and they rudely brushed me off and hung up on me. Guess now you can say I USED to shop here. I guess I'll take my business to a store that appricates my money ! Do NOT judge your customers !!!! You never know how much of a sale you would get !!! A happy customer is a happy company!!! This man that was working their tonight should not be working in retail and I hope that corporate reads this. I meant to browse around but ended up spending 2 hours here!! Almost everything was on sales, great selection of designer brands with lots of promotional items. Whenever I feel like refreshing my wardrobe, I would make a trip to Livermore outlet mall and go straight to Bloomingdale's. read more

First time here. We were surprised with the prices. Compared to their competitors, they do have good discounts here. Unlike the neighboring Saks outlet which has "discount" prices in the three figures for clothing, Bloomie's prices are do-able. Looks like there's only one fitting room area, but the rooms themselves seem very secure and private. I would shop here again. read more

I'll give it five stars. I've been coming here once a month or so for the past year. Sometimes I feel like I hit the jackpot, sometimes I walk away empty-handed. It all depends on when they get new clothes in. The good stuff goes quickly, which is why I try to make it here regularly. When I do get lucky, I walk out with some incredible deals. As for the service, sometimes it's just OK, other times it's pretty good and there have been a few times when it's been exceptional. I had went here for Black Friday (11/ 29) and they had a whole wall of clearance shoes. They're was about 13 boxes or more of these black leather booties by Franco on the the CLEARANCE WALL. I was just assuming they didn't have time to mark it down so that the 50% would be applied at the register. I wait in line (not very long) and then the employee with the purple shirt rings me up came out to be the original price and I stated that I thought these was on sale and that you guys had a whole wall full of these booties on the clearance section. She basically said in a snobby way "well it's not on sale it up to you if you want to buy it" and I explained that well you guys are showing false advertisement/misleading . What I found interesting that she admitted it was her fault and that the booties meant to be in a different section which was the next one over but she didn't have time to push it over... I had told her then you guys should honor it due to that because that's is false advertisement.. and she was not having it and everything I said she kept arguing with me and then I told her I don't want it anymore. As I was walking out the store I just felt really disappointed so I walked back before exiting and looked for someone who is older and who looked like they worked in retail longer/looked like a manager to me. I found this very kind employee & explained the whole situation and she was very surprised that she did not honor it and then I showed her the clearance wall where all the booties were and she said it was clearly all on clearance section. The person that rung me up from earlier turns out she was the manager and the employee was stating that you should honor the price for the customer but the manager was like I already told her no basically and it was not on sale and the employee was like arguing for me we should honor it. I just couldn't believe how the manager in the purple shirt just wanted to argue with her employee right in front of the customer and how unprofessional the manager was. I am normally not a outlet shopper - I only pass through Livermore, I have no patience for culling through racks of "outlet" bargains that are really second rate crap just made specifically for the outlets. However, when my friend called me to tag along with her to the Paragon Outlet I had to check out the Bloomingdale's outlet. I am a faithful Loyalist at Bloomingdale's, so I thought I'd check this out.... I was pleasantly surprised. I picked up a pair of Ralph Lauren slacks for $75 (regularly $450 or something insane), an awesome Coach bag for $124 (regularly $500) and a couple Hugo Boss ties for my husband. ( Had to pick up a couple thing for him to justify my shopping trip :) ) Sales associates were extremely helpful and not to pushy. Tenesha was extremely helpful in the men's department and I believe her name is Patricia who helped me out in the handbag department. Both extremenly helpful and knowledgeable. This store sucks nothing said "Bloomingdales"about this place.I felt like I was at Walmart.

I spent a lot of money to buy a jacket for my granddaughter for Christmas. She couldn't wear it because they'd left the sensor tag on. I had to drive back out there in heavy traffic, tour the parking lot for 30 min. for a parking spot and wait in line to have the tag removed. All I got was "sorry". Everything is from the non-outlet bloomingdale store which gets a little older for the season. The older asian gentleman??? who works there is very rude. I never saw him smile, say hello to anyone. Specially if you return some items.. well lets say he has a big attitude problem. This outlet is okay, the prices are still high for last season's left overs that no one purchased at the regular retail stores. The selction of shoes and handbags are the worst. Too me not worth the trip just to shop here. read more

Not a lot of selection here but I wasn't really shopping for myself anyway. They had a lot of stuff for the more older crowd. I was shopping w/ my mom and the lady helped her pick out some really nice stuff for a wedding that's coming up. My mom was very happy with the service and the pricing! They usually have a "sale" going on where if you buy one thing, you get the second half off, which isn't bad. They have a great little jewelry and shoe section, which were fairly priced (considering it is Bloomingdales). Overall, great place to shop! I have to second what Olivia's comment on the address situation. We got totally lost trying to find this place. However, once we arrived, it was more than worth the hassle. We happened to come in during their big shoe sale. I left with 5 (2 Cole Haan, 2 Issac Mizrahi, 1 Badgley Mischka) pairs of shoes for $220 including tax. The women in the shoe department were so nice and helpful. I was looking for work appropriate shoes and they helped me look for the best deals. The other thing I liked was that, as far as I could tell, most of the merchandise had actually come from Bloomingdale's. Nothing was produced specifically for the outlet, which is a big issue of mine. We will definitely be making the trip back down here soon. I was very happy with my experience here. read more

So busy since last visit! But have to come back and give the awesome floor manager 5 stars! If I can give 6, I will give 7 stars to him! He was the floor manager for men's selection! His name was Maurice! He is so awesome! We went the last minute shop for my graduation ceremony! I bought a light sky blue dress from elsewhere and went to Bloomingdales hoping to find a white shirt for my boyfriend! Maurice helped us to find the perfect shirt for my boyfriend! And he did even more, he helped us to pick out a new whole set of suit! Plus a pair of shoes for the suit too! We literally spent 3/4 hours there! And he was always there for us! And the extra star for Maurice was because he was so caring that he was actually helping ME to find a pair of shoes to pair with my dress too! I mean, he was the floor manager for men! But he lead me to the women section and help me to pick a pair of shoes too! Maurice was not only providing customer service! He was providing care! He showed us what's respect! I am probably not their target market so grain of salt. As far as bag brands go they have Longchamp, Marc Jacobs, furla , the sportsac. They don't have Tory Burch and several other brands I saw at the regular retail store. They also carry some odd brands like Ivanka Trump (would never buy that). Maybe they're selling out what didn't sell at the original store. It's all last seasons stuff. They have this buy one get the second half off of anything.. Not sure how often.. . So you can buy two different things and get the cheaper one for half off and they don't have to be similar items, you can mix it up. That in itself is a big draw. Store interior was not as fancy as I would think for a Bloomingdales. The Off fifth there is really swanky... Almost too swanky to walk through... And they don't really set it up where you can just walk through... The bloomingdales is just a big white store. Nothing special. But that's fine with me. read more
