They didn't have the size of a belt I wanted in store, but the team went above and beyond to locate the belt I wanted at another location and have it shipped to me. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it ended up being too small. You used to be in the Vacaville Outlet mall. Quality/Quantity - You are known for outdoor apparel, specifically rain coats. Sadly, all the jackets I have bought from you were below standards. The good news is that you tried to make the repairs, but with 3rd party vendors, and it did not meet a luxury product standards. My wife and daughter have much better luck with your brand. Service for my daughter had been exceptional. She has ordered many products from your brand. Decent sales today (12/29/24), but unless I am VERY comfortable with my future purchases with your brand, I will not buy, no matter how good of a deal. Atmosphere - Decent size location, neat and organized. Plenty of free parking at the mall, but again we got here when it was still raining. Within an hour, it was crazy busy and there were no more parking spaces. But it was a Holiday Sunday today! Service - Good. Price - Outlet prices, but for me it is more about quality rather than the actual price. So it was expensive for me since everything I bought I have not been happy with. With all the theft going around I get it, but with the long lines, letting only 2 people in the store with 10 employees seems a little harsh. 10 employees and just me and another shopper as they hovered over us. Like I was going to grab their dress shirts and run or something. What they should watch for is people storming through and not just patient people like us waiting for 1/2 hour to get in. Super small inventory. I couldn't find any ties and they only had a small variety of belts. The customer service was non existent and the 20% off price seems a bit low to me. read more

You can find amazing deals if you get lucky and go early. I bought an originally $2,000 jacket for $500! I also found a $1,700 tote bag I had been wanting for $450! I have a few other purchases too. I bought a shirt from them asked the sales person what is the return policy the sales guy Caesar told me 30 days to exchange. Came back 21 days later and now the manager tells me it should be returned in 14 days and that I either misunderstood or heard wrong as Caesar is an experienced sales person. So if an experienced employee miscommunicated the return policy then I feel it was a deliberately done. The manager refused to exchange and this be my last time I shop Burberry. read more

The two times we've visited the store there is always a line to enter because they only allow customers to enter with a sales associate. However I saw several associates without any customers with them. They also had an attitude which was not appreciated. They asked how my mother was and she said it was a long wait. Today is day 9 and I don't have an email confirmation or tracking number she give me her cell number so I can text her if I want anything else. So disappointed with this Burberry outlet and its manager, Isaac. It's an outlet, but it should still hold up some customer service standards. I got a red plaid scarf at 50%. When I went home, I noticed I was charged $555 as the pre-discount price. The outlet price tag was scratched off! All the other silk scarves had an outlet price of $419. So I went back and told the Manager, Isaac about the error. And my scarf still showed the MSRP at $520, do why am I being charged more than MSRP?! Isaac said he would honor MSRP of $520 but not the outlet price!?!! I told him I would NOT have purchased this if I was going to be charged the wrong price!?!?! Which I wasn't told until I came home and looked closer at the receipt!!! Isaac refused to let me return the scarf and said he would let me exchange. Isaac is the manager, what good is his role and title if he can't provide customer service that makes sense! I was over-charged for this scarf! As I was walking out, I noticed that the same red scarf was on display with a $419 outlet price...but I'm over it! I shouldn't have to argue prices!!! Burberry has just lost a client! I often spend a lot of money at this store. One of my favorite brands. Last Tuesday I had spent over 1,000 one of the items being a shirt that they did not have in my size. When I decided not to get it the sales associate advised me for only $20 I can have express shipping and have it by Friday. (I needed the shirt for Saturday so this was perfect) Paid for the express shipping, fast forward 2 days later I still have not received any shipping info. I called the store and they told me there was a mix up (meaning they never put the order in) and now it would be here Monday. So they refunded the shipping cost. I confirmed over the phone the item, and the manager norm told me it was a blue shirt, I told him that can't be correct (I don't wear blue) so I told him I'd call back once it got here. Fast forward today, finally arrived and to no surprise it was the wrong color, I called and spoke to norm again and he told me "well I told you it was blue last week" and I repeated myself that I told him last week I did not order a blue shirt. He then rudely asked "so what do you want to do?" I really liked the shirt however didn't feel any remorse from them for their continued errors so I will be returning the shirt for a full refund and taking my business elsewhere. read more

Wife and I came on a Saturday evening and was serviced in roughly 20 minutes. The store manager was extremely attentive once it was our turn and the process is modeled off of the retail experience - each customer is assigned an employee to help tend to questions and guide them towards specific product recommendations. I usually love coming to this Burberry store and frequent this store for its wide selection and great prices. All the sales associates have been helpful. Unfortunately, today's experience was quite disappointing. I did not see any of the usual sales associates I have interacted with in the past, but wound up finding the belt that I was looking for. Upon checkout, the sales associate (he did not introduce himself and was rather unfriendly) asked for my phone #. I slowly read out the digits and he was just not following along. Secondly, as he was putting the belt in a dust bag, I kindly let him know that I didn't need a shopping bag as I already had one and was trying to minimize having multiple bags (that I don't need). He responded with "oh I just charged you for a bag." Typically the sales associate would ask if their customers want a bag. Anyways, I told him it's fine and we still don't need a bag. He proceeded to give me a dime as a "refund of the cost for the bag." I let him know again that it's really fine and I honestly do not need a bag. Anyways, I walked out feeling pretty annoyed with the situation. I felt he wasn't paying attention to customers. Yes, it's Memorial Day and it's busy, but customers should all be treated with respect. Subtracting a star for my poor experience today. :( read more

Visited Burberry Outlet, Livermore CA, today. Disapponting!! My goal was to purchase a $600 cashmere scarf for an important friend. I found what I was looking for which was lucky since the variety/options were extremely limited (2 of 23 colors that are offered on line). At checkout I found that they don't offer gift boxes, contrary to home page... a bag with tissue was the offer... low end service for a luxury brand. Obviously they don't respect for the Brand. On-line there is free monograming worth probably $50, nothing of comparable value was offered. In the end the purchase was more expensive in-person than on-line. You may wonder why I would have made the purchase; well, fires in SoCal would likely delay the delivery and I want to have it for a date in less than 5 days. This exeprience isn't what I expected from Burberry and its official outlet... Just be aware the Outlet was disaappointing and no bargain/more expensive. Run away from this place. They don't have return policy. Once you paid, it's impossible to issue a refund. I bought an over 1000 bag here and after a week, I found much cheaper price in other website which is less than 600. Since the bag is unused and its label is still on, I asked if I can return it. Guess what, they repeated their policy saying there is only exchanges, no refunds. The sales person is inpatient and customer service is awful. I would say staying away from Burberry and Burberry outlets. They make huge discounts every day and today you spent 1000, the other day it's worth 600. I've never seen a store without return policy, even San Francisco premium outlets have their 30 day policy. The Burberry guy said yeah we are independent, we are not controlled by premium outlets. Worst return policy in retail. Purchased some shoes and went back to return them the next day. Was told that I have to exchange them that day as they will not issue any store credits. The return policy is 14 day exchange so if you purchase as a Christmas gift the person could not exchange it after Christmas. The store still makes you line up outside when it is very slow inside. This store is ridiculously worst outlet store . I get there is a pandemic, but you are working at less then 25% capacity , I don't get why they make people wait sooo long in line to get in. I had the most horrible experience at this store ever! When I purchase the clothes for a price of 1000$ I was specifically told that I could return it within 14 days of purchase! However when I actually came here with clothes within 14 days with an absolutely unopened bag they told me it is actually only for exchange. When I go to the website of bubbery it specifically said it is 14 days of return: https://us.burberry.com/customer-service/returns/ For any clothes with a sale price. 30 days of free return for any clothes bought at full price Both me and my friends who came shopping with me were told very specific by the shopper that it is within 14 days of return. I also noticed that there are many reviews of yelp that mentioned the same false return notice! For such a luxury brand, it is shocking to have such deceptive shopping experience! read more

Oh Burberry Outlet, how long I've waited for you to open. I was going to the outlets to do some returns when I noticed that the Burberry Outlet finally opened! Apparently they opened two Fridays ago. So excited, I made a bee line straight for the door. Right when you walk in, everything was just so gorgeously displayed that I didn't want to touch anything. Honestly, if I didn't know that I was at Paragon Outlets, I would think that I was just at a normal Burberry store. I've been coveting over a Burberry trench for a longggg time and was so close to buying one, but new that the hubby wouldn't be happy if I just came home with a $1000+ jacket so I reframed myself. I will ask for this for Christmas (if I can wait that long.) Other than their amazing women's section, they have a great men's section and in the back they have a kid's section. Their infamous scarfs are beautifully displayed in the middle of the store and are reasonably priced. Please keep in mind that if you've ever been to the Vacaville Burberry Outlet, you'll notice that their prices are wayyy lower. The reason is because they offer items that are beyond last season, whereas the outlet in Paragon only carries 2012 stuff. It's nice to know that if you decide to buy something here, you're not wearing something soo last season. Well, technically you are, but you know what I mean. Burberry is such an iconic brand that whether you're wearing something last season or not, you're still going to look great! Love the brand and love the store. I don't care for the stuck-up workers that think they're better than you. News flash ladies, you're selling shiet to me, not the other way around! I think out of the 3 girls that interacted with me, I only liked one. I wish I caught their names as I would surely put the girls on blast and give kudos to the ones that deserve it. This store is more comprehensive than the Vacaville store, but there are less deals. And the tax is 9% in Livermore (Alameda County) versus the 7.625% in Vacaville. Nothing special about this outlet. Service is nonexistent, and SAs mostly cater to Asian tourists, who roll up (no pun intended) with huge suitcases and buy everything in the stores. They even have signs all over the store in Chinese. Not sure why they'd favor tourists (who only come once) over loyal clients. Probably because they get more commission from them because they're buying a suitcase full of goods? Who knows. The discounted items at the outlet are marked off the same as the sale items from the Burberry boutiques. I'd rather just buy from the boutiques to avoid the masses and terrible service here. read more

This is review is in regards to the manager at the store named Romulo Beltran ... I was in the Livermore area for the holidays and decided to go to the outlets to get an early start on my Christmas shopping. I saw a scarf that I liked for my sister but wasn't too sure about the color, so when I went to pay I asked the SA if there was any extended return period for Christmas gifts, she said no. I asked her to confirm with a manager, she called over the floor manager who then confirmed there was not. The SA said for me to come back in 14 days if I wanted to RETURN it. Fast forward, a week later I decide I want to buy the original Burberry scarf for my sister and want to return the one I had bought from the outlet. There was no promo or additional discount that I had received for the scarf I purchased, and I confirmed the 14 day policy with the SA, so imagine my surprise when they tell me it's exchange only. I had never shopped at the outlet before and the Burberry stores policy allows for returns so I literally had no idea. I then ask to speak with a manager, this is where my beyond rude encounter with Romulo begins ... I tell him my conversation with his SA and that I was told I could return the scarf, he tells me that's not their policy and that I should have read the small print on the counter, I tell him it was Black Friday and his staff was rushing the line which was why I verbally asked her the policy. He continued on that I must have misunderstood, we continued to go back and forth where he continued to tell me it was my fault. Toward the end, he said he would give me store credit, which I then accepted and let him know that him arguing with me was rude and he should re-evaluate how he speaks to customers. This is where it gets ridiculous... He throws the scarf on the counter, and says nope I am not helping you and walks away ... As he walks away he shouts out to the cashier, feel free to give her my business card we are not helping her... my mouth literally dropped. You're a manager of a high end brand and this is the customer service you provide in front of all your staff...entitled much?! Customers = Sales = Your Job ... I called Corporate who promised to give me a call back after taking down all my information... one month later crickets. Bottom line, do not go here. The staff is rude, does not know their own policies and even if none of that matters, they do not have the quality or the variety in merchandise. You are better off at the full Burberry store or even Bloomingdale's/Neiman Marcus. read more
