Not sure, but the Marina location has set the bar so high, that if you frequent there, this place is a joke compared to that. Their products are either marked up prior to slight discounting, or just flat high. Maybe it's the fact you can exchange/return stuff back. My daughter returned 2 items, and got a hoody, marked down from $60 to $45. C'mon. That same hoody is $20-$25 tops at their Marina location. They shouldn't be getting people for money like that because the location is at "The San Francisco Outlets" but in fairness to them, if people are willing to pay that, I guess that's how business works. So ill hit the service first. Its been a while since I walked into a retail store and got the "buy it or don't I don't care" attitude. Which like its the outlets. Ok. But I was there to BUY something which brings me to the selection. It was Terrible. I wanted some black sandals that didn't look ridiculous. They had 1 white pair that screamed "what are thooose!?" There were maybe 2 pairs on the wheres waldo wall of "good luck finding this shoe in your size" but after seeing about the only two pairs of sandals I could find that weren't in my size or tan I gave up. That did not stop me from looking at the price (value) of all the shoes in that store and I can confidently say that Amazon is a cheaper by about $10-$20. " well why didn't you just buy them on Amazon then?" Because I wanted to physically try on a couple pairs of shoes at a shoe store which I didn't think was gonna be an impossible task. And yet, here I sit looking at the reviews of different shoes on Amazon. I was sold two of the same side shoe it was our first purchase of shoes for our baby girl so I didn't go to put them on until two months after purchase and to my surprise same right shoe. Nike and Under Armor are located next to one another at the San Francisco Premium Outlet stores. After unsuccessfully finding basketball shoes at Under Armor, I walked to Nike to see what they had in stock. Nike had several options and I found two shoes I liked. My first choice didn't have my size so I went with the second choice, a pair of Air Jordan's. The high tops are old school and will mitigate twisting my ankle when I'm playing in pick up games. Excited to break these in this week at work during lunchtime hoops. Nike is very organized herding people in and out of the store. They have plenty of associates in the store to help on the floor and at the check out stations. I was in and out very quickly. My shoes were 40% off the sale price. I took a very quick trip to this store to check out if I can buy something for my niece. Mental note to never come here during spring break as the parking lot was so full on a Thursday afternoon. Also it felt like the outlet were very busy today in general. I walked directly to the Nike Store and saw that they had one door for entry and one for exit yet no one really enforced it so.....why even have it? Well it was kind of a mad house in there. The line for check out was pretty long. The shoe area was very crowded that it felt like I couldn't go down any aisle. So many kids and so many parents. The clothing area was fine but I was unsure if what I was looking at had an extra discount or not. Their stock of accessories felt lacking. Overall I felt this store was a bit small but then again I'm so used to picturing the Nike Factory Store in Gilroy which is insanely big though not sure if that has changed since the last time I went which was decades ago. Still an option for folks in the area if you're into Nike. I would probably avoid if it's the weekend or weeks when kids are out of school. read more

I love Nike clothing and whenever I'm in the area, I always gotta stop in but when it comes to this particular location, I've always left disappointed. When I go to a factory store, I expect to see some decent discounts on clothing but most things in here are pretty close to full retail. They do have some deals that change weekly, but nothing I couldn't get online or through the Nike app for the same if not better price. It's a premium outlet, so it's not surprising that the selection is priced where it's at. I'll be sticking to the store in San Leandro because I've always had better luck finding gems there. That being said, I'll probably be back to the store anyways bc you never know what y'all find, but my hopes will never be high read more

I have been here many times hoping that their inventory is different but it is never different for example They have no selection for kids, don't have any shoes or clothes in my size, and there is always a line out in the front. Nike was an industry leader in the past. Visiting the Nike stiller at the Livermore outlets, it became clear they are no longer a leader, but rather now do not care about their customers. We were told by an employee that over 50% of their sales come from shoes. However they removed all seats and benches to try on shoes. Customers are required to try shoeless on standing up, or sitting on the floor. We asked for a Manage, however that location did not have a Manager in the store. If you read the reviews for the Livermore location, you'll see that store need corporates help turning the store to a location that cares about sales. We will no longer be patrons. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. 0 good shoes, no retros, probably the nicest pair they had was a pair of all white vapor max's. It almost always has a long line, but it moves pretty fast. They're enforcing social distance as much as they can. They're currently at 50% in-store so yeah. We received great customer service from the moment we stepped in line to the moment we left the store. Eric was hella helpful and honest, which is something you rarely find in retail anymore. I took off one star because their inventory doesn't really match their demographics/customer base. There are never any XL/XXL in women or men, but they're always overstocked with S/M that just kinda sit on the shelves and racks. I heard at least three different people ask if they had an XL/XXL in the back. That's definitely something they can look into. Nevertheless, if you do find something it's usually priced pretty well. And I love that there is always some kind of sale going in. Today it was an additional 20%. I ended up getting a jacket, a sweater, a hoodie and a shirt for a little under $120. And I love the quick check out. They were fully staffed and ready to get you rang up and out of there. I had a pretty good experience. read more

I like Nike a lot because the quality plus you can get the cheaper price at outlet. But I don't understand why the staff there are so rude. When I got to the register and pay for the shoes I love but the register Angel gave me attitude. Why? Been here twice over the past few days and picked up shoes on both days. Pretty much all the clothing was trash and way overpriced (most at almost retail b/c of the 30% off sale going on). There was a guy in the shoe section that was really helpful and went back to check stock for me on slides and found a pair in my size. I'm grateful for his assistance. There were also two different guys on the register that were really cool and super helpful. Overall I had a good experience. I'm going to change my initial thoughts of 4 stars to 5 stars. Pretty messed up experience here. Unprofessional staff. I was making a purchase and noticed another employee was getting really upset when we were paying. Our cashier kept telling her that "he didn't know" and "no one told me". Come to find out the female employee had tried to hide the item we purchased for herself and apparently told several cashiers not to sell it to anyone. Our cashier must not have known and kept apologizing to her. It made for an extremely awkward experience for us as customers because we had already paid, but they also made us feel like -we- did something wrong. Just goes to show the stuff they pull (probably regularly) and the reason why you won't ever find anything good. But to pull that in front of our faces and throw a fit in front of us is another level. read more

Great Nike Factory store to pop into if you're looking for a mix of shoes and clothes. Not sure about their frequency of deals but when I went they were having their additional 20% off shoes and clearance which is such a steal. I got biker shorts for about $32 and Frees for $40 - score! They have a wide selection of sizes available for the shoes on the main aisles (not the clearance walls). I noticed that this location doesn't carry lifting gloves. As for the employees here, I was asking one if they did carry certain products and he just shrugged and said no. I normally do not like to leave a negative review because I try to give the benefit of the doubt but what I experienced at this location yesterday was HORRIBLE. My boyfriend and I decided to go to the outlets to look for gifts for our fathers for Father's Day. We stumbled across nike and did not really find anything that was suitable for a gift. Then we had seen these sweatsuits in the women's section. It was super busy at the time we had gone and I just wanted to try on the sweatshirt to make sure I liked the sizing. I went to the first mirror I saw which was by the cashier. Tried on the sweater, loved it, decided I wanted to purchase it! Near where I tried on the sweater, there was a pile of merchandise on the floor as well as a wall of shoes in front of the mirror where I was trying on the sweatshirt. I saw this brown duffel bag and immediately grabbed it with excitement. I had not seen a bag like this before and being that it is an outlet store, I assumed there was only one like it. If merchandise is just on the floor, with no sign of it being on hold for another customer, or it being in an area where customers can grab items, I thought it was just my lucky day scoring a unique bag. I immediately ran to my boyfriend and showed him the bag. After looking inside and around the bag, I noticed there was no tag on it. A nike team member walked by and I had asked him if he is able to price check the item for me since there's no tag. He let me know that he was clocking out but another team member would be able to check the price. I work in customer service so I completely understand when it's time to clock out, it's time to go. So I asked the next team member that walked by. I had put my sweat suit that I had just tried on in the bag. Hangers on. Tags on. Bag OPENED. I did this so I would not have to hold all my items as I was still wanting to look around and my boyfriend was deciding if he was going to get a matching set. Another team member passed and I initiated the conservation. I asked him if he could price check the bag for me since again, THERE WAS NO TAG. He aggressively reached over and took my merchandise out of my hand. He proceeded to say, "I can't check the price tag of something with no tag on it." The way his tone of voice sounded felt passive aggressive. At first I brushed it off and thought he was just going to the front to price check the bag but he walked to the front with a smirk on his face. He left my stuff up there near the same spot where I found the bag in the first place meaning he left it in a place where other people can grab my items. My boyfriend just grabbed me another set of the sweatsuit and we went to go checkout. At the cashier, I asked to speak to a manager to complain about the customer service. I still wanted to know the price of the bag so I still asked her to price check the bag he took out of my hand. She apologized for his customer service and asked me to describe who/what he looked like. I described him and saw him from the corner of my eye then pointed him out. He started to come over and tried to say that he asked us if we were buying the item. Then he tried to say that I went behind the counter to grab the bag. The bag was on the floor next to the mirror by the cashier. NOT BEHIND THE COUNTER AT ALL. My boyfriend started to back me up and said I was never behind the counter. Then this team member turns to my boyfriend and says, "you got this expensive ass fit on and you got caught tryna steal." When he said this, this just confirmed that he was falsely accusing us of shoplifting. If I am asking you to price check an item, how does that get mixed up with stealing? Then proceed to attack what we're wearing to support his argument? UNPROFESSIONAL. NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE. ETC. I have shopped at this location many times and even know some of my friends that use to work there. I never expected to experience being falsely accused of shoplifting. To the cashier and the manager that was assisting me and tending to the situation, I appreciate your guys' help and cooperation. Lots of shoe variety (for an outlet situation) and set up in a self serve fashion. Workers in head to toe Nike apparel blend right in with all the customers who are dressed the same. Nike is my athletic apparel of choice and luckily I live pretty close by, I go here often, lol. This store location is in the San Francisco premium outlets in Livermore. Expect long lines, no parking, big crowds and not as much help on the weekends. If you go on a weekday, it's so much nicer. Every time I've gone in, which is at least once a week, someone was always available to assist me. Sometimes I was asked, other times I looked for help but always received assistance when needed. Store layout is pretty open and easy to find what you're looking for, it's not a very big store. Men's section is on the left, women's is on the right, kids is right in front of the fitting rooms. They have a decent selection of apparel, it's a hit or miss. Pricing is standard of an outlet store. Shoe selection is also hit or miss, I've actually only bought 1 pair of shoes from here out of the hundreds of times I've been here. I have bought tons of apparel tho :) Staff is friendly and available to assist when needed, checkout lines move fairly quick. I wanted to stock check a certain pair of hiking shoes for a strenuous hike in Hawaii and the employee I posted below went out of his way near closing to look it up for me. Really appreciate the time and effort :) They probably get tired of seeing me in there doing my weekly rounds, lol. It's a compliment to the store! My favorite place to shop is NIKE! From the kicks, to Kobe Gear, to Elite Shorts, to wrist bands, to polos, and to the jackets, I love NIKE! Whoever, this location was so so.... The prices were okay, not too much shoe selection.... Was hoping for way more since this is near the Bay Area! I did end up buying a pair of the Kobe 4 Venomenon BUT I had to buy a size 10 when I am a 9.5.... But for $65, that was a bargain so I will try Folsom outlets and see if I find the same pair but in my size! I also got a pair of KD elite shorts which I was lucky to find in the clearance section! I would recommend coming here because overall, Livermore outlets are awesome! read more

Outlets these days seem to be places where you can buy stuff that's moderately discounted. I stopped in the Nike outlet with my kid and using my iPhone, found items that could be had for less on the web and often in better colors/patterns than in the store. I guess if you need to try things on or have to purchase right away, shopping at the outlet is okay. Nike Factory Store is not bad, but I don't love it either. 3 stars read more

Knowledgeable employees. . . I went in to look for some new weight lifting & circuit training shoes. I was greeted when entering the store and promptly asked if I needed assistance. The employee, Alberto, in shoes was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He obviously knew a lot about the shoes they sold for both men and women. Even more important than his knowledge, it was obvious he genuinely likes the product he is selling and uses Nike products. All the employees I encountered were welcoming and helpful. Store was clean, no complaints. PROS: EMPLOYEES - Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful SALES - Since it is an outlet store, so much is on sale, no matter what you need I saw sales all around the store. You can easily get a great $100+ pair of shoes for $50. CLEAN - Store seemed clean and organized SHOES - 30 day exchange policy - you can wear your shoes for 30 days and if you don't like them exchange them for one you do. Note: Goes without saying, but come in on a weekday morning if you can. This is a standard Nike outlet store. Some deals, some standard priced items. I have gotten some great priced shoes and shorts before. The good news is that they seem to regularly be stocked up on sizes and whatnot. I also wear a size 13 shoe, so in the Bay I am pretty fortunate to always find my size, haha. They keep the store clean, but when the standard weekend zoo crowd hits, expect some chaos, and incredibly long lines. The store was quite busy when my family arrived nearly 30 minutes before 9pm when they closed. My family shopped until 9pm and overheard the manager tell the employees to say to customers: if they're purchasing come to the front, if not, they would need to leave as the store is closing.
