No one offered to help or show anything off in the display cases, so I ended up just leaving. But, I thought they had a great selection and I'd definitely come back here. read more

I love this place! It could be a hit or miss. Definitely great pricing compared to the department store. The sales rep is friendly and not arrogant. I never understood why some of the sales rep at the major department stores have an arrogant persona when they are in the customer service industry. But here, pricing is great and the sales rep carries out their duties well. Periodic peek-a-boo of this establishment would be a great way to discover the selections on-hand. Their selections changes with time; there are occasions where it is limited and others where it is abundance. I got the Kate bag and am hoping they will have more variations of it, along with other selections such as the Sunset or College bags. I would be happy to score a black-on-black as well. read more

I've been told by many that Saint Laurent doesn't have the best quality when it comes to designer items at least for their handbags specifically so I never try to pay full price when I don't have to. I was hella excited when I saw the pop up outlet store! & best believe I was able to snag a couple of items for the low low BUT was hella disappointed when I got home because the "brand new" clutch my lady took from the back happened to have a loose basically broken clasp. With that said, sure I was lucky they still had the original one I chose that was on display BUT it was hella inconvenient to have to find their number because they're a pop up and it wasn't listed, call and be put on hold to finally talk to a manager, and arrange the exchange & then have to drive all the way back especially because I don't live in that area. The security or door man whatever he was at the time was HELLA rude too & when I notified the employee they weren't surprised by it either & said they've had multiple complaints. Ok??? read more

Heard the hype about the YSL outlet. I was super excited to be visiting today. I waited around 15 minutes to get in, which is not bad at all. Everyone at the store was polite. Except this one asian lady with long brown hair. She was super rude. I wanted to purchase this bag, she look around and said " Oh that's the last one" with attitude. We kindly asks if there's more shipping coming in. She said " Yes, but not sure if they will have that bag" she turned around and walked away. I witnessed how she treated other customers thats carrying designer bags. She was super polite and offering to spend time to helped them. Waited in line for no more than 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Walked in was greeted immediately by staff. Quickly browsed through selected inventory and was drawn to a specific purse. The sales associate Jeremy kindly brought out the last 2 purses from the stock room, to choose the purse to my liking. Took my time taking pictures, and trying on the purse multiple ways in front of a mirror. I felt no pressure at all to make a purchase. Walked out a happy customer, saved $1000 off retail price. Definitely happy with my purchase! Only downside to my purchase, was my bag did not come with a box, which is expected since this is an outlet. My mother and I walked into the store not knowing we needed to wait in line before entering (mind you it was a Wednesday afternoon and there was nobody in line, which usually means we are able to walk right in) Although there was an employee standing at the door she failed to inform us we needed to wait in line (she was on her phone texting). The employees failed to greeted us with a simple hi or even redirect us to follow the correct operational procedures of the store. It seemed obvious my mother and I were looking for assistance as we were waiting by the display case. But as new customers walked in they were greeted directly as my mother and I were ignored. We had planned to buy 4 of the bags on display but unfortunately we're disappointed enough to walk out empty handed. Employees here are terrible! I asked to see a specific boot in my size and had to wait 15 mins for someone to help. He comes out with a different boot saying this is my size. I had a few questions about the bags and quality of them because I wanted to exchange something I purchased. Andrew one of the sales associates was EXTREMELY helpful and even broke down the history of ysl and the seasons in which some of the bags were from to me. The manager who's name I didn't get she was very friendly and helpful and nice as well. Is there anyone watched a document movie called The Social Dilemma. This was my concerned today in this store. Please be aware of this store since one of sales aggressively asked customers to fill out a form which are consisted of your date of birth, phone number, home adds etc. I gave here 2 points because other sales and store manager are reasonable, professional and patient to explain. However, there is an Asian girl worked at the store, seems a specialist to give Asian help. However, her behavior implicated bias against Asian. Other sales said filling out the form was optional. Turn to the Asian girl, you got feeling as obligation to provide them your date of birth and phone number". Think about it, once a merchant owns your private info thence anyone can easily track your Linkedin to get your connection, your job, your social related etc. Your online shopping information, experiences even your accounts you used to use online shopping would be expose on webs. For this decade, your information flows online. Can the store guarantee your info not to be selling to a social media as Facebook, instagram or google as one of products in another day? Moreover, I really don't understand of the Asian girl mindset. You know, as a merchant you have right to refuse doing business with anyone. I've asked her several time to make sure her willing of doing business with me. if you don't like me I can leave from your property right now. I was here yesterday 02/08/22 afternoon. The store had 2 sales associates. When I got there, there was only one small group being assisted by a sales associate inside the shop with no line to enter yet they made me wait outside. When I got in, I went straight to the sunglasses section to look for the SL276 and only found the 277. I wasn't looking for a new bag because I just ordered a Sac de Jour online. I asked the sales associate if they have the 276s and it looked like she pretended to check her phone if it's available. I've shopped at other designer outlets before and it definitely takes more than 2 seconds to check if an item is available or not. She didn't even bother to help me find them somewhere else. I also caught her giving me a rude head to toe look. Too bad I didn't get her name but it should be easy for management to figure out who she is since there were only two sales associates when I was there. To management - rude Miss Sales Associate just lost a potential customer.
