They also were very quick and were able to get me in and out in under an hour and a half which included massage! They did a fabulous job. I usually get dip, but since I wanted to be quick, I knew that gel was the way to go, and the gel is lasting longer than it usually does on my nails! I was between the main nail technician Grace and the other nail technician. Grace was personable and talkative and did a great job. Out of several of the salons in the area, I always find myself back at Lilac because they are quick, efficient, clean and friendly. I will admit, I rarely get polish done. The few times I've had regular polish done here, it has chipped after a couple of days. I could pay extra for the long-wear, but I don't need it. If I am getting my nails done, it is literally for some day-of event. I like that they have massage chairs for the pedicures, and also actual chair massages if you want to add on to your manicure or pedicure. The ladies are always nice and never pressure me into taking a more expensive package. They also always remember my preference of never having cuticles cut or having my nails painted and it's the little things that matter.

According to the Colorvat policies, this money is supposed to be issued as a gift card to the client, but mine never were and I suspect the same is true for many other clients - they are just betting on you not calling them on it. So now I am held hostage to spend hundreds of dollars here, but to use the "gift cards" (my own money) I can't book through the online system, and have very slow and stilted interactions by text when I try to book with their administration. There are lots of other places to get a good manicure - I hope my story will help you avoid the same problems! PLEASE watch out if you modify a reservation you made online!
