This place LIES to customers. I arrived at Blossom at 2:25 for a BASIC Manicure. The young lady told me it would be a 30 min wait. I left and came back. Then, waited some more. Finally, I was seated. When she started my nails, another women interrupted because she was upset. The woman had been waiting also and no one had began her nails. She claimed she had been there longer. Honestly, because I signed and left. I couldn't tell you. The lady doing my nails tried to explain that it was a basic mani. The other woman was upset, so the lady stopped my nails went over to service the women. She apologized and said it would be 10 more min. AGAIN I waited. 10 min passed...then 15 min passed. My phone died. I left to grab my portable charger out my car. When I got back, I asked to speak to a manager. The same young woman who told me 30 min and started and stopped my nails. apologized and then attempted to blame me. I said I've been here for over an hour. She then raised her voice telling me about her being understaffed. Mind you, she never mentioned that until now. My response was, don't raise your voice at me, it's unprofessional. Also, as a manager it's your job to manage your personnel resources. Then, I asked about a discount or complementary service. Not only had she wasted my time. There were people who came after me being serviced. This place was chaos. She said a discount was not possible. So I left. Once, I was outside there were two more women out there, who came after me and asked me how long the wait was because they like myself had been duped into this pedicure purgatory of "30 min"! I told them that this establishment just wants the money, they will lie to your face repeatedly and waste your time without a thought of compensating your for wasting your time. Also, she was extremely rude to raise her voice. This was my first and last time coming to Blossom Nails! read more

I was very impressed when I first entered the spa. I was greeted very professionally and it made me feel comfortable and welcome. The technician named Amy took me on a tour of the spa, it was very clean and beautiful inside, especially the spa area. Amy is very friendly and informative in regards to what the spa has to offer and physically showed me where all of the equipment is thoroughly sterilized. This nail salon is kinda hidden, the outside of the shopping center isn't well kept, but this place is gorgeous on the inside. I was a walk-in for a gel pedicure and was seen almost immediately. Definitely not worth 5 stars. The previous reviews were truly a let down. First the nail technician who did my pedicure spoke no English. Asked if I could get a French and a gentleman who spoke English assured me I could still get French. He apparently did not inform the older woman who was doing my pedicure that I wanted a French because she gave me the color chart. So I elected the green. As she apply the green it was clear the Polish was dried out. You can see my nail through the Polish. The technician sitting next to us asked me if I wanted a different color and I agreed. So I elected a yellow. Attached are some pictures of her finished work. Certainly not deserving of 5 stars. Also got a manicure and the nail technician was so unfriendly and had a matter of fact attitude. What was so irritating is they spoke to one another in their native language, about the customer. I find it amusing when they do so, thinking the customers won't understand what is being said. Worst experience ever for a basic service. The two stars are a nicety, for the facility and location only. read more

The only bad thing I really have to say about this place is that... because of this salon, I cheated on my nail tech (that I've been with for years) but this salon is so worth it! I was recommended by a friend and I figured I would at least give it a chance. The salon itself is very clean and has a nice ambiance. Dao & Mimi do a wonderful job on my nails every time! Just moved here from out of state only 2 weeks ago and was in a real need for a fill with gel and polish change on my toes. I called ahead and was able to get in that evening. Talk about a terrible experience start to finish! I was cut multiple times during my pedicure, the paint was all around my cuticles until I asked to have it cleaned up... I was over charged and didn't even get to get my second service bc my traditional pedicure took 2.5 hours (not enjoyable either). Owner told me 5 mins to finish his currently customer he started while I was getting pedicure after 18 mins I said forget it and overpaid my tab and left. Will never return. read more

Don't go here.. my dip nails are chunky and uneven. They put some sort of iacid on the nails to remove the old dip nails that left white residue on my skin and burned when the cotton and foil was left on too long. read more

My wife stopped by for a UV Gel refill and was completely embarrassed by one of the younger employees who was "confused" by her request for service. He was extremely condescending and arrogant, even when my wife tried to explain what she was looking for. This is not the type of attitude you should have in any service industry, and let's be honest - if you're as adept as you claim to be you would've found a way to understand what she was looking for. I went here a couple of times for acrylic nails and the nails weren't the best but they weren't horrible, however when I asked to get there acrylic off they left did a horrible job. There were still bits of acrylic left on my nails. They were uneven and filed horribly. I'm extremely annoyed with how bad of a job was done with the removal. Just come here. Honestly. I called around most of the morning looking to get eyelash extensions and a pedicure, I'm so glad I came here! My eyelashes look unbelievably good, it was very relaxing while they did it and I did not feel a thing. My pedicure has been one of the most relaxing I've had if not the best I've had. She's honestly probably been working on my feet for about 30-45 minutes and between the massages and the hot stones I am in heaven. The facility is modern and clean.they apply some of the nicest eyelash extensions you'll find in Tampa Bay. I'm a little ole skool when it comes to my manicures and pedicures; my priority is nail and cuticle health. My 17-year-old daughter came home today after getting her nails done with Danny and it was a disaster. For some reason he was very put out that her nails were too short. It appears he just got frustrated and made my daughter feel like a real failure for some reason. When I initially called the salon to ask about it the first lady I talked to you was very nice. And then Danny got on the phone and was a total victim. Denying that he did anything and that he just told my daughter to stop biting her nails blah blah blah. What about just saying I'm sorry that happened. That's all we needed to hear I'm sorry that happened. I don't need to be told that I was going to have to get down on my knees and say I'm sorry to Danny. What the heck is that? I would not recommend this place again. My daughter and I have come here off and on for over a year to get our nails done we will not be back after today. Telling me I will need to get on my knees and apologize to him.... Wow! Was blown away by the service and quality gel manicure. Mimi was amazing and gave me a personalized manicure, she hand picked out glitter from a multi color glitter polish just to get the right sparkle. My nails look the best they have ever looked. And with the hot towel, hand massage, and amazing smelling lotion- they feel the best they ever have as well! Absolutely horrible experience here. They do not even clean/sanitize their pedicure tools...disgusting. The girl messed up my ombre nails and STILL MADE ME PAY for it even though I had her paint over my nails with gel polish. I spent HOURS (got there at 9:30-10:00 and didnt leave until 3) in there on my BIRTHDAY just to leave there upset and unhappy with my nails. The woman who did my nails sat there and argued with me for about 20 min about paying for the ugly ombre nails. I couldn't believe I was treated that way. I would not recommend them to anyone.
